This is the worst pharmacy we have ever been to. Super slow, they say insurance is not covered even when it is covered and kept me on hold for one small issue for 1 hour and guess what the issue is still not resolved. The staff surely doesn't know what they are supposed to do or how it has to be done. Horrible experience.Highly recommend to choose some other pharmacy to save your valuable time and to get your medicines on time. !!!!!!

I love Walgreens and even though they are a little higher than Walmart I am forever faithful. BUT this walgreens is a nightmare. The staff is rude, uninformed, and slow. I literally explained why I called for her to put me on hold and come back and repeat what I had already told her. All I wanted to do was update my insurance information.

This place has the worse service. The wait time for a prescription is always hours later, and they have about 8 people in the back with the pharmacist and they all slow as hell! My child is sick and I expressed that, we waited 4 hours and medicine still was not ready!!! This place needs new staff!!

This location doesn't have 2.0 for no reason. This location needs a whole shake down from pharmacy all the way to the store staff. We transferred to the pharmacy in only a month and it's been chaos. Every time we have ti give our insurance when that information should be on file. And the curly head guy who be at the window is very unprofessional. Half the time they don't even have the medicine in stock so we end up going elsewhere anyway. And the location it's at, you'll be surprised how many characters you see on the premises.

My issue surprisingly isn't with the pharmacy its the staff. They infact need new management its terrible. Every time I pick up my online orders it's an issue

I am not sure who runs this place. However, I have never had a pharmacy receive information from my doctor, then does not fill the prescriptions for days. By this time, whatever sickness or pain you are in is over.In addition, they have horrible customer service practices. I called for a prescription refill that was sent in on September 17, 2023. Today, is October 3, 2023 and the prescription still has not been refilled.There are days that I have called about this refill and the phone is answered and I placed on hold. They keep it on hold so long that the call rings them back. They then put you back on hold. Never to answer the phone and say, "Hi can I place you on hold". They are just hoping that you hang up.My husband went their a few weeks ago and stood in line for over 20 minutes in the drive through. As soon as he got to the front, the closed the shade because it was now their lunch time. It did not matter, that the line was slow and he was already in it prior to getting into line.

Literally can not stand this pharmacy. Now of the pharmacists know what they are talking about. Different information from everyone behind the counter so don't know who to trust. Some are rude and don't want to answer any questions. Slow, and never answer the phone. Drive through always takes forever. Just all around bad experience every visit. Walgreens needs to stop by this store and make some major changes.

This is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. The service is significantly slow in all formats: in-person, drive-thru, and via phone. I am disappointed that the staff are so dismissive to customers who are in need of medication for their health and well-being.

This is the worst pharmacy in all pharmacy, the staff is rude, they make you wait in store pick up, drive through and on the phone for hours. They never have your prescription ready, even when the order has been sent by your doctor a week ago and everything is always a back order for them or not available in theirwarehouse

Very slow and unorganized. Asian or Chinese female pharmacist was very rude. Customer service and care does not exist at this location. After last issue, I decided to do mail delivery with my insurance company where I have no long wait, cheaper prices, and no attitudes involved. So sad that Walgreens do not care about the treatment received in the predominantly African American middle class neighborhood. I was a transfer customer from Jersey Village and the customer service was phenomenal. They took the time to learn your name and not treat you like a burden. I have been with Walgreens for close to 30 years but I refuse to take my valuable time waiting on rude people that may or may not have my meds available which would mean returning and sitting in line another hours plus on another day! No thank you, I will pass.

Omg, this has to be the SLOWEST pharmacy ever! They just move like they don't care or time doesn't mean anything! There's always an issue with me picking up my medications. The first time I literally waited over half an hour for them to tell me they can't give me my perceptions that I should not stop suddenly. I dread coming here. Idk why insurance said walgreens is in network when literally EVERYWHERE else has better and faster service! So if you have the option... go somewhere else! I like kelsey seybold or cvs

I went to pick up my medicine and the girl name zoria was so mean and unprofessional and didn't help the cashiers when they had a long line. I always am greeted really nicely by the pharmacist Natasha. She makes my day everytime I walk in and calls everyone by their name. Yall need more people like Natasha who care about customers. Not rude people who shut them down. The people at the front of the store are also amazing Stephanie is always ready to help us along with Ximena and the cashier (the little Hispanic dude with curly hair Samuel I think. He is really nice and greets me every time.

I’ve called twice to have my prescription for maintenance meds transferred due to prescription plan requirements. The first time I spoke to a tech and the second time to the pharmacist. I had to call back each time as I never got a text that my prescription was ready. Each time I called, I was told they had no record of my calling to request the transfer. Had to contact another Walgreens to take care of my transfer as this location is not concerned with doing their main job...being a pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy ever! Every time I pick up a prescription there’s an issue. Walgreens app said that prescription was ready for pick up. I made it to the store, the heavy set lady with two braids said that it wasn’t ready and it would be an hour. I explained that the Walgreens app gave me a notification stating it was ready…could I just come in and wait? She said no bc they could not have it ready that fast…when it’s ready I would receive a text. Ok, I literally get 6 minutes down the road and get the text stating the prescription was ready!!!! 😡BS!! This time I make it to the pharmacy to pick up a different rx (I previously tried to pick up but wasn’t ready and waited an entire day to ensure it would be ready) when I get here they proceed to tell me that the prescription was put back bc they reached out and didn’t get an answer and it isn’t covered by my insurance. (Big whoop it was only $30) why would you put it back? They asked me to come back in an hour to have it ready… so this time I cut loose! I’m going to sit in this drive through until it’s ready! They handed it to me within 2 minutes like seriously why make it so hard!!!!!

I was on hold for a terribly long time. A man picked up and rudely told me to hold before immediately putting me back on hold without even allowing me to say okay or anything. Someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold (without speaking this time) throughout the call and although I remained patient and still kind when someone finally answered (after 15 minutes) this was extremely annoying .

I love the customer service at this store. I wanted fresh Fiji water and these two nice employees were able to hike to Mt. Fiji and brought it back to me in no less than 5 minutes while simultaneously saving a baby from a burning building.

Worst pharmacy ever! I do not recommend going there. The staff is rude and ghetto and they will all tell you something different. Don't bother trying to call because they will keep you on hold for an hour just to hang up on you. This pharmacy has been been like this for years but I thought it might have changed so I tried to use them today and was once again disappointed and couldn't get my prescription. I will be transferring it to another pharmacy even if I have to drive out of my way to get it.

I visit this pharmacy often, and I must give credit where credit is due. Yes the wait times can be long, yes, I have encounter employees who have not been the most pleasant always, BUT it only takes one person to make a difference. Toni is one of the pharmacists there, and she is always pleasant, always accommodating, always helpful and has taken the time to know me by name. It has been said that people may forget what you do for them but they never forget how you make them feel! Thanks Toni for making me feel important as a customer...and to all the employees that smile and bid me a nice day when I visit.

After my prescription price skyrocketing from the previous month, I was searching for ways to lower my cost. Then, I discovered it was this Walgreens that overcharged me by $100 for a single medication. I repeatedly asked for the information to be checked before paying. It's very frustrating that there is not a way to submit a request for reimbursement through their online portal and that their "Contact Us" form doesn't work properly on their website so you cannot send an email in either. It seems getting reimbursed by Walgreens for their overcharge is going to be quite the process.

Most of the time this Walgreens is stocked well regarding over the counter medicine. Cashier's are helpful & nice. Usually some of the people working the floors ask, "are you finding everything ok?" I purchased a IQ puzzle. Pictures show the 3 puzzles (2 pieces each) and the directions. Had to Google to figure it out. So I guess the IQ test was in figuring out the directions. 🤣 The puzzles are simply just separating the pieces and putting them back together. Not even worth the couple of $$.

This location seriously doesn't even deserve a star. I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for 10+ years. I don't use any other pharmacy for my needs. However, I recently moved to Fresno and switched my medications to this location. Terrible is an understatement when it comes to the service at this location. They are slow, lacking in knowledge, and just down right rude! I have not had an interact there that wasn't a problem. I have never thought about switching pharmacies until now because there service is just piss poor!

Pharmacy is horrible! Today is the last straw. 3 seperate times on 3 different days I have called this locations pharmacy and was put on hold for 10-12 minutes until the phone automatically attempted to re-dial the extension. Then to add insult to injury the pharmacy associate picks up the line then immediately hangs up on me. I am currently writing this complaint on my laptop while I sit on hold on my cell (9 minutes and counting). This is unacceptable and our community deserves better than this especially when there is a walmart pharmacy right down the road that does a better job of service. the line inside is always predictably long and the drive through isn't much better..

Walk in to Walgreens located in Fresno Texas and go to Photo Booth and get approached with a very rude lady by the name of JIMENA ALVAREZ !!! I ask her for help, she walks away. I ask her please be nice and help me with a passport photo. Her answer is I refuse helping. BAAADDD ATTITUDE! So I go to cashier and ask for help and cashier guy is clueless!!!! I went to CVS and got taken care of smooth. Walgreens please train your staff to give better customer service.

Update, do NOT go here. They have started charging for covid test. I was sitting in drive thru for 30 mins, got to the window and they said come back at 2pm. Um it's not even 130 yet so you are cheating time. Then they made a huge fuss about charging and demanded money up front. They said they started charging now after the 30th. Which is today. Um do any of yall have common sense? Utter livid. Most hated walgreens. After having 1 good experience I thot they changed. Nope still trash in a trash area. No wonder every pharmacist talks trash about this walgreens location. They are right, no one wants to work there.Had appt for covid testing. Got there before my time and there was a line. After 30 mins of waiting and no cars left yet I decided to leave. Pharmacy is extremely slow, like other reviews, don't know what they are doing. They should fire everyone and hire QUALIFIED workers who can turn over customers quickly. Not to mention this walgreens is in the ghetto, while sitting in line a suspect individual walked by and just hit my car to scare me. Stay away
