I came to buy a pedialyte for my baby and I needed to used the restroom 🚻 first and the "manager" said it was out of service, i really couldn't wait but this people where so rude in with excuses saying it wasn't working then they said cause the COVID pff

I'd like to comment on Walgreens employee Valarie Diaz for a second. She was extremely helpful on my visit, she knew exactly what I needed. I'm extremely satisfied with her customer service skills and see great things in her future with the company. She was very polite and had a smile the whole time, I felt very comfortable while making my transaction. I will make this location my store of choice from now on, I highly recommend this Walgreens.

This is my choice for store. Valarie the manager is always helpful. Martha The cashier is also very kind and attentive. Every time i walk into the store right away Martha right away greets you. Thank you Walgreen's for always making my experience great.

I have had problems with this pharmacy in the past. I do love the main pharmacist he's really good. I am upset I know we have emergencys, but I been without my important meds since the weather. I can't get my meds transferred and I'm starting with drawls. This isn't rite. They should be able to do something in this time for people that take serious meds.. I don't understand why they need to be closed all these days, when others are open. This will probably cause me to change pharmacies.

I recently visited the pharmacy and wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service. A young lady named Bethany went above and beyond to insure my prescription needs were met. As for the pharmcist he made sure to stop what he was doing to make sure I was well taken care of.

Not very helpful. They are usually always out of stock of things that are on the ad on the first few days, and they dont offer rainchecks, you have to wait until Saturday when their next shipment arrives. Yet I am unable to return until the same day next week. They get 2 extra stars for having the redbox inside the store.

This is pathetic. This store is cash only. I asked to use the bathroom, and the lady rudely replied they could not let me because we only have one and it's for employees only. Rude! We had a pregnant lady in our party and it was emergency. Find a different Walgreens this one is trash.

Asked an employee to use the restroom he got very irritated as he was,talking on his cell phone while stocking turned around snapped "WHAT?" At me when I repeated myself he sucked his teeth & continued his telephone conversation while angrily opening the restroom door. :-/ I left without purchasing my basket full of groceries. It's absurd how long the wait is. I was told to wait 15 minutes and it took over an hour to get my medicine.Definitely changing pharmacy.

They get upset if you call to ask about covid results today I spoke and the person with a very bad character said check your email and they tell you the problem is that 4 days have passed and I don't have an email with a response that's why I spoke. . But don't worry Walgreen people, I won't go again. May you have better days and improve your character.
