DG in Frankston has done nothing but steadily decline in customer service and store appearance. Every time you go in there now, there are product displays cramming the isles and stuff is always in disarray. The staff is no longer friendly, but instead are overworked. Today, it’s she came to the counter the cashier stated to those in line that she wished the company would let them close the store during inventory because having to constantly stop to help customers is just too stressful. Even though there were only three of us in line that had been patiently waiting for someone to come check us out since the self check out was not working. I had 4 items, the person behind me carried her things out with no bag and the woman behind her had only a greeting card, but that was too stressful for the cashier. I will now be shopping at Family Dollar since customers shopping in Dollar General is too stressful for the cashiers.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store has good variety and decent prices. Considering it saves you a trip to Tyler or Jacksonville it's understandable to pay a little extra. I go here almost every day and it is worth it every time is saves me a drive to Tyler.

Best all you can eat catfish around and the pinto beans are out of this world good. Price is excellent considering the quality of the food is beyond outstanding. Staff are very helpful never have to wait long to get what you need. Owners are super nice.

Dollar General in Yantis is my favorite store the manager is a sweetheart and the staff are amazing. The store always has an excellent supply and wide variety of items. As soon as you walk in the door there's always the discount table full of all kinds of goodies. One of my favorite places to shop.

Store needs a good cleaning. Bathroom is filthy. Stock in the aisles. Internet was not working. How is that possible when internet is everywhere. Floors look like they haven't been stripped and waxed for at least 3 years.

Dollar General is always good they have to be they built another fight up THE road.There is now 3 Dollar General's and 2 Family Dollars with in 7 miles from my house. They always have lots of business guess we needed them.

Ok it is close to my house. Prices are very low on the items I buy. I know most everyone who works there. For me it's on the way ,easy in and out. It just works well for me and they have most of the brands I use. Tks DG
