What a fabulous place! You can find one of kind items from lightning, mirrors, antique iron beds (with the best patina), garden items, rare plants, fire pits, one of kind water fountains, all kinds of furniture, beautiful plant arrangements in antique cast iron urns, and buffalo head or cow head. Just to walk around and get inspiration! Always great conversations and just beautiful design! Every time we stop by, there is always something new and different! Love this place!

We just stopped by on our way from a trip to Alpine as we headed home to Austin. They were actually closed but the owner graciously allowed us to shop. What an incredible experience and lovely store. Carefully curated one of a kind items that you will not find anywhere else. The succulent arrangements were just incredible! The prices were well in line with the quality. I will be back again and again.

My wife and I have been coming here for years, and always enjoy stopping in for a pleasant visit. It is great to be warmly welcomed back by such a great couple. We have bought many pieces from them for our home and back patio, and we always make it a point to return on each of our visits to the Hill Country. Love you guys!!

The most fabulous and unique shop I have found in Central Texas.So creative and whimsical - there is really no other place like it. A must-do for anyone going anywhere near Fredericksburg...House Wren has my very highest recommendation. Great work Nancy and Mike!

Who can afford this stuff? It’s beautiful, but Items aren’t priced, so you have to ask. The prices then seem to be all over the place. More often than not - they are wayyy over priced. 🤷🏼‍♀️
