Great place to find neat storage items fir any room. If you need help you can count on associate to help out and explain everything. Janna is a great employee. The reason did the 4 star is at checkout there was only ONE register open and about 10 people in front of me. Okay maybe 5 but felt like a bunch and 3 behind me. Other than waiting to check out everything was great.

Wifey loves coming here. If your OCD requires some attention and for es some “structure” on you, then you should come here and get some help. Majority of what you need to “organize” you will find here. You will also find may other things for your home. Always enjoy walking around this store since the ideas you get are sometimes brilliant. Reminds me of walking inside ikea.

I have had consistently bad service here every time. What motivate me to finally write this review is the curbside pick up experience I had on a random Thursday afternoon, which is obviously not peak hours. It took 20 minutes after letting them know I was at the store and I was sent an order was picked up confirmation. After waiting 15 minutes I called, I had my baby in the car with me who was crying and I was put on hold abruptly for another 5 minutes only to be spoken to rudely by the employee.

To be honest, the store was massive. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and there were not very many service people in there. The prices were out of my league.

This place has all the stuff you need as for contianers and much more. Employees staff Kathy was very helpful in helping us while shopping. My wife enjoyed her 1st time visit. I would recommend coming here. You definately find new ideas to improve your home. Please Share and Like. #TrueRatings

The container store does not only sell containers, they have lots of home goods, sort of like a scaled down ikea. Very nice place, quality products, nice people, etc.

If you want to get organized this place is a good place to start. Every room... office bedrooms kitchen laundry.... Many choices ..many colors.Crafters delight as well. Something for everyone. And cute ideas for babies room too.

Awesome.... love the ideas & materials. Can be a bit pricey compared to knock offs, but very worthwhile. Loved the kids idea area. I needed a bathroom break & i'm glad i did. Wow! Got an ingenious hand wahh & dryer system. They have a plunger & scrubber container that's super smart. One container for both. Why didn't I think of that. Didn't think to document that. It's on my list.

Think the lady bamboozled me into buying both of the things when I only needed one. And was going to buy just one but....🤷‍♀️ also the prices wasn't right for one as I thought I be paying $7 or so for this thing....ha.

The containers here are way overpriced and not any higher quality. They don't even carry those standard large, high durability black totes with yellow lids. If you're looking for specialty containers, maybe you can try this place. Otherwise, I'd try other stores first if you're just looking for some basic large containers.

Went in to peruse options on Saturday and was offered assistance by Kathy. Began explaining our wants, ideas and space. Kathy was so informative, professional and knowledgeable of all products, lines and all areas. I left there with homework and absolutely inspired to get organized. Kathy made this trip so worth while. Because if this experience…Container Store is my new favorite retail spot!!!

Wow, great service. They made me feel comfortable finding a solution to my problem. Worked out perfectly. Tif was very patient and helpful. She was very happy to help and was very helpful. For some things, you really need to come to a physical store to see what will work well for you.

I shopped, and found the Elfa storage systems. Went home, remeasured and came up short. Went back to Container Store, asked for help, got it! With less than an inch to spare, they had the model size most excellent for my RV pantry renovation. 15% off was very nice, too.. Thank you Baybrook Container Store!

Really great customer service. My mother and I were shopping for our new house. So we needed a ton of stuff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was from start to finish. The staff was so personable which it made us feel very welcome.We even forgot some items. They contacted us and made sure we new to come back and grab them. The A-Team works at this location. :)I’m surprised excited to start organizing the house.

Great place to shop for just about any type of container. Came in here for the first time last week, and had a great time. Staff there were wonderful, they all had really good knowledge of their products and what would fit what I was looking for.I had been to the location in the Galleria, so I knew what to generally expect product wise. This location felt roomy and well organized. It was easy for me and the staff to find individual items. If you've never been here before, it's a "container store", expect to find containers. Prices can be a bit higher than a supermarket, however they make up for it by having a good selection.In short, good place.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I only use their shoe boxes. Very sturdy and clear. I label each box. I love their kitchen section and storage containers.

The store is neat and organized. The folks in the front did not greet me or said hello but were very friendly and welcomed the customers that came behind me. The cashier was nice and signed me up for the rewards program.

First off this is a cool store to browse at or purchase higher end stuff. However the prices are steep. These are top priced goods at this store. I have purchased several items from here as the selection is massive but be prepared to pay for what you want. You wont be getting those bargain prices of Walmart or the excellent 20% off coupons that bed bath and beyond gives out.

I placed an order for three items back in March. One item arrived in April the other two items have yet to arrive. I understand circumstances are different, but I have received no update. When I call customer crevice I'm placed on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. On top of that, when I call the store number, they have very little concern for the fact that I have been waiting for months with NO update on their part. I should be getting updates with regard to my order once it's worth months past the delivery date. On top of that, they will not allow me to cancel my order. I am extremely disappointed. They had no problem charging my card soon my placing the order. They shouldn't charge my card until the order ships. Four months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for cereal containers.....

Had 2 closets done and it is amazing how much more room there is in the same amount of space!! I emptied 3 full dressers, 6 under bed drawers and my overstuffed closet into them. Plus my hall closet of jackets and still had space open!! This includes all my shoes that are in boxes. I'm waiting to do 1 more closet. Then I am going to do a craft room with them.

First visit to this store yesterday. It was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for quickly, and they pointed me to a couple things I didn't know they carried that I thought I would need to go to another store for. All in all, an extremely positive experience. I work in a field with a high level of customer service, and theirs really impressed me. Thanks!

What an awesome place. Didn't realize everything they had. Picked up some Ella shelving for our pantry, electric trash can, stuff for my truck, and a wire storage box that hides all my ugly wires behind my TV. Love this place definitely going back. Staff is very helpful especially Jeane.

Just about anything you could think of is in this store. Great collection of items to organize. Very nice check out. Also had to return and that was easy. Thank goodness because these are items you just don't know will work or not until you get them home.

Never been here before, and probably will never come back. Just left your store and walked around for about half a hour. I was wearing a blue shirt. No one would help me, I was ignored. Employees on their phones. I think y'all are out of what I need, but I'm not sure. No one would help me. Walmart seems to have what I need for half the price.
