Finally, so thankful to find a place to bring my puppy. We took him 4/20/24, and it was our first time so we were nervous because typically, he’s really scared to get groomed..but nope he felt comfortable here. Syd did a fabulous job grooming him, he looked amazing and smelled great even though it was a rainy day. We will definitely be going back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great service. I used the self wash for my chow. Very reasonably priced at $20 plus tax. It’s not timed use like many of the saps washes I typically use while traveling. There were lots of towels as well as a blow dryer to use. I’m not a fan of having Romeo get up inside the elevated tub even though it’s standard. I did eventually have to lift him into the tub because bribing him with treats wasn’t working. The leash they had to keep him in place was perfect for the job. They clean up for you after use. We’ll be back .

The first time I've actually gone into a place and they had a "mat" with the length of hair that you want to trim your dog to. I thought it was weird at first but when I saw the end result it made sense.by the time I picked up Mike, the groomer had already left and he was kept in a separate room quietly waiting which was nice.

Stopped by for a quick trim of my golden doodles eyebrows and paws. The whole team was so hospitable and kind. They worked super fast and i wasn’t waiting long. Tori did a great job and my little pupper can see again. Thanks!

Benson and Sadie seemed to love their Spa Day at Earthwise Grooming Salon! Tails were wagging! Their grooming made them look like stars and they smelled so good too. Their coats were so soft and beautiful. Thank you, Cindy you're the greatest groomer they have had in a long while and I appreciate you asking questions about the style as well as other necessary treatments for each. Outstanding service from everyone there. Next visit they can pick out a toy from the vast array of toys and treats! Just love this wonderful place. Thanks to everyone who took the time to make my little babies look and feel their best!!

Great experience! Our 10 yr old Sheltie needs a little TLC during grooming. He was also a shaggy boy needing a summer cut. He had one on one care from start to finish ( for a little extra), which was a special request. We couldn’t have been happier.

Was harassed by staff and they didn't even do what was agreed upon. DO NOT GO HERE!Was supposed to groom my dog then charged my husband $70 to wash him ALL WITHOUT NOTIFYING US.We did not agree to that or approve the transaction.Didn't groom him or trim his nails or fur because he's"hyper". They didn't dry him and was told they put him in the kennel to air dry. Said he was washed and brushed and he has knots everywhere now. If you can't do what you said then at least call and let us know so we can make an informed decision instead of ambushing us when we get there and then not giving us our dog until we pay a ridiculous amount of money to throw water on the dog.The woman gets mad at my husband because he's frustrated and she starts recording him and then proceeds to insult me while I'm sitting on the floor petting the sweet cat up for adoption. I had not spoken or commented on the situation. Lady proceeds to recora myself and my husband while yelling and insulting both of us and telling him to get out while they still have our dog.Husband had told her to shut up and stop but she kept antagonizing him. Then you bring in someone who wasn't even involved in your dispute and then you insult me and say my husband abuses me and treats me like trash is abhorrent. Woman claimed she was the owner.

My dog had been going to Andres to get groomed since she was a puppy. He had always done an amazing job grooming her! She also gets a bandana after her groom which is so cute.

My dog eva went to this place since her first haircut at 3 months old and to the same groomer. Today she is 18 months old and they refuse to take her, which is fine, but they have not provided me with any explanation whatsoever. If it was a behavioral issue, I would like to know what she did so that I can train her better. Infact they should have told me about the issue right after the previous appointments.But providing no reason is unprofessional. I find it odd as all these groomers were all praise for her in the past and suddenly no one wants to take her.Update: They called us and told to delete our review to honor our appointment (we kept one with some other groomer because its summer and she needed a cut badly and we needed time to research a new place). I canceled our appointment now. They still haven’t clarified why it took them 1.5 years and several appointments later to tell me that my dog was nervous puppy. I always asked after every appointment, how was she ?

I have brought my dog here 2-3 times for grooming and the last experience was not great. He didn't even look like he he was brushed or trimmed at all. They did say they didn't finish because he seemed to be a bit shakey but still charged us the full price. When I called to see what we could do I was told to go somewhere else and hung up on. There was no yelling or disrespect. It was a cordial phone call that ended up with me being hung up on and told to go somewhere else. It's not uncommon to be displeased with a service and try to figure out what can be done or next steps. I do not recommend this groomer.

The staff is amazing from the minute I walked in the door. It was our first time and Syd was very thorough in understanding what I wanted. My dog looked beautiful when I picked her up and I am so pleased. The first timer is a now a loyal customer.

This was my first time to use pet wise but I was very happy with Andreas (sp?). He did a great job on my little Maltese and she was not traumatized like she has been with previous groomers. Very nice and clean facility. Would highly recommend.

Love this place they happily accept walk-ins for nail trimmings something i have desperately been trying to find! They did a great job with my dog and he was happy to find a plethora or tasty treats here as well. Repeat Review: this place is always super clean, Andres is awesome with my dog and they do a top notch job, could not more highly recommend!!

They did a wonderful job grooming my dog. Since it was her first time here, she went in unsure, but she left very happy. They gave her the full works. She had a cute pink bandana to where home, too. I definitely recommend Earthwise for your pet grooming needs.

First time groom with Andres and I couldn’t be happier!! Andres booked me as his first appointment since this would be my mini goldendoodle first time grooming with EarthWise, which I loved! My dog can be a bit timid and was super nervous but Andres asked me questions to understand my pup’s personality, he was so great at listening to my wants/needs for his haircut even asked for pictures as points of reference, and boy did he deliver! When I picked my dog up was so happy he was literally jumping for joy!! Andres groomed my dog perfectly and Kimberly at the front desk provided a smooth and welcoming checkout! Thanks EarthWise team for the gentle care and positive energy you provided me and my dog, I’m definitely coming back!!

We took our furbaby to earthwish today for the first time. Her normal groomer we take her to is Klassie 9 in frisco but because they were booked till wensday, we took her to earthwish for the first time. When we went to pick her up, her nails were not filed down, her hair cut was messed up and she had a little bald area on her ear. We ask the first guy on the cashier if they could file her nails down because it wasn't file down and he said he don't know. We paid 5,00 extra to cut and file it and they didn't do it right. We ask the next person at the counter to talk to the groomer and she was like he is gone for the night. What a lie because the groomer was out there and said good night to us . NEVER take your furbaby here, if there was a zero star I would have click on it.

I dropped off here early this morning to get my cat grooming but cat left it for over 3 hours and I called there but they said pick him up without doing anything. The staff said he couldn't care. So Why do customers leave their pets here and pay? These are people who only know money who can't take care of pets. And it's so unkind. I don't recommend this place.

Syd was AMAZING to work with! My new rescue was long over due for a spa day and needed a refresh! She is so timid and scared still, and Syd took time to comfort her and get her all cleaned up! my Mabel is ready to start start embracing her doodle coat now :)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! Our dogs have been groomed by multiple different places. They have had the full treatment including teeth cleaning, nail trims and hair cuts at multiple different places. Our dogs have never had any issues. The exact opposite actually, all groomers have had nothing but kind things to say about my dogs. We tried this place and the groomer claims our dog bit them and they could only do the hair cuts. Our dog has never bitten anyone, it makes me question what these people did to my dog to make him feel scared. I'm actually very concerned of their treatment of my dog.If my dog had done anything like this before of course I would understand that my dog should just be groomed by us, but the fact that this is the first place in the 5 years we've had him is very worrisome.Safe to say we will never bring our dogs back and recommend no one bring their animals here!On top of this! Angie left us a voicemail that if we did not take our review down she would file a dog bite report! I do not like threats and think it’s disgusting a business owner would say something like that! She specifically stated “if the review is not down by 1 pm tomorrow we will file the report”There’s something called freedom of speech! The purpose of reviews is to talk about an experience. I stated nothing but my experience and you want me to remove it? I also think it’s disgusting that you would use filing reports as a way to gain something you want done. Especially because our dog is the sweetest dog you can ever meet!I uploaded a picture of him being very “vicious”To the owners reply:Ma’am check your facts before replying. We lived in california and moved to texas obviously that’s going to be a change of groomers no matter what. When your employees called you first said it was the “little one” hank that bit your employee. When my dad went and picked up the dogs you then said it was homer. He asked if skin broke, your employees said no. Then you tell animal control they did break skin and all of a sudden had a picture. You continuously show how incompetent you are as a business owner and groomer. I think you should spend more time learning how to deal and groom dogs before spending so much time commenting back to your negative review SHARING their experiences. That still doesn’t explain why you would basically blackmail us into removing this TRUE review and giving us a timed deadline. I dont trust anything you would show or even say at this point.

What a great experience! I called and was able to get a next day appointment, which was very convenient. Andres did an amazing job, and all of the other employees we encountered were very sweet. The cut is flawless, nails are perfectly short, and the attention to detail is obvious. The only problem is that my puppy seems to know how handsome he is now, and demands more love and treats, knowing that I can’t resist his cute little face!

I went for grooming today and almost everything went wrong. They did not do the nail grind I paid for. They also cut my dog's growth on his leg when I told them not to do anything to that specific area. The groomer also told me he would not touch it. The ears are also not cut straight and uneven. The left ear is cut a lot more than the right ear. Very disappointed and offered no partial refund. All they said was my dog kept trying to sit but that does not excuse the uneven ear hair length or the front paws not grinded. Furthermore when I got home my dog was extremely thirsty and drank so much water.

First time using Andres to groom my dog. I spoke in detail about what I wanted and absolutely nothing was done that I asked for. Cut was uneven on face, literally stripped my dog and butchered her tail. Will not return.

I took my puppy in to get groomed for the first time this week. I showed up on the wrong day, but Andres looked through his schedule and took his one little opening as an opportunity to groom my baby. I felt so thankful for this as he was probably going to take a break during that time. people over policy! Anyways, when I dropped my pup off, my nerves were high, but Andres talked me through what would be best for my pup & calmed my nerves. When I came to pick her up, she was so happy & so beautiful! I am in love with her new cut!! Andres did a GREAT job! He even sent me before and after pictures of my baby. You can tell he really cares about the dogs he grooms! Thank you!!!!

This week I adopted two young cats from Texascares adoption. It turned out the two were available to be seen at the EarthWise Pet Supply & Grooming store at Stonebrook and FM423 right behind the Chic Fila in Frisco. I didn't even know the shop was there. I must say I was very impressed with the shop. It was a cut above. In preparation for the adoption I visited a few other big box pet supply stores and lets just say they were not nearly as impressive. If you want quality products and "service" from a knowledgeable owner and staff I really recommend you give them a try. They also do grooming. Now that I am once again a pet owner I will be making this my go to supply store. Best regards.

My groomer was Gabby and she did an amazing job on Teddy He is a Poochon and Poodle Bichon Fiese mix. She's absolutely great with poodle breeds.
