I’ve never felt more humiliated in my life like I did today! My husband and I were shopping with our 2 daughters, grabbing groceries. We hadn’t even been at the store 20 minutes when we were approached by a police officer, a manager and some random lady that had no reason to be there. We were asked to leave the store because apparently there were complaints about a family approaching people and apparently it was us. Apparently we were approaching people showing them our IDs, asking them to pay for our groceries and also threatening customers if they didn’t pay for our stuff. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! Every single time we’re in there we keep to ourselves. We NEVER approached anyone, we can pay for our own stuff. We asked them to show us proof, show us videos of our apparent harassment to customers and they said they wouldn’t show us anything. The manager still had the nerve to say that we had to leave the premises because they didn’t want us at the store, that we had to wait 24 hours to come back or go to the Eastchase location. Yeah, no. Absolutely not. This was the most horrible experience from this absolute trash location. And in front of our kids, made us feel like criminals when we didn’t do anything wrong.

Kinda a rough side of town, but overall it was a nice store that was well stocked and safe. We were at Cooks Children's hospital and needed some items and ended up here. Overall it was a great visit and I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

This store manager DOES NOT FOLLOW WALMART RETURN POLICY! I had 2 gallons of paint 1 was opened for 2 seconds but NOT USED, THE OTHER WAS NOT EVER OPENED. THIS BIG OLE LADY MANAGER SAID SINCE I purchased it 2 weeks ago she couldn't return it??!! ITS 90 days you illiterate idiot! AND WOW Y'ALL ACT LIKE ITS COMING OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET?? NOPE IT CAME OUTTA MINE! BUT I GUARANTEE YOU IN WILL GET MY MONEY BACK 1 WAY OR ANOTHER MISS GHETTO FABULOUS! WELL I ACTUALLY DID GET MY MONEY BACK AS I STROLLED THRU YOUR LOVELY STORE! NEEDED NEW MAKEUP! I MAY HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE TOO MUCH BUT OH WELL.. I TAXED YOU. NEXT TIME BE NICER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I WON'T BRING MY BIG BLACK EMPTY PURSE NEXT TIME 😉

Not sure if they’re racist here, I was simply shopping and trying on DRESSES and a female employee came by and told me swimsuit and intimate wear were not allowed to try on as if I had any of that. And then proceeded to stand there and watch me shop as if I was STEALING. she was called multiple times to help others customers and told them she was busy all while she was standing around just watching me. Never again will I come to this location.

Walmart has gotten on my very last nerve, the line for those scan your own items was around the corner and down the row, due the the lack of concern of management and employees, I seen at least 3 employees that were too busy not trying to be seen and stocking immaculately, what is the purpose of lanes of registers with nobody jumping into action when ppl are waiting for others to scan their own things, smh!These pictures were taken on a Monday around noon, plenty of staff, to stop what they were doing to help get consumers out of there, I don't know if its policy, no cross training, management but this is the neighborhood well known and shopping area, I 100% sure that this store has had many complaints, but the consumers keep coming because its the most nearest to homes and business, with cross training and care of the customer, employees could had hopped on some registers and knocked that line out with no problem. I use to enjoy going to the store to check out new stuff, pick out my favorite recipes and maybe a plant or two, but now Walmart are money hogs now, and has lost the value of customers spending money with them, the carelessness in place, the lack of experienced leadership that can see a problem or issue and act. The scan machine should be on a limited amount of items or less only, then register lanes for the rest.It's ridiculous, and makes you mad to spend good hard earned money and you're an employee too. The prices are high enough and you got to work for everything and wait in a line looking at all too busy doing really nothing that matters as much as having your customers leave with a smile and welcoming to come back. Amazon Fresh is starting to look more appealing, at least I'm saving gas, and its bagged or boxed to me and I don't have to be standing in a long line that I can take a nap, wake up and move two spaces, then ask the customer behind me, if they mine watching my stuff to go to the bathroom and they say okay, because they know its going to be a long wait too, come back we move up one space and I fall asleep again, to wake up and scan over 100 dollars worth stuff, (more or less) in the back of my mind thinking that for as long as I had to stand and wait then to scan, it took about as much time it took me to earn the very hundred dollars I'm spending right now (more or less). Smh! I hope it's just me, but maybe it might be others that think this too.

This same old lady w/ her gray long hair always in a ponytail always gives me problems in self checkout! Makes me never want to go back but it’s the closest Walmart near me. One day she tried to tell me the $20 I just put in the machine weren’t mine when I had to go back to my car to get more money I told another employee that was working with her and she saw how much I had put in already. Now she’s trying to tell me what to do with my kid like her playing with the scanner gun was horrible I always let her do it and no other employee cares bc that’s my kid and she’s not even causing any problem I seriously think she should not work there anymore at least not in that position. She is horrible.

It's not a good practice to have someone stand in line for 10min before telling them your cashier is closed after they waited that long. I understand we all need our break but Walmart let's do better I literally had the smallest basket.

Very different arrangement from my home town Walmart. I'm not sure why they can't have all Walmart stores similarly layed out. I did find most of what I went for but ran out of time before I got through.

Needed appliance paint and no one could help. Asked a couple of associates for help and all were rude mfs. Pressed the button as well and no one came. Waited for half an hour. Not the first time people have been rude at this location. Ended up leaving without the paint. They probably don’t care but never coming here again. Terrible

They don’t have employees to bring carts they don’t have any handicap cars, handicap people but they have about 25 parking spots for handicap what the employee said was that they only have one machine one of those handicap carts working only for a big store I shopped come to check out And they only have two open stations all the self check out there’s lines waiting. This is ridiculous management needs to get more involved instead of sitting in their office is back there and just noticing that people are waiting around. It’s a damn.

Didn’t appreciate being profiled today. I felt someone staring at me as I was scanning my items at self checkout & so I looked over my shoulder & sure enough there were 2 workers eyeing me down. One whispers to the other & then next thing I know, my register freezes & one of them comes over & says I didn’t scan my pineapple slices. I didn’t even have pineapple slices. After searching my basket & finding nothing, she says “oh my fault I shouldn’t have listened to my coworker”. I was so embarrassed. I left quick after paying. If I didn’t need groceries so bad, I would’ve left everything & went elsewhere. If you guys can’t trust customers, maybe self checkout shouldn’t be a thing..

Dear General Manager (Jason Englewood): your store fails to plan for evening rush hour... have your managers noticed the long outrageous lines which circle back around the isles? Why does your store only have two checkout lanes open during peak time? Does Management notice that customers are very upset and bewildered because they've never seen anything like this? It's Shameful... it takes customers 50 minutes to checkout through a lane! Where is Management?!!! Where is the respect and concern from Management that customers deserve? Also, This Walmart seems to have a continuous problem with shopping carts. The wheels of 50% of the carts have some kind of problem. Managers are not prioritizing customer SERVICE nor customer EXPERIENCE... seems like Management doesn't care! Leadership starts from the top of the chain... if Management doesn't care, neither will staff... eventually customers will not come back, and this Walmart will be extinct just like Kmart and Sears... this Walmart store needs an audit from corporate , especially during peak time late in the afternoons. Please hire more cashiers and managers... fire the ones that don't care and properly train the ones that want to make a difference and set standards. Thank you!

This store apparently will fire employees for making a 37 cent price adjustments according to Sierra. Who suggested to go to another store 10 to 15 minutes away since the store is low on supply and the company doesn't really care about the customers or the employees. Employees are rude. They treat you like a thief. I was at self check out and the computer froze saying it detected a scanning error. They cashier record the video and said it was fine he was nice but the assets lady came and stood behind us staring us down and still whispering to the cashier like she was not satisfied that our groceries weren’t emptied out of the bags assuming we had put items that were not scanned in out cart. Walmart if you’re going to treat everyone at self checkout like thieves, then close all your self checkout lane and open up more registers! I’m seriously considering canceling my Walmart plus membership and not returning to any Walmart at all I know y’all don’t care and it’s fine I just don’t want to be treated like a thief and embarrassed in front of everyone every time I go to walmart

This is worst place to shop, rudeness is what I seen and saw! The tramp at register, was the worst I ever seen. Then they tell you that it's okay to go through a line, then try and talk bad to you! Never again! Then calls the police. Not a good look for Walmart! If ya'll see the one with no edges, that's her. And the Manger just stood there, with the same look! And make them change clothes! If they took a shower, they might feel better!

Convenient location. Had what I wanted in stock. No long lines. Multiple self service registers in both end of the store. Used the auto center for an oil change. They were a little busy so it took a second to be acknowledged but besides that service was fine.

No regular registers are ever open and the self checkout line has been long enough to reach the center of the store. 2 out of 3 visits had a line that long. Also uniformed officers along with 3 Walmart associates stand at the exits. Clothing section is minimal.

Im usually very patient, but I waited 30 min for no one to show up to open the locked spray paints. Asked an employee working in a different department which I saw had keys but their response was that someone should be in the paint department.

The checkout lines literally stretched through clothing all the way to the back aisle of the store, and they had two cashiers working the non-self check while around eight were moving product for restock. The self check line stretched back almost to dairy. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this Walmart, but tonight took the cake. There were abandoned carts everywhere from people bailing and I feel bad for the associates who will get stuck dealing with that mess.They also haven’t watered the houseplants in what looks like weeks - the entire stock is in some kind of distress, if not dead. Pretty sad.

DO NOT!! buy money orders from Walmart!! I received a payment from my girls father through one of their money orders for her ortho. Walmart didn't tell him I had to wait 10 days to cash it or that he couldn't write in the memo line what it was for. After 30 minutes of back and forth they call a lead and explains to me because it says Dental Payment they can't cash it. Then she asked are you Jessica and yes she tells the lady cash it as a check charging $4 to cash their own money orders. Shame on you WALMART!! Did call father of my girls asked him to use another method. That's why I stopped shopping at Walmart. #TEAM#HEB

Worst experiences ever lately with my car battery. I bought the battery. And didnt jad same one, so had to buy the 3 year more expensive one. I jave issues with it in 5 months. I go for warranty, and cant get a replacement caus they dont have way to tested. So qhent to other store they dont have exact match. So told them to test it for bad so i can go back to my store. It said 30min. Im here more than 3 hours and nobody knos qhere is my nattery, i just want go home stressed car left me. Hungey and mad. Qorst awrvice ever. Im going 5o autoparts now not walmart ever.
