The weekly coupons help make shopping affordable. They price match all major competitors unlike their competitors. Their sales are great & they offer rain check coupons if they run out.

I like to go here because it's a small chain and they will ALWAYS price match stuff. So convenient and the staff is super friendly. Love that I can bathe my dog and not clog my drains up with shepherd and husky hair!

Poor communication from employees in regards to buy 12 get one free promotion. I was told by employee "Just put in your phone # and it will track purchases" After over a year of buying same bag of dog food every two weeks, I was told I had some other program I should have signed up for to get rewards. Love supporting small business, but customers service like this makes it very hard not to order of internet....

This store offers so much more than I expected. From cat food, dog food, accessories of every kind. They have live crickets, snakes, parakeets, gerbils, fish. They have an adorable dog bakery and a Deli too!! I love their very affordable pet wash station and a professional groomer on site as well. You can bathe your pet for $10. Or buy a package $25 and get 5 baths! What a deal!! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Love that this store is so close to West Ranch.

They seem to have a problem with their staff. Just as a recent reviewer, I too had had the misfortune of having to deal with Dylan. Will they miss my $250-300 per month I used to spend at this store, absolutely not. Do I have other options when purchasing pet food, absolutely!

I was disappointed with the service of this store today. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have not had any problems until recently. The last time I went to wash my dog, the soap was nearly empty, the stalls were dirty, and there were no towels. Today I went back, and when I went to get the self wash card punched, the employee would only give me two towels. Our dog has longer fur and requires at least three. I paid $35 for this service and expect to be able to do the job.

The cashier was argumentative and rude, insisting that I HAD to give her my e-mail to check out, then rolling her eyes and huffing when I refused to give it to her. No, I do not HAVE to give you my information just to buy something. I never have before. I called the store when I got home and spoke to a manager, who confirmed that a number or e-mail was not mandatory.Dylan, the manager, clearly did not care that his staff was being rude and chasing customers away. He even asked for my number and e-mail, despite calling specifically because of being badgered about it. Will not be returning.

I love this store. I bought 2 neon tetras fish. The young lady that helped was so very helpful. Highly recommend this store for any of your pets things.

UPDATEI followed up on the owner response to this review, only to find that Michelle really missed the point entirely. She gave me additional hoops to jump through and said that if I did so she MIGHT be able to help me. I was clear that my main point was that I had already been sent on a wild goose chase once. She also had the audacity to tell me that I might not have purchased the recalled food there. I've since learned from Petco that pet supplies Plus is the only place in town that sells Victor, since I have changed brands in order to do business elsewhere.(I really don't think this is how recalls are supposed to work, at all. You're not supposed to have these kind of hassles when they sell you potentially salmonella poisoned food! Mind you I returned an almost full bag of food to them, because I was told that it couldn't be disposed of in the regular trash. I just didn't get a refund for it. Or exchange. Not so much as a gift card)≠====≠==========================I was told they couldn't refund the recalled Victor food, even after I called ahead (I think I'm more annoyed about that than anything else, because I went out on a high traffic night to get this done before the holiday)

My last trip here was to wash both my dogs and it was the absolute first time doing that. It went really well other then I didn't know how the heck to hook their leash up to the wall, so they were pretty loose and I had to work way harder to keep them up there while washing.My other trips here mostly consists of taking my daughter to visit the cats.. Oh and getting occasional toys treats and just got new "bigger" collars and deshedding brushes wich work great!

Sold me a sickly Pac-Man frog that died. So I took the poor thing to the vet they gave me a dietary supplement to feed her due to lack of nutrition from not eating. I had done this after finding out she wouldn’t eat. So after she passed I called pet supplies plus to see what they could do. They told me they couldn’t do anything cuz they had reports of the frog eating for the 20 days they had possession of the pacman frog. That I paid $90 for. I would not buy anything from this store.

Ok but I don’t think their rewards program is very rewarding as I have spent a lot of money with them and have yet to see a reward. Maybe just lower your prices and get rid of the gimmicky rewards program?

This is a really great store - they have everything you can imagine for your pet and great specials on new food and treats as promotions. I've used their grooming service as well for my longhaired dachshund mix and they did a nice job as well. Highly recommend 👍.

Took our Goldendoodle yesterday and instead of the typical Teddy Bear cut, they shaved him. He was not matted as they claimed. We brush Duke daily and check for matting.

I really like this store, it's close to my house, my old dog loves all the treats she gets from there. The staff is so nice and always ready to help. They also have a counter with doggie cookies.

Sky's collar broke and it was so easy to pull into Pet Supplies Plus in Friendswood, grab a new collar and get back on the road. The selection is wide, the employees are so pleasant and helpful and Sky even got herself a little treat while we were there. We will definitely return!

Put Supply Plus in Friendswood is Kodak's new favorite pet store! Super friendly staff and groomers. We went in for the self serve dog wash and needed a nail trim, and the groomer was amazing with my tripawd pup. She even let me know to ask for cotton balls next time so Kodak could tolerate the blow dryer better. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the other customers there were even super nice! Prices are better than competitors and has a more local feel. We will definitely make this our go to spot in the future for grooming and supplies!

We love the punch cards here to use their dog wash facilities. There are always plenty of towels, great-smelling shampoos and conditioners for our fur baby. They have a great selection of doggie treats too - I really like having this well-stocked pet store in Friendswood!
