I stopped there today on my way to Houston. I get the lack of manpower & lunch hour being the reason I waited almost 30 minutes for the meal but the gravy for the impressively large steak fingers was awful, like yesterday's, dark & painfully obviously from a box of powder. Should have been white and creamy. Stop using yesterday's gravy & adding who knows what to it to think it works. I gave 3 stars for the food for that reason, 4 for the 30 minute wait & 5 for the great attitude the wait staff had.

This is literally the WORST Dairy Queen I have ever been to. EVERY TIME I go there my order is messed up so tonight I asked the girl in the drive thru to please read my order back to me( bacon cheeseburger with no mustard sub mayo and kids burger with mayo and cheese only) due to them always messing it up she did and everything sounded right so great. Like always I had to go back up there to get my order fixed (no bacon or cheese on my burger and kids burger had ketchup) they hand me my “fixed” order I get out to the car to check it and it’s wrong again (this time there’s mustard on the burger no mayo same with kids burger) so I take it back inside and they “fix it” again I check it again and IT IS STILL WRONG . The manager stated the cooks can only see what’s on the ticket which is funny because the order was partially right the first time then the last 2 times completely wrong. How many complaints is it going to take on this place for things to either get better or frankston to realize we need other “fast food” options in town?!

Crispy chicken salad, it was raw about a month ago. The manager gave me another one. Today, part of my chicken was raw it had small piece had blood. I told the waitress or manager? I told her, she said it was part of the bone, HUH? Another waitress I told her I didn't want it, she said you want to put in the trash for you! WOW, SO SHE DID. Anyway, I told the owner what it happened, and he said he would let the cook know. That's it!!!! Didn't offer me a new one, nothing!!! I have a good experience and a really bad one. Hit or miss!!

I used to love this Dairy Queen! It was the best in Texas! However, lately the service is terrible more often than notI I spent 18 minutes trapped in the drive-thru the other day, to receive a sandwich without the meat on it! When I called back to speak with the manager I was told they were too busy to talk to me. Her only remedy was to bring it back... So I then called the corporate office to request a call back from the owner. That's been a couple of weeks ago now. I'm sad to say that no one seems to care here at the Frankston Dairy Queen anymore....

Hands down one of the absolute worst places you could possibly be so unlucky as to stop at for a quick meal.ALWAYS takes forever. I swear they keep the line intentional so the drive through gets backed up in order to give the impression that they are always busy and in demand.RARELY get the entire order right. The last time I corrected them and asked for my complete order they literally accused me of lying to them to try to get free fries and a chicken sandwich.RUDE almost always - I was correcting a drive through employee after they gave me the wrong price and her response was "DQ be gettin essspensive - ain't my fault you cheap".There is also a rumor that the owners of this place constantly fight against city growth to ensure no new franchise fast food can come into town to compete with them.

My husband and I went in for dinner one day while we were traveling out of town. The menu had so much that I had never seen at a Dairy Queen. It was hard to decide on what to order. My husband ordered the steak fingers and I got a bacon cheese burger we shared the fries that came with the steak fingers basket and ordered an extra gravy because we love to dip our french fries in the gravy. We cut the burger in half and shared both items. He got a drink with his meal and I got water because usually that is all I drink. So that was perfect for us. Plus my husband eats more than me and I usually wind up giving him the last bit of my food. The steak fingers were very crispy but I personally would have liked a little more flavor on the meat or the breading. The fries while they looked beautiful were stale and hard to chew. I took them back and the cashier said she would get me a fresh batch. When she did they were awesome. The burger has a bun that is just a little too big for the patty but the burger as a whole tasted great, I just tore off the extra bread. The toast was perfectly cooked to dip in my gravy. After we finished our food I asked my husband if he would split a banana split with me. Of course he did. I ask the lady if I could get it differently than shown in the picture. She said sure. I told her I wanted hot fudge, carmel, strawberry, chocolate shell whipped cream and pecans. I wanted a cherry but she said they don't do that. But I got everything else I wanted. It was delicious! Perfect end to a perfect day.

i got my order, had no problems in the past, and i specifically ordered a #2 combo with double cheese and grilled onions ONLY, and me being exhausted from work didn't notice that they didn't put only, even though i spoke clearly, it wasn't loud at all in the restaurant, i got home and found out it was fully loaded, either have your employees focus on listening than focus on other things.

So cold inside could not enjoy our food! I am from Washington state and enjoy cooler temperatures, but this was so cold food got cold quick and I shivered the entire time I ate! Would have gone to car but didn’t want to make a mess in my car!It was very clean, probably due to fact no one can handle eating inside due to how cold it is!Parking: Due to construction almost impossible to find our way in and out of parking lot!

Worst DQ I've ever been to. I moved close to this location a year ago and have visited a handful of times. It's always the same long wait and food order has always been wrong. Todays visit was the same but the unpleasant cashier took it way too far. I ordered todays special a gril chicken combo, a deluxe nacho, blizzard and purchased 2 boxes of novalty treats. I specifically told the cashier I wanted todays special. When I received the combo it was a fried sandwich combo. I brought it to another cashier attention (who actually seemed care) The original cashier was now eating at a back table, yelling calling me a liar. I could not get out of there fast enough; however my nachos and blizzard had yet to be made with waiting time pushing 20 minutes. Suggestion to owner...hire people who dont talk to other employees while the customer is ordering their food and people who actually care, not just hanging out for a paycheck. With this type of service Its faster to drive to any of the next towns DQ and I certainly will be going forward.

Still the best taco salad nationwide! Maybe I ate so many of them at this location in my youth that I wont eat one anywhere else. I miss the "Texas menu" when I leave the state. I can't tell you how upset I was without Texas tacos and Belt Busters for 8 months..."Stackburgers" just don't feel the same! Thank goodness my grandkids live here!🤣

Definitely not a FAST food restaurant 🙄 Every time I come here I have to pull around and for what? Is it so hard to cook the food in the given amount of time….like this is the only place like this in Frankston and the performance is so poor.

The worst fast food place I've ever been to. Service is extremely slow and sluggish. The food is below average (if they get your order right). Zero professionalism, and absolutely zero customer service. Very rude and unapologetic.But if you live here in frankston, your stuck with it. It's the only fast food place in town. And I think the DQ knows it. Which is why the service and food are continuously declining

Spoke with Katie over phone to make a to go order; asked if it would be cheaper to add 2 steak fingers or just get 6 piece. She informed me that she couldn’t do that and quite frankly had a attitude about it.When I remarked that she was being rude, she then said to hold she would go ahead and give me price difference.When getting to restaurant, I asked if they could accommodate/help since I am disabled. That was a quick no. Also, French fries tasted like they are cooked in old grease.Will not return 0/10

Everytime I go to this location, it's about a 10 minutes plus after I pay for my food. Even if I only order 1 meal. Last time I took the family to get something they parked me and took 20 mins to get food. I got parked for frys before. Got a bunch of young kids that have to rush to do anything but as little possible. I think only 1 out of 5 times they actually get the order right and I don't have to walk back in. This place needs some new management, what they are doin now just ain't working.....

I usually do local before going anywhere else but this is it for me. Had a taco salad that was horrible. No refried beans, meat was very dry and burnt, no sign at all of it tasting like a taco salad. The only thing good was the shell. Sorry, but we won't be going back there again. Management needs to get it together....

They take entirely too long to get your food to you. Last visit took 20 minutes. The drive thru is always backed up. I've visited other locations where the service was much better and just as crowded.Parking: Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: They have a outdoor area for the kids.
