This place is one of those great, last of a dying breed feed stores. They have depth of inventory in almost every category, especially chickens, goats, cows and the local faves. The guy that helped us had so much knowledge about the products. Prices were the same as at the national chains that don’t have great service. Highly recommend.

Very pleased and helpful staff.. I came for the Alfalfa hay! It may be a wee bit higher priced but the quality and quantity is much better than what I've been buying lately. I will definitely be back to purchase more from now on!

When I went into Lochte feed they had exactly what I was looking for. The lady working the front counter was very knowledgeable and carried on a conversation with me about taking care of birds and her wise counsel led me to great success changing up my hummingbird feeders and now I have a lot more birds visiting me. They have a good team there and are happy and hard working folk who could use your business and I think you'll enjoy theirs.

Great selection and friendly staff. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will order it or point you in the right direction. From wild bird seed, chicken care, aquatic fish food, dogs, to large livestock, they have you covered. Even have your feet covered. Recommend you check them out if you need a pair of boots

Would’ve been nice if anyone had even cracked a smile when we went in there to order some alfalfa hay. Almost felt like we were at a funeral. Good hay though for the season. Hopefully next time will feel welcome.

This is a great feed store. We are able to call them when we are on our way and they will put our deer feed out for us underneath cover so that we can pick it up when we get to town in case they are closed. When we go and they are open service is always great people are always very friendly.
