It’s a cute store and prices are in-line with what you expect in a tourist town. (25-30% over arp) Having two puppers in tow, I was followed around the store by an employee, just watching… constantly. She never offered to assist when I had an arm full of items.When I checked out, she moved on to her next surveillance victim.

Just came from there with my dog..we are visiting for a few days. We were the only ones in the store and walked around multiple times without even being acknowledged by the 2 sales people who had their own conversation going on. Toys were way overpriced but I would have bought one if I had so much as been acknowledged... walked out instead.

I love that it’s a dog store, that you can bring your buddies in if you’re out shopping. But yikes! Big yikes! The prices are astronomicalI just got my guys a couple treats, as many of the toys are over $30 each!

Absolutely love this place, we shopped here 2 days in a row!! Our Rolo with his new toy and light up collar. He also got a magnet and waterproof socks. The employees are so sweet and helpful.

I got a new puppy and needed to try on and out a lot of items. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The owner even took my new puppy and tried on all the pet harnesses to make sure we got the right size!! She loves it and we played in it right away. Thank you Dogologie for a great experience. We will be back.

Great store! Loved it was visiting from San Antonio and decided to walk in, loved the place the prices are great the staff is very nice and very quick to help you out. Bought some nice gifts for my lab shes going to love them.

What an adorable store with tons of useful dog gadgets, clothing, and treats. They had quality items and good sales. Everything was well organized, clean and the staff was super friendly. You definitely want to stop here to stock up for your four-legged family member. Enjoy the shopping experience.

This place is awesome! What a charming surprise out in Fredericksburg of all places! Anything your dog needs- here! Anything your dog wants- here! Anything you want for you and your dog-here! Even carry chew toys with NO stuffing! Plus- a line of pajamas sets for you and your pooch!The two young ladies there at the time I shopped gave great customer service and spent about 30 minutes answering product questions for me and were very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

felt very un-welcomed here. also tried to call the store to ask questions and got a ton of attitude from one woman. clearly could tell she didn’t want anything to do with me. it’s a shame since this store has cute stuff.

Great store! I have enjoyed it each time I've been. I only give it 4 stars because the aisles are pretty narrow. I'm sure a good part of that is due to the large variety of stuff for your dog but it's still a bit difficult to navigate.The prices seem a little high, but that's mostly because the products are top quality. Their prices are pretty consistent with other places that keep the quality of products that they have. I will say this about them... I can't go on a payday... I wouldn't have any money left for my bills. 😁

Cute little shop! We don’t have any dog shops, so finding one is always exciting. They had samples of treats out, which was nice in deciding which to get for my pup. I let her try 2 different ones and ended up purchasing the one she actually ate.So many fun things, I look forward to going back.

Absolutely loved being able to rent a puppy stroller for our two little Boston’s. It was a fantastic way to test out if it will work for us and it was so affordable! Only $10 for 24hrs. They also have a great selection of treats, toys, leashes, collars and many more great things. Perfect place for such a dog friendly town like Fredericksburg!

Super helpful and friendly! We were coming into Fredericksburg after a two hour drive only to find out we couldn't bring our dog to the event we wanted to go. I saw that they offer temporary dog boarding (for up to 4 hrs) in their crates and when I got there they were super friendly and helpful, and understanding of my slightly anxious dog. They monitor the dogs through a camera and promised to call if our dog should get anxious but she actually did well since the crates are in a separate room in the back of the store. We bought a couple of treats as well to make her stay more enjoyable. Absolutely recommend! Price is very fair, too.

Dogologie is the BEST dog/pet store I have ever visited. They had such a huge selection of items- from treats, to clothes, to bandanas and bows, to leashes and collars, and everything in-between! I was especially impressed by the college collection, featuring dog items from just about every university in Texas. They also had so many fun dog breed items for humans, such as shirts, magnets, kitchen towels, and ornaments. We will definitely be back, and would recommend it to any dog owner visiting the Fredericksburg are!

I'm not impressed with staff or products. It's not a place I would ever return to for Zuna's needs.You asked for a response, however gmail did not recognize the email address that you provided.We were staying at Peach Tree Inn and leaving on Thursday morning.  I wanted to get a treat for our Yorkie Zuna, who was staying with my daughter.  We walked to the door and I reached to open it as my husband stated that they open at 1030. I did tug on the handle twice because I thought I did it wrong.  My phone said 1031.   The woman who came to the door was irritated and said something about opening early.  Her watch apparently said 1029.  I have worked retail in my life, so I understand opening early shouldn't happen, but we were basically on time.   We bought a couple of items and as we left I said I'm sorry about the time confusion.   No one acknowledged us.  In fact, as we checked out, we could have been invisible.  There was no customer service or courtesy.   This establishment is in a tourist area.  I realize most of us are unlikely to be repeat customers, but we share our experiences.  In fact, we picked up brochures for another couple at church who plan to go in September and we got brochures from my sister in law who loved Fredericksburg.  I just feel courtesy and acknowledgement of a customer goes a long way toward the total tourist experience.
