Always been my favorite dollar general especially with Connie, hands down the absolute best store manager in my time here, they just can't keep a store manager for long or employees for that matter! Says a lot about the higher up management, they need to value the store manager and employees by showing it and they will get a better result... Treat others how you want to be treated

This is hands down my favorite Dollar General. There’s nothing special about the actual physical store especially since it’s in a store front and has limited space. But, there is for sure something special about the Employees here. They know their jobs, and represent their personal store and the DG family as whole extremely and always treat us customers fair and respectfully.

Staff is rarely friendly. Male staff members look at female customers in a repulsive manner and end give Male customers dirty looks. The store is usually dirty and cluttered. Very disorganized. If you ask staff for help most of them tell you that if you cant find it then they probably don't have it.

Tay the wonderful cashier ( SHE SHOULD BE A MANAGER) with the beautiful loc. Was so nice to me this morning. I was having a rough time at the Hearne location. The manager was sonrude to me about picking up a online order.I called the franklin store just for verification purposes if there was another way that the hearne location could find me order.Tay was so nice and genuine. She could have looked over me .As I'm on the phone. The hearne location CANCELED MY ORDER 🤦‍♀️😕. So i ordered in Franklin.Thanks Tay. I am always coming to you girl.#TeamTay Dollar General KEEP HERRR !!! She is PHENOMENAL

Typical Dollar General. Kind of busy aisles, not consistently stocked but it gets 3 stars for its pleasant staff who appear to work very hard. Could use some major organization but this seems the norm for DG.

Staff is nice, newly renovated. Stock sits in the aisles a little much but that's typical of DG.
