We are new to the area and had not registered our fur babies with a Vet yet. Dr. Brown's office came highly recommended to us. This passed Tuesday evening we needed emergency care and Dr. Brown quickly returned my call. He got us in early Wednesday morning to see Dr. Hochenbrocht. This office is amazing and has been such a blessing to us. They love all of the fur babies and eased our anxieties. We are beyond happy we found this group of compassionate, empathetic, loving caregivers. We highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best by far! Excellent service! Great prices with compassionate, knowledgeable doctors. My animals have been seeing Dr Brown for several decades! He now has a lovely new Dr that has joined his practice. I have not used her services but I hear she’s great too!

Diesel, my fainiting goat fractured the pedicle at the base of his left horn. He is now sporting a new look and hopefull will heal without any problems. Thank you Dr. Wilmeth and Dr. Brown for being willing to try something out on him. He is doing well today and hopefully will be back to his old self soon.

I took my 13 year old baby in for emergency visit. The entire staff greeted and treated us with kindness and compassion. From the first initial call to schedule an appointment, to the assistant Cheyenne, and of course Dr. Brown. He took his time explaining his diagnosis and showed nothing but true heart while doing so.

Lake Palastine animal hospital was amazing! When diamond got sick they had to do an emergency surgery and they care and compassion that they had was amazing. I was very impressed and will definitely refer them.

We absolutely love Dr. Brown and his entire staff. We had to make the toughest decision in our life, to end the suffering for our sweet boxer Bailey who had congestive heart failure back in June (2016). It is not an easy decision to come to and even after the decision is made, it's not easy carrying it out. Dr. Brown and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful to us and to our sweet Bailey. She went peacefully in my arms. They took great care in prepping her so we could bring her home to bury her. We will always be grateful for everything they did for us that day. They are our family veterinarian. They care for all of our fur babies. Their prices are very affordable and their Dog Groomer is absolutely fantastic. We will not use another veterinarian or groomer.

We have been bringing our dogs here for quite sometime. They are always friendly and very good to our dogss. The groomer is awesome. She does a very good job.We drive the extra way just due to their awesome service.

Great vets and techs! Full care animal hospital is much appreciated. Each of the staff from the front desk to the techs is warm, friendly, professional, and is an excellent representative for the hospital. It is obvious that everyone loves the work they do and care for the animals in their charge. The doctors are fabulous. I love that they educate the pet owner and help them make an informed decision on the care they receive. The techs are also a font of knowledge and information. Happy to be a client.

Our border collie grooming was fantastic. She showed up at our farm in California right before we moved her. Had knots and tangled hair. Came home beautiful today. All of our care here is comparable to my vet of 38 years in California. Feel very fortunate to have them as vet. Their pricing is fine for quality of care. I will happily pay when animals come home well and clean and happy.

Dr. Brown recently helped us to say “goodbye” to our beloved Nikki. The other Vets also assisted to bring her to a more healthy place. It was a bumpy road but we got there together. She ended up with a bad case of Lymes disease. That brought her, in part, to her quality of life declining. She had weak legs due to her disease or arthritis. She ended up not being able to potty. We had to carry her. Then she couldn’t even stand to go. She lost her sight in a few weeks and she finally wouldn’t drink. She had seizures. She was a sweet dog that got my husband through his shoulder surgery recovery of 7 mo’s. We will remember love and care of your folks. She will leave her paw print on our ♥️ hearts. Thank you everyone. Ty Dr. Brown for responding to our needs with our ‘fur baby’ even though the timing was bad for you. As new Frankston folks, we were in need of a Vet for our dog. From the first phone call, to inquiring in person to our appointment was great service! Dr. Brown’s experience was evident within the first 5 minutes with our pet! He and his staff were very thorough, knowledgeable and professional in every way. Our dog was treated correctly and was much better within 24 hours. He had apparently been misdiagnosed for the previous year while living in another state. Dr. Brown immediately identified the issues and was right on target!! We love this vet and his staff!!

I just got through with taking my Boo kitty up there and they were wonderful with him! He's literally a scaredy cat, but they were so gentle with him that he didn't even growl or try to swipe at them. They really listened to what I had tried and what was going on with him. The attention to my dog was very compassionate. The Vet didn't rush in and out. He sat down and took the time needed. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and made sure that I didn't have any questions. I even received a call in a couple of days to see how my dog was doing since our visit. Doc Brown is a great vet. We have been taking all 7 of our dogs there for years. I also worked part-time for him while I was working my full time job as a deputy for Smith County. I put in hours every day during the week and then worked weekends for doc Brown. I feel that let's you know that I know him well. My 5 star rate should mean a lot. Also update last visit was just about a week ago.

My name is Kieth Graves. on the 11/04 2016 I had to put down my closest friend. I could not have ask for any one to have more compassion and love for me and my wife. that was a hard day for us , the Vet and the staff showed so much love and compassion to us must people would just say it is just a dog it will be ok. but they treated Missy like she was one of our children. I would highly recommend letting these loving people take care of your pets any time , the treatment is done with love and you can see it on the faces of every one that work there. I lost my 4 legged son aug 17, 2019. I took him here to be cremated. It was the hardest thing I had to do but this crew was very nice and made it easier for me. Excellent staff and very competitive pricing. I took my large dog in for a tumor removal and they saved me several hundred dollars. In addition, they treated him very well and gave me follow up calls to make sure he was doing well. I highly recommend Lake Palestine Animal Hospital.

I really like this place, good vet, nice friendly, knowledgeable people up front. Had an emergency with one of my cats and they got me right in. The only 2 reasons I only giving 4 stars is 1 because they are a little on the pricy side, but it's not completely unreasonable, the other is cause they had some products on the shelf that we're out of date. The lady said they had just got them in so could've been an honest mistake, but still. Other than that I absolutely recommend this place.
