This store isn't close to where I live, so it's not my go-to liquor store. I do enjoy the selection. They have all the name brands and some I've never heard of. My favorite thing about these stores is that they sample a lot of their products so you can try new things as there are always other brands that aren't as heavily marketed but quite good. I've found new bourbons that are made here in Houston and amazing tequilas that are better than my old standards. The cigar selection is quite nice. They keep it well stocked, and I've found new sticks to add to my humidor. I'm now a fan of Arturo Fuente because of them and have branched out to try other makers now that I have more choices. I still visit my local liquor store because of convenience, and I like supporting my neighbors, but it is nice to visit this location when I'm in the area to try out new products. The staff is readily available in the aisles, and they have their own recommendations that I take every now and then. I have yet to see anyone dedicated to the humidor yet, but maybe one day. This is another big box store with great discounts and with a huge selection it's nice to have a variety to choose from. If you've never been, you should make a trip every now and then so you can find yourself lost in the aisles in wonder just like me.

Pretty good Total Wine but the staff could use a little more store knowledge. When asked for the Malbec section, instead of directions I needed to follow the associate around until he found it. In the bourbon section when asked about Willett distillery bottles I was directed to a shelf with one variety and not the one I like. Later, 20’ away, I did find by chance the the bottle I liked. But overall a well stocked store with good prices.

Good selection. Prices aren’t bad at all. They occasionally have a not so easy to get bourbon out. I was able to pick up the 2022 Goose island Bourbon Barrel releases today. The only complaint I have is you have to achieve your grand reserve points yearly instead of keeping them accumulated from what I understand. Other than that good store with good bourbon and great craft beer selections.

Sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I was looking to purchase. Sales representative suggested many options similar to according price range. Always been satisfied shopping for that special occasion.....🙂

On March 15 my husband and I were looking for the Crown Royal BlackBerry Whiskey. One of the associates which was African American old male with glasses in the tequila section in the middle of store. I asked if he can assist my husband with finding the product. His response was, "He didn't care." Instead of helping the associate was more concerned about complimenting on my appearance, and how he remembers me coming inside the store. Instead of this associate helping us find what we needed, another customer did instead. This associate followed me towards the back to mention again how he liked my appearance to my husband. My husband ignored him because it wasn't professional conduct. It was a very uncomfortable experience, nothing he was saying had nothing to do with Total Wine and More....

Love Total & Wine great prices they bet the other store prices by $20 or more. Don't waste your money on the ugly rabbit place. The employees are very knowledgeable about the liquor they sell also give you many options to try out.

Fantastic selection of craft beers, bourbon, rum and the list goes on and on. The crew is very helpful and full of.suggestions if you are trying to branch out. I like the fact that they have a huge selection of Texas products. Love supporting the local economy. Checking out is sometimes slow, but the selection makes up for it.

amazing store and product but horrible customer service. just turned 21 last month but they wouldn’t sell to me, even after a customer hyped me up and got me to download the app for rewards and everything. won’t be coming back to this location 👎🏼

The worst part about this place is making a selection, buy they can help with that too. Thanks for the help Sam. This is not just a wine store.... Its a high end alcohol emporium. They have all kinds of liquor, craft brews and a walk in humidor as well. Grab a basket you will need it, we walked in for one bottle of wine and left with 3 other bottles!

This store has everything. You can find all of the adult refreshments and plenty of selection at one place. Nice sampling taking place during our visits. The online ordering and pickup processes are remarkable! Best in the area!

This place is HUGE! Great prices and large variety of alcohol. I use sake a lot for cooking and Total Wine has the cheapest I've seen. Will definitely be back for any alcohol needs.

Wow!This is a great place to hang out in H Town. Wines, spirits, and beer, the store has a collection of over 8000 bottles! Every Thursday - Saturday they offer tasting for several kinds; today they have a rose wine, Chardonnay, a sweet red, and also bourbon.Lots of staff in the store to help you out, and they are so nice to talk to! As inexperienced as me, it's impossible to pick something I have in mind. But every drink does have a label of description, points, alcohol level etc.The store has strict policy to check the age, they don't take temporary IDs as an answer; I found it out the hard way :( . The location is near the Baybrook Mall, and Total wine always has huge foot traffic.

This place is exactly its namesake! Any and everything you could possibly want from beer, to wine, to liquor, snacks/hors d'oeuvres, everything needed for the Aspiring Mixologists! All of everything you will need for the perfect cocktail party and so much more at the best prices I've seen in quite awhile!

Love the store and selection and most all of the employees, but today has really soured me on returning to this store. I was looking for a good scotch as a gift when an older, heavyset black man who was helping a customer proceeded to stand right in front of me without so much as an excuse me. I didn’t think much about it and moved down the aisle about ten feet when he moved right in front of me again. I moved back where I was originally looking and he did it a third time since she wanted a second bottle of what he got her the third time.Teach your employees some common courtesy—this guy ruined what is normally a good experience for me.And by the way, I left and went to Specs and got a nice $100 bottle of scotch

LORDDDDD It's like a toys r us for ADULTS here lol! Soooo much to choose from and the prices can't be beat! Makes me want to explore more new items when I'm here! Just drop in randomly and see for yourself and don't be afraid to ask for help or suggestions because the workers are nice!

This just might be my favorite Total Wine location. I just attended my first class/event at this location, which was an ABK6 social. The TW staff and people from ABK6 were both amazing. I was able to taste maybe 12 different items and learn so much about cognac. I'm normally a bourbon drink but now I'm going to have to make room for bottles of cognac.

What can I say? One of my favorite stores next to LV and Tiffany. Such a great selection of, well, everything. Awesome finds that I haven't found elsewhere in the liqueur aisle.

lines were outrageous, not enough staff at registers, some of the wines weren't on the shelves (mainly ran out). the store need it's own parking lot, customers rolling on top each other.
