Picked up a variety of livestock related products and cat food for our barn cats. They carry Layena chicken feed which I've had good results for egg shell thickness. Overall, the experience was good including being checked-out by real people. They seem to be out of stock sometimes, like most places, on their cat food, chicken feed and my common shirt size...and requires me to make an extra trip or go elsewhere.

Went in looking for a lighter that online said they had in stock. As soon as I walked in the door, told an employee what I was there for... showed him a picture and he was off looking for it.?When he couldn't find it, he showed it to another who took me directly to it! Great service!

Excellent hardware and feed store. They have everything for the ranch including vet supplies, feed, dog and cat accessories, hunting supplies, etc. Best of all the prices are good as well.

The store is bigger than most, staff were quick to ask me if I needed assistance, nice selection of dig food, cattle and horse feed, chicken supplies are in stock, multiple selections for tools, and the garden center had decent prices for plants.

Super nice and helpful staff. They are getting ready to upgrade, and very busy, but still loaded my 4 ft. cattle tank for me, even though I could have done it myself. They went out of their way to find an unblemished one, since it will be a bathtub for me!

I dealt with this tractor supply for over 10 years. I spend between seven and $15,000 a year at this location. They now have a new manager, and she would not acknowledge or honor my high volume discount on horse-feed. I will take my business elsewhere. I realize that one person cannot affect a chain store but I refuse to do business with someone that will not honor an agreement made with the previous manager. This manager needs to be sent back to the customer relations class.

We were camping in Fredericksburg recently and needed help with a pet crate we had previously purchased at another Tractor Supply. We just couldn’t get it to work like the directions said. The man who helped my husband tried to help and eventually we got a different pet carrier. He even took it out to our truck! Great service!!!

This is my local Tractor Supply, so I shop here a lot. The customer service is improving-there is an associate, Ken Dillard, that is attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Ken has went out of his way for my husband and I on numerous occasions. Just so you know!!!One thing is, Tractor Supply needs to monitor the checkout so if there is a line, someone is sent to help. Thank you.

My friend and I went in to buy a LARGE bag of dog food. The woman at the check out was very kind to ask if she could help us with the bag, but a line was forming at the check out. A male employee, Mike was his name, who was just standing by the check out ON HIS PHONE did not offer to help. Like I said he just stood there on his phone.. Then the check out woman saw he was not going to help as he walked out the front door. She yelled his name and no response. Several customers who saw kindly offered their help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

5 stars for Sam who patiently reviewed feed for quail and then scoured the store for a brooder that was on clearance (after being told by Chris (sp?) that if it wasn't in that spot it was out. When I asked her to check inventory on the computer, it said 2 in stock). The 1 star is for listening to her complain about an unfinished job that someone left in an aisle, not appearing eager to go the extra mile, and then only offering 10% discount on an unmarked garden item where similar items were 50% off. You lost that sale.Very disappointed in the price hike of hay. $12.19 sale on Bermuda is outrageous for small bales.

Staff has always been helpful, organized and clean, good pricing, four stars because they have less inventory than other stores and item locations have been empty and on perpetual backorder (not the store's fault).

The worst Tractor Supply! I wish I had pics of all the dog poop from (I guess) the guard dog out in the fenced in outdoor area. Had to watch out for all the land mines while shopping for cattle panels. Check out girl couldn't find the prices for anything out in the yard, so we had to do our own price check and stand in a long line AGAIN to check out. Just awful. Will not be returning.

I like my home town Tractor Supply. I went in looking for a new chainsaw and after researching different brands I chose Husqvarna. I have always been a Stihl guy, I mean my family has owned Stihl for over 50 years. But, I spent some time in Costa Rica working with guys that used Husqvarna and was impressed with the power and cutting speed of the saw. What I liked about Tractor Supply is they carry all of the parts needed to do maintenance on the saw as well as chains, oil. Plus, I like the fact that the store was quite. I can't stand store with blaring pop music while I'm trying to shop. I wish more store would follow the Tractor Supply example!
