I’ve taken my dog to Zoom grooming a few times, the previous time was on March 1st and they did a good job (first pic). I took her again this week and asked for a trim all over to even out her coat, but that was not what she was given at all, she was completely scalped. She does not look like a Labradoodle now, or even the same dog to say the least. She also has 2 small wounds, and when I called to ask about it she stated they were scabbed over, insinuating that they were old cuts which is not true, they were fresh. Even if that were the case, I would think this is something that could have been brought to my attention. To make it worse, she charged me $100 when I’ve always paid $70 and she stated her prices had gone up. This is something that needs to be mentioned before the service, not after. I understand costs have increased, and accidents happen…but you also need to take accountability and be professional.

I have been bringing my cat here for years now, and I don't want to take her anywhere else. Staff is always professional and kind, and I love chatting with the owner. Even after my cat scratched her (which I felt absolutely awful about), they were still the sweetest person about it. If I could give a 6th star, I would. Always remembers my cat and is super quick on her groom. Even sends me text updates about how she's doing while working on her if needed!

I have brought my elderly English bull dog and Dalmatian here many times over the past few years and trust them 100% with my babies. They do a wonderful job and truly care for the pets as their own.

I love this place! The owner grooms my 14 year old “very long haired” cat named Jake! Not many groomers want to groom cats! He has been groomed here twice and he looks beautiful! He also comes home a happy boy, because he’s only away from home for about an hour or so! Much different than with my vet, who would keep him all day, and shave him as she got time. I understand the vet’s reasoning, but a long stay in a vet office with dogs in and out makes an old cat very unhappy! Especially in this hot weather, Jake is so comfortable! I highly recommend this place! And they are always so nice to me as well!

I really appreciate how careful they are with the animals. I had a large, old dog, and we switched here because he was having trouble getting around after grooming at our previous salon and Zoom Grooming was equipped for this type of situation. I explained the issue to Kathleen, and they treated him perfectly. He never had any issues when he came home.

Love this place!!! They are patient, kind, and you can tell the owner, Kathleen, truly loves animals. I've never been disappointed with their service and the "zoom" in their name is extremely accurate! I took my 2 dogs in at 9:00 am and both were ready by 10:30. Great business and I highly recommend.

I took my 17 month old terrier there for her first ever grooming. What a phenomenal experience! Kathleen was patient, kind, knowledgeable and fast! Bailey is so much happier with her summer cut. Thank you!

I have used zoom grooming for five years! Cathleen is amazing! My yorkie always comes home looking and smelling like a beauty queen! Our other pup, Lucy, is a rescue and was afraid of everything. She did such a great job on her and kept her for only an hour which helped decrease her anxiety. If you are looking for a new groomer try this place out you will love her and so will your pup!

Took our Mellow there, gave a description on what we wanted , to be able to see his eyes and just a trim on his mustache. They did exactly that! My Mellow is looking dapper! We will be taking him back! Thanks so much for caring for my fur baby!

I thought this place would be great for my pup. It had good reviews and service was quick. Unfortunately the cut wasn’t that great. She was left too long even after stating to use a shorter blade. She will be needing another haircut soon. Her beard was clipped too short and her ears were not cut well along with not cutting down her sanitation areas. I shouldn’t have to bring my pet home to fix a cut I paid for.

My adopted poodle terrier, Max, was described as a 'difficult dog' by the petco staff and I did not feel comfortable making further appointments with them. I asked friends for referrals for a kind, loving groomer and was sent here. She saw how sweet he was, but was also honest about how vocal he is around other dogs(which is probably where the term 'difficult' came from). I appreciate that she and her assistant understand dogs and take the time to make sure they are taken care of when they are there.

I really appreciated the advice they gave me for a quick grooming issue I had with my puppy. They were booked for the day but they took the time to make sure I knew how to take care of my little guy. They really do care about their customers and pets. Thank you.

I just Love this place! They are always up beat and positive.My pitbull-mix is not a fan of nail trimming ... infact when I trim my own nails at home she goes and hides! LolBut at azoom growing they are so sweet to her and are constantly making comments about how pretty she is, and what a good girl, etc...that nails are trimmed before she knows it!So cool. From my recent experience they have a nice clean establishment with very friendly staff they are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions u may have about the services they offer and they can offer suggestions on what type of grooming your dog should have and explain how your dog would benefit from the services they're suggesting and why they need them because dogs are like ppl we aren't all the same and each individual is different and have different needs I'm glad i got the chance to speak with the staff they make you feel like your talking to an old friend you feel comfortable around them but they are also very professional and that gives you reassurance and confidence in them and their establishment, now my mother in law has a new groomer for her miniature schnauzer and we both agree they have earned our trust and our business and deserve 2 big thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 and a 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯% satisfied

Zoom grooming is the best, we take our 2 yorkiepoos and bichon friese, their work is always on point espesically on the bichon. There pick up and delivery service is amazing. Our dogs actually like going to get groomed now. Excellent with our fur babies!

Sadly, I must change my rating to a one. I was highly dissatisfied with my dogs cut. It was choppy and his face was uneven. His tail was not trimmed. His ears did not look like they were plucked and cleaned properly. He did not look like he was cut by a professional.

MY DOG WAS LEFT AT THE SALON.ZERO STARS IS NOT AN OPTION.I do not write Google reviews, good or bad. I usually give benefit of the doubt or spread word of mouth, but I had to make sure others were aware of this terrible business.My dog had an appt at 12pm and my boyfriend dropped him off at that time. He was told it would be about an hour and a half and they would call when he was done. 2 hours go by, nothing. 3 hours go by, he calls the salon and gets no answer and leaves a message. 4:00pm rolls around and nothing. It is now 5:00pm and still no call, so he drives up to the salon to get him only to be greeted with a locked door and no lights on. WHERE IS MY DOG? He calls again and the owner answers. Her response is dismissive at best, claiming she didn’t have any dogs that looked like mine, etc. and that someone else must have picked him up. Furiously, he says no, my dog is locked in your salon. She agrees to come back to the salon to open the door. About 15 minutes later, she gets there and opens the door, goes to the back of the salon and lets my dog out of a cage. No lights on. He was left alone. Her excuse was that she and some other employees left, leaving a newer employee alone there and that she “wasn’t supposed to leave”. I don’t care if she wasn’t supposed to leave, she left and she left my dog locked up alone in the dark. I would like to emphasize that I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL that he was ready. No telling how long he was locked up for. WHAT IF THERE WAS A FIRE?!? The only thing that this owner did right was offer the “groom” for free (not that we were paying anyway after this incident). I put “groom” in quotations because HE WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN A CUT. He received a botched trim around his face and tail and the rest was just a bath and brush. He looks terrible. I will NEVER EVER EVER be back at the place and I hope no one else uses them either.My mother left a Yelp review, which I was not going to do myself, and the owner, instead of apologizing and accepting responsibility of her employees action, decided to essentially say it was okay he was left alone and dismiss her horrendous behavior. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS SALON. I would not wish this event on anyone or any animal.

Had a great first experience, but then they clearly got too busy to care about their customers. Called multiple times, left VM. They don’t call back. The owner is completely rude. She actually yelled at me that I didn’t leave a VM. CUSTOMER SERVICE?! Literally yelled at me!! DON’T BRING YOUR PET HERE!!
