All the workers inside the office give no attention or respect to drivers just simply trying to check in and out. There’s always workers sitting around the computers, all on their phones and not even trying to attend to the drivers and when they do start to check you in and out they’re very rude and disrespectful to the drivers. The person in charge of unloading trucks at night could care less about his job. Sat for 10 hours waiting to unload because he didn't want to do it. Time to find a new job if you don't like the one you have. Not the first time this has happened.

Nice enough people. Old facility and a bit confusing for get around for first time. The pit I unloaded at took 2 1/2 hours.... with pellets. Damn slow.

The office staff are friendly and professional, but the dock workers are slow. Waited in the dock to load for well over an hour

Very poorly managed. The workers hate their jobs and are RUDE. Long wait times. Hopefully this doesn't reflect in their feed products.
