While I wasn’t familiar with the Magnolia Pearl brand I’ve always wanted to stop in based on the roadside architecture that sparked my attention for several years now. We thoroughly enjoyed wandering their stunning flagship location. The main gallery was completed in 2016 with beautiful architecture & incredible attention to detail. The staff was very kind & shared a bit of Magnolia Pearl’s unique story. If you’ve been curious go ahead & stop by & enjoy the thoughtful artistic touches in every corner.

What a wonderful magical place to visit and play dress up! Beautiful clothes displayed in a creative setting and bohemian aesthetic. I love the pieces I bought here and I loved wandering around and just looking at the artistry of the interior design and the grounds of this spectacular store in Fredericksburg Texas. A great way to celebrate the 2024 eclipse

Based on other reviews, this seems to be a love it or hate place. Well, I LOVED IT!! The store itself is such a work of art! Even if it’s out of your price point, totally worth going in to marvel at the building that was constructed entirely from old barns and upcycled materials. Everyone that worked there were sooo sweet, patient, and not pushy or pressuring to buy anything which I appreciated. You thanks for being so sweet Caroline!! Each piece in there is unique and such a different vibe from anything else I see. And their t-shirts are the softest thing I’ve ever felt.

Very unique boutique. The clothes are made of discarded scraps and torn fragments to create very unique garments. Many celebrities like Johny Depp, Taylor Swift own and wear many of these clothing pieces.Love the uniqueness of the store, its decor, the antique feel, the variety of pastel colors used in the garments, and love that the sales personnel showcase the outfits.

Stopped in before lunch on a Saturday, unknowing that it was clothing based. The visual of wearing art surrounded you! It was such an incredible place and people. Darcee was just the sweetest, patient lady. Also knowing my purchase goes forth to fulfilling their vision and helping women warmers my heart

I went here with my mom last weekend during a little birthday day trip to Fredericksburg! I've heard so much about it and saw they were open, so we had to stop! The building (as well as the property) is so cool. I've never been into a store like this; it was definitely an experience! It's such a beautiful and unique space. We also talked to the owner, Robin, for a bit. She is sooo nice and you can tell she is definitely passionate about what she does! Will be stopping in again the next time we pass through town! Definitely worth the stop :)

The clothes are a work of art! The atmosphere will make your heart smile.💗Go check it out in Fredericksburg! You will not be disappointed! 💗

The ladies are the sweetest. Love the Magnolia Pearl style. This was such a cool shopping experience. If you don’t buy, just go check it out.if google says it’s closed, just call. They are more than likely open. We loved it and will be back.

One of the creepiest, weirdest shopping experiences. Clothes in heaps on the ground, hundreds of dollars for old, used shoes with logos sewn on to them, $500-700 for shirts made from a patchwork of tattered fabric. I will never understand why people support businesses like these with hundred-thousand percent markup. The bizarre self-marketing videos playing on the front sign and inside the store definitely didn’t help. It felt like someone’s, around the breakfast table, “I bet we could get rich if…” idea. It felt like a whole place dedicated to convincing people that the emperor does, indeed, have clothes on. The whole atmosphere of the place just gave me the heebie-jeebies as soon as I walked in. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Beautiful old rustic atmosphere. Great place to stop and see. More of a gallery feel. We were told they will be opening an outdoor venue for live music there in June. It should be a great place for that.

I loved it. This place is an experience for the open minded. You don't have to like the clothes to love it here. It made me think about imperfection in a new light.

Magnolia Pearl, The unique artisan clothing is truly wearable art, made from natural fibers that are comfortable and breathable. The craftsmanship that goes into each piece is remarkable and the quality of the fabrics is unbeatable. I love the vintage-inspired designs and the attention to detail that is put into every item. I can tell that much care and thought goes into creating each garment. I'm so glad I made the investment in a Magnolia Pearl pieces, as it is truly a timeless and treasured item in my wardrobe.

Rustic antique store on the way to Fredericksburg from Austin. They had on sale a 1969 Woodstock t-shirt along with gem stones and traditional country folklore collectibles and even a galleria on the second story.

Are we still letting rich people use indigenous figures on clothing that cost a fortune without any of the profits going back towards the people? Cultural appropriation at its finest. Anyone that wears this brand should be ashamed of themselves. Not ok!

Will not ever buy anything from this petty company. You don’t have a patent on these styles and yet you complain because someone dupe them. You should be flattered. The fact that you use Native Americans to sell then back stab others. Your prices are ridiculous as is your entitled attitude.

Its terrible your using native "Americans" on your clothing. Obviously you don't care about us. How aweful it was for you to dance on a well respected chief Quanah Parker. Do you know anything about him or what your doing? You need to stop using our people on your clothing. We don't like it! PLEASE STOP!!!!

If you appreciate and celebrate creative genius, you will be forever imprinted by the experience of visiting this store. I am not a clothes person, but I think the clothes are beautiful and very unique, and being handmade, they *should* be expensive. The building and grounds are so stunning in the perfection of design and execution, that you stop and ponder each vignette as if visiting an art museum. The people were warm and friendly and I met Robin herself and was able to tell her how her creations move me. This is not just another clothing store as many unhappy reviewers seem to have expected, and that should be obvious from outside. We live in a country of increasing sameness, so the unique becomes harder and harder to find. Magnolia Pearl is a treasure trove of originality and a fantastic realization of an artist's dream. Bravo, Robin, John, and crew! And I especially enjoyed meeting Red who radiates joy.

Such a special place with special people working there. They treated my sister and I like royalty. We dressed up in their fabulous clothing and took pictures. It was a fun time. The owners even stopped what they were doing to say hello to us and have a picture made. Very kind people (and...The cutest dog ever). I’d love to go again sometime.

The views are quite nice. Lots of loud construction on the property which disrupted the peace but I'm sure what they're building will only add to the experience in the future, whatever it is. As for the store itself, very pricey wrinkled burlap clothing, definitely a niche market with customer service (if you could even call it that) that seems to favor the white and affluent. The building itself is a beautiful work of art. Unique place, to say the least.

The building is beautiful and unique.... but that is where the good in this review stops. We were not treated or acknowledged when we came into the store. Staff just sat at the desk on the computers. We proceeded to walk around the store looking at items and made our way to the open kitchen area. It is open, takes up a quarter of the bottom floor and feels very much like a part of the store. After picking up a coffee mug on a rack full of mugs and dishes that one would assume were for sale, that is when the staff decided to finally pay some attention to us... not the good kind of attention though... one of the girls snapped at us and told us the kitchen was off limits and that the dishes were for their personal use only. Mind you, there is no sign anywhere indicating as much. Given that the kitchen is wide open and feels very much a part of the shop, you would think there would be some type of notice given that it wasn’t actually part of the store. Perhaps if they were kind enough to acknowledge folks upon entry and mention that the kitchen is off limits, they wouldn’t have put off potential customers. After being chastised we decided to take our business elsewhere. I appreciate what they are trying to do artistically, but a little customer service goes a long way!

There are so many wonderful things to say about Magnolia Pearl!! The building, yes it's magnificent! The staff and owners are so incredible! The friendly welcome always makes me feel special. They truly treat people the way you yourself wants to be treated. Now about the remarkable clothing, I've waited my entire life to wear things like this. The clothes are delicate, lovely, easy to wear, and exceptionally made! For all of the philistines out there that don't understand the fashion or price, open your minds. Art provokes emotion and I feel happy just looking at these clothes. Wearing them is magical!! And like your mother always said, "you get what you pay for ". Just take one look at the French seams or the hand stitching, not to mention the high quality of such beautiful fabric; and then you might understand the price. Every piece I own is worth every penny and the people at Magnolia Pearl who welcome me like and old friend are priceless!!!

Wow! Gorgeous building (it’s 3 years old so don’t think it’s an original) but that’s about where it ends. The staff is weird and snobby and barley speaks to you unless you touch the kitchen .... which is the staff kitchen that also happens to be 1/3 of the bottom showroom. It also has items in it that are rustic and fits there sales look... don’t touch or they at like your a weirdo personally eating their lunch. The building has a ton of character but the clothes are weird and def not my style. I’m sure if you like $300 T-shirt’s with holes that fit like a potato sack then it would be a great stop for you. Building gets 5 stars but everything else 0. I’m not sure how they stay in business on local sales or personality. The bottom showroom is basically empty with a pile of clothes on the kitchen table. They have a second story with some clothes in it but those people ignored us as well. If snobbier is what keeps them in business they’ll be in business for years to come !
