I shop at Walmart A LOT, and this had to be the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever, and with over 5 Million Google Reviews, I hope I’m taken seriously. Today on 8/24/23, I asked if a cashier could check me out. I was told “NO” by the lady who is CLEARY CHECKING this customer out in the picture below. So what’s the difference in his money vs my money? Needless to say, another cashier comes to help me by the name of “JACKIE”. She does ring and bag my items and I put my things in the cart. Due to personal health reasons, I wanted someone to check me out at a register, just like this gentleman was offered. Jackie then proceeds to tell me that they are “SHORT STAFF, and NOT OBLIGATED TO CHECK ANYONE OUT”. She kept reintegrating this. At this point, I’m over it! I spend too much money WEEKLY in Walmart to be treated like I am not human first, and a customer second. After I finished checking out, I spoke with the manager (African American Gentleman with Braids). He told me that when a customer ask to be checked out at a register, they are to do so. That was NOT the case today where I was concerned. Instead I was belittled and only given WALMARTS ISSUES (no till, short staffed, not obligated to do so), instead of being treated “fairly and equal”. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION, and I also would like to speak to someone from REGIONAL and/or the STORE MANAGER. I have a Walmart account, and with two disabled boys under 6 years in age, I spends 100’s weekly, and to be treated in the most disrespectful manner-, I honestly have no words Walmart.

Shelves are never fully stocked. A lot of items are unavailable on the shelves. Almost every time I’m in the store, there is something needed that isn’t stocked on the shelves. Based off that, the store is very poorly ran and kept up. Always give a one star at checkout. Only go to this store if I only have too. I’ve started going to another store that stays stocked.

Stop do not go here they just robbed my man who is disabled and a vet someone stole $130 off his government card he it was proved they got his number when he went and bought groceries someone stole money from him from Walmart in white settlement TX 76108 do not use credit cards here are bank cards anything that has your info on it. This is a well kept location. Layout has a few issues and makes it hard to find a few items. Multiple visits and hadn't really had any interactions with staff other than checkout. Fairly busy at all times of day/evening.

From pulling into the parking lot, stepping over a dirty diaper that has been run over. To the parking lot cart guy that almost runs you over without ever saying excuse me, to the American flag on top of the building that is hanging by a thread and hasn't been cared for in years. To the rude people working pulling orders and running you over with their carts, they'll literally stop their carts right in front of you as you shop without ever saying a word, much less an excuse me. An eyeroll is likely what you'll get. This place is a dump. They corral you into the self checkout then have the nerve to ask you what their star rating is. As you leave you notice the river of trash that accumulated by the drainage ditch beside the store with the homeless camps that have made the underside of the bridge their homes.

Hello, I usually don’t leave reviews but I believe this is review worthy. I ordered a tv yesterday for pick up and when I went to pick up my tv the customer service representative refused to give me my order. This was an item that was a part of the Black Friday sale. Now I am a Walmart plus member. I’m a full time working mom so all the help I could get an appreciate. As I was on the phone with the customer care line an employee cursed me out then went on to call security because she felt threatened and honestly it was just because I was with my black brother. I understand this might be confusing but I just gaved birth and I needed help carrying this tv and because I went to pick it up with him she went on to say the item was not in stock however I have proof that it was.Fast forward to today I was given a $25 gift card for my troubles yesterday. I went in to order some items from Walmart and I used this gift card in the first attempt of delivery, my order wasn’t delivered. It said unable to complete delivery. Now I had to reschedule for a later time (it wasn’t convenient because I ordered ahead of time since both my kids are sick and I needed the items I ordered ) however I waited because I don’t drive and I needed them items. I recieve my delivery to 1) notice I’m missing items and 2) in given avocados and cherries I didn’t order. I called customer service and once again I was offered a gift car. Unfortunately I don’t prefer gift cards since Walmart delivery is essential to me due to my transportation issues now it might be silly but I don’t have the nesquick I need to prepare my son a bottle not the juices I ordered for his school lunch tomorrow :(. I order hundreds of dollars a month from Walmart and I am honestly disgusted with the way me and my brother were treated yesterday and todays issue just shows that this Walmart is unfortunately not doing what they are supposed to be doing.

Their prices have gone up but still a relatively good place to find everything you need. From Groceries to clothing, home goods, and I love the sports section. Their Electronic section always has a good selection.

This Walmart is 5 minutes from me and I only go out of convience.Half the times the carts are busted and squeaky.Registers are unclean and not stocked fully with bags.Employees shopping for online buyers block entire aisles because they feel they are more important, that or they are not self aware of their actions.Today I only needed a few items and got here at 8:00 AM. I wanted to get some grapes but there was only three bags available (all very sad looking and with yucky grapes). So I passed on that. I wanted to get my son a happy birthday balloon and the only decent looking one for a boy was tangled up with ten others and I couldn't pry it away so passed on that.If employees took care of this store it'd be decent.

I got shortchanged!,so i bought two cans of chicken noodle soup total came out to $4.36 i put $5.36 in the machine which means it should have given me back exactly 1 dollar but it only gave me 84 cents back so i tell one of the employees who was nearby and she says the receipt was right which it wasn’t she couldn’t have been less helpful, I don’t think Im coming back to this store again.

Went in to return an item I bought two days ago and the supervisor Stacy refused to process my return. She was extremely rude and walked away when I was trying to talk to her. It’s a shame that Walmart doesn’t train their employees to be decent people, or hire people that are nice to customers.

To the Hispanic lady up front with glasses working self checkout, MAYBE if you announce your presence and let people know what you are doing INSTEAD OF JUST STANDING THERE WAITING FOR ME TO OPEN MY BINS FOR YOU TO CHECK. It was nice to go to an area where Walmart had an employee running a register. Granted it was the customer service area. But it was still nice to see that the proposed money they put to giving people jobs is actually being used to give jobs.

Usually do my shopping/pickup here but have been having more and more problems lately. They always seem to be out of something and substitutions are frequently more expensive than I'm willing to pay. They will leave off a couple items out of almost every order but that is resolved quickly through the app. This past weekend I had an order for pickup that when I arrived I saw it had been picked up already. I had to call customer service and flag down an employee to figure out what happened. They were somehow able to give my order to the wrong person who apparently had a similar name. The employee told me to wait for just a minute and they would repack it. I had to flag him down again a few minutes later to ask him how long it would be, he told me it was a large order so it might be a while but just to wait in the pickup spot. My order was 69 items, I waited for over an hour with my 7 year old because I wasn't given any other option and I didnt even get all of my items. While I was waiting a different employee came up to my vehicle and tried to give me someone else's order so clearly this is an ongoing issue. I was in contact with customer support after this happened to inform them of the issues and how disappointed I was. They assured me that there would be an investigation and I would hear back about a resolution within a couple days, it has now been over a week and I have gotten nothing. I am so fed up and disappointed with this whole situation and they have done nothing to make up for this egregious mistake and theft they allowed to happen or compensate me for my time and distress wasted. I am going to avoid this store in the future and walmart as a whole since they clearly don't value my business.

Grocery need to be evaluated the prices are insane the other day i went to get green pepper and there are alots of them waisted and old cause the prices i buy green peppers great quality at heb for 54 to 64 cents, chicken at cost plus between 4 to 6 dolars for 9 chikens, the green apples 4 for 98 cents, red apples 8 for 98cents, orange 3 for 98.cents, i can keep going , better meats and seafood Albertson's. Need to evaluated there prices beacause it its waisting plus need to get better quality. This applys also to their meats. Walmarts is like 2 minutes from me but i rather drive to other place to get better prices and better quality.in vegetables, fruits , meats and seafood. Evaluted your prices

So tired of the checkout experience at Walmart! I understand there are thieves out there, but to be watched and hovered over when I check out just because I am quick and efficient? I have never stolen and am so tired of suffering for those that do. Today my husband, who actually is very slow and methodical at the process, had a worker approach him because she did not like the way he put his second bunch of bananas on the scale. She halted his process, stopped the machine, re-weighed the bananas and then when they checked the receipt he pointed out to her that now the bananas were on there twice. What did she say? Oops, well that's on me. So, in other words, he did not steal bananas! She then proceeded to stand 4 ft away and watch his every move until he finished. WHY? Was it a profiling issue because he had on his work clothes (he is a blue collar worker) or what exactly? Walmart, if you do not like the way we check out, then get rid of those and bring back humans! I am not going to go at the pace of a snail just to please your hawks you have posted to stare at us while we check out. It is insulting and at this point I believe we will move our several hundred dollars a month spent at Walmart to another store where we are not insulted.

Either continue with the self-checkout, and allow your customers to scan the items in peace, or bring the regular checkout lanes back. I was offered help at the self-checkout, I didn't need it, but your store worker completely ignored me. When I say"No, thank you", then this is exactly what I mean. I had to tell her FOUR TIMES until she got the hint and then I got an attitude from her. I don't mind being watched while I scan, but I don't like your store workers scanning randomly items in my cart to the point I lose sight. I discovered later that she scanned two items twice. It's the busy Christmas season, I don't have the time to correct your employee's errors!I used to like going to this Walmart, but the staff has become unprofessional and disrespectful.And it's not only the staff at the checkout lanes: the Walmart employees shopping for online orders park their oversized carts in the middle of an aisle and block regular shoppers from passing, not to mention don't move an inch when you need to get to an item near them. They're completely oblivious to their surroundings and the needs of regular shoppers.Another issue is, when you need a "locked up" item and no employee with a key is on duty. They're always on a break and seem to expect shoppers to wait for 30 minutes. It's one waste of time after another at this place. This Walmart has become very poorly managed over the past year.I will go to the well managed Hudson Oaks Walmart from now on. It has friendly workers with good manners, many old regular checkout lanes that are always staffed, better customer service and attentive keyed staff, who doesn't waste my time.

What can anyone say about Walmart that has not already been said? Its reputation precedes it. The only store that attracts such a high class of clientele that there is an entire website based around it. Are you bored? Roll the dice and see if everyone that decided to go shopping today also decided to wear pants. Maybe today is the day that someone finally mentally breaks and flips out while waiting in line.It's fun to make fun of walmart, but honestly I am friends with people that work for Walmart, and they are treated pretty good. During the pandemic, when other stores were out of supplies, Walmart had my back. Just remember when you do go that there are two kinds of people in this world. The people that put the shopping cart back where it goes in the designated area and people that don't give two dimes and leave it wherever they want. I will leave it for you to investigate what kind of people go to Walmart.

This is my 1st time here at this store and it is ENORMOUS!! I ve never seen a larger more stocked walmart EVER! They even have a much larger Garden center than any other AND...an entire furniture center! All part of and inside this walmart supercenter on Clifford Street. As you drive into the parking area youll be facing each of the walmart enterences.The grocery doors are located to the far right, you can enter & exit those at all times.The GM & Pharmacy dors are ooen until 9pm and Im not sure The Garden Center doors are open at all. The Furniture Center is located to the left of the grocery doors & Im not sure if tgey open tobtge outside. This store really is enormous!

Worst experience ever. I tried coming to do pick up thinking it’ll be easier I was very wrong! Waiting over 30 minutes in this Texas heat is unbearable. I do pickup because of my baby and this was just bad. I tried coming back twice each time over 30 minutes I’ll just stick to Albertsons from now on. This is ridiculous and not convenient. All these cars everyone is waiting. Except the jerks that park in the shade that are inside the store shopping.

nice Walmart just like the rest of them, if you're a fan. but this Walmart charges a dollar more for 2 liter of Dr pepper.I'm sure there's no shortage of Dr pepper the other Walmart is 7 mi away. why do they do stuff like that. why is every company trying to test the market. all your testing is my patience. I stopped going to Tom thumb cuz they charge $3 for the same thing. keep your prices consistent and you'll get loyal customers. stop seeing if you can maximize just keep your prices fair and people will go there stop trying to see if you can get an extra dollar out of popular items cuz then I'm not shopping for other things when I feel you're price gouging simple as that.update all Walmarts went up on doctor pepper. so the White settlement Walmart is just as good as every other walmart. all the Walmarts went up 33% on their 2 l and went up a dollar in about 1 week you know what I'm going to find a new grocery store suck a d.

One step below average. Was informed by restroom cleaner in a rude way that the bathroom was out of service. Tried rear restroom, which had most of the urinals out of service with tape that looked like it had been on there for weeks if not longer. Walking through the store, there was trash on the floors. This is not just in one section, there was a general trash level that I haven't seen before at Walmart. Perhaps there is a management issue at hand.

Ordered groceries for delivery. The driver dropped them off in a strange area and claimed he delivered to me. I require a signature because of this same episode happening before. "Julianna" the name of the driver, signed the receipt and I never received my groceries or money. When I called management I was told because of the signature , walmart will not refund my money. If i were physically able to shop my own groceries, I would never rely on someone else. I wonder how many other senior disabled persons have been treated in this manner. What a shame. The original owner would never allow this type of fraud to a loyal customer.
