I came to this location a few days ago. Service was really good. An employee named America really helped me out to understand what i was getting into. She was really patient because i didn’t know anything about phones. She is a really great employee!

America was by far the best customer service associate I’ve experienced . Most of time cricket customers are disregarded due to the pricing , but she took her time , helped my boyfriend and I with her protective case , cleaned the phones , applied my insurance to new phone , all while finalizing sales . I recommend this place compare to any other cricket . They are patient and are not trying to con anyone .

Worst experience ever!! My mom was a new customer to Cricket and purchased a new phone, case, plan and automatic payment withdrawls from Cricket on 12/2/17. Her payment for Jan. was deducted from her account on 1/2/18. On 1/26/18 my daughter tried calling her grandmother and some guy answered and told her she had the wrong number. Come to find out her phone was disconnect and her phone number was given to another customer at Metro PCS! Last time I checked Cricket and Metro PCS are two different businesses. When asked how did that happen I was told they didn't know. I called Cricket customer service and was told by a manager Paolo that there was nothing they could do.My mom asked if they could take the lock off the phone so she can go with another cell phone provider they told her no. I asked if she could get another number and I was told yes but she would have to pay for another month. So to sum it all up She spent over 200.00 with Cricket only to get her information stolen and sold to someone else and now has a phone she can't use!!

You know when you're buying the phones there they treat you very nice they talk to you nice but after you had the phone a week and something goes wrong with it they treat you like they don't even know you and sometimes it's not even your fault that the phone is messed up but if you ask any questions about the phone they ignore you and tell you to send it off which the insurance that you been paying on for about a year and they still want you to pay almost a full price for the refurbished phone

watch out for 2 Hispanics who work there. One is a manager and the other a salesperson, between the two of them they steal your money, they pretend they want to help you but in the end it's not like that. They sold me a cell phone case for $50 dollars, until they charged me, they told me it was $50 per case.cuidado con 2 hispanas que trabajan ahí. una es mánager y otra vendedora entre las 2 roban tu dinero, fingen que te quieren ayudar pero al final no es asi a mi me vendieron un estuche de celular a $50 dólares , asta que me cobraron me dijeron que eran 50 el case
