It’s a great place , especially since it’s a go to and i need to get something quick , but their is a older woman blond hair lady that works their and when i want to use MY REWARDS SHE NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER PUTS THEM IN EVER AND SHE IS ALWAYS CLAIMING THAT SHE IS BUT SHE ISNT . and also she never treats everyone the same THEIR IS ONLY SOME PPL THAT SHE WILL BE EXTREMELY NICE , and the times i been their she has like a very HEAVY ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME !!! please fix this because of her you will be losing customers !!

I'm no pharmacist. I've never worked in a pharmacy, but I don't understand why it takes so long to pick up a prescription that's already waiting in a sack. I spent at least 15 minutes in line at the drive-thru tonight, and I've spent that long waiting inside as well. They also call way too much, and from odd phone numbers that don't identify as Walgreen's. It's been a lot of years, but I'm moving to the CVS down the street.

This is the worst Walgreens i’ve ever experienced. They are ALWAYS understaffed. They NEVER fill a prescription until i call to follow up. There have been multiple times where i have waited on hold for a full hour before getting ahold of someone to tell them to fill the prescription they’ve already been sent. I am currently in a 5 person line inside after waiting 45 minutes on the phone and giving up. Oh and there are also 4 cars in line outside.I don’t know what the deal is but this seems like it’s the fault of the store’s general manager for being cheap on staffing. I have used 15-20 walgreens pharmacies in my life and none of them even come close to as consistently awful.The pharmacists/staff are nice and doing their best.

THE WORST SERVICE!! My Doctor called in a prescription late in afternoon for a simple antibiotic since I was sick. Walgreens did not fill it even though they were open till 9pm. The next morning I called to check Status. Recorded message stated " we're working on it " called back to speak with Pharmacist; waited on phone for 10 minutes and was disconnected. Called back and waited 10 more minutes and same result. I asked my Dr. To call RX some where else.Total incompetence!! I won't go to this location ever again. Meanwhile, it has been over 24hrs and I still don't have my medication due to ineptitude by Walgreens on corner of Hulen and Camp Bowie in Fort Worth. Pharmacy services there are VERY POOR.

I’ve been using Walgreens for prescriptions for years, and in that course of time I’m had my fair share of, “Oh, your prescription was sent to our central location instead” or “Your prescription isn’t ready yet [even after the previously stated time that it’d be ready].” Fine, just part of Walgreens. But this week has been the experience that will make me start using a local pharmacy. After two separate visits to the pharmacy that resulted in no medicine (in spite of previous communications that it was ready), on this third visit the medicine was finally there. The pharmacy assistant made a “boo boo” and cancelled out my checkout when trying to apply a coupon, which then caused my insurance to no longer apply when she tried to ring it up again. This means another day’s delay in getting medication and now a fourth trip to this same pharmacy within a week. So, if you have a lot of lead time (2+ weeks) and don’t mind waiting, go here. If you actually need your medicine, go elsewhere.

The previous one star reviews on this pharmacy still hold true. Rude, argumentative and the pharmacist is quick to assign any questions as being a "problem". The Lord requires me to be forgiving, but will definitely not ever use this Walgreens pharmacy again.

I don't even know what to say except SAVE YOURSELF; keep driving to the CVS down the street.The staff is rude, scripts are never ready and they charged my insurance for a vaccine they didn't give. When I attempted to call to have them correct I was on hold for 45 minutes; twice I was the next caller, they picked up the phone, hit hold and hung up AGAIN forcing me back into the queue. I went into the pharmacy, they told me it was cancelled but couldn't provide proof. I finally gave up and called my insurance directly, no surprise, there was a charge for a COVID AND FLU vaccine. The charge was finally reversed BUT ONLY when Express Scripts got involved. Oh my, what a bloody mess; these people need some serious customer service training.

Nice location. The store is kept clean and orderly. The employees are very kind and most helpful. Prices are higher than at a big box store but comparable to other large chain pharmacies and convenience stores. They do offer COVID and Flu vaccines. I'd call ahead as appointments may be necessary.

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. I am always patient when waiting for prescriptions and I understand when there are a lot of people in line that it’s going to be a while. What I can’t tolerate is the pharmacy staff’s attitude, today they were rude and completely unprofessional. The woman who was “helping” me was acting like I was totally putting her out. They shouldn’t treat people that way when they’re just trying to pick up their medicine.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. I just switched to Walgreen's because it's my health insurance preferred pharmacy. I have been waiting for 6 days for my regular maintenance medication. The pharmacy keeps saying they doctor denied it, but when I call the doctor they say not true, pharmacy has never contacted us. So, I ask the doctor to call them in and request refills. Now pharmacy says the doctor never contacted them. I am calling my doctor tomorrow and ask them to send my refills to my old pharmacy. I've never had this issue! Only with Walgreens!

Go absolutely anywhere but here. The pharmacy staff is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen & completely incapable of filling a simple order. Multiple times it has took 3-4 weeks to get anything done. They don’t follow through with anything they say they’ll do. If you have a child or loved one in need please for go else where.

Slowest customer service, if that exists. Prepare to wait an hour after your appt scheduled time for something as simple as a flu shot. You can also expect for them to get your paperwork wrong. Much better experiences were had at the CVS on Camp Bowie.

I have been to this pharmacy many times with great experiences, but after tonight not sure I will go back. The customer service for the pharmacy was horrible. Everyone was waiting for at least 20 minutes to be even addressed then they just walk off. I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru line and I was first in line. They were ignoring everyone and when vida did finally speak she had no customer service what so ever. There are too many pharmacies close by to be treated this way.

Every time I have come here has been a positive experience, but today takes the cake. It's been a rough month with my asthma and I ran out of the solution for my inhaler before I could make it to my next doctors appointment for a refill. My doctor called it in yesterday, but this is the earliest I could go. I began to have an asthma attack on the drive to the pharmacy and by the time I made it to the drive in, I was in trouble. Once realizing the potential crisis situation, not only was the staff extremely fast, but they were compassionate, concerned, and very helpful! I think that lady saved my life. This is my best experience at any Wallgreens and I can't even begin to express the scope of how grateful I am to this woman. I only wish I had been able to get her name.

The cash register lady charged 2 extra things on my receipt. All I bought was makeup but she charged me for some “payday bar” that I DID NOT GET OR BUY. I didn’t realized it until I looked at my digital receipt. Also got my PCR test done here and they stated it takes “3-5 days” but it’s been 6 days and the lab hasn’t collected it yet. Was told there’s nothing they can do since they don’t have access to the information. Why do it then?Edited: got a refund for the things I didn’t buy. Took 7 days to get my results, shouldn’t take that long since it wasn’t near the holidays.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, I went inside to pick up my RX. She grabs my RX, but doesn't know what size syringe to go with it so asks me to step aside and begins assisting (or trying, she's rude and unhelpful) other customers... I stand there for 5-10 minutes before asking if someone was going to help me? No one knew what size syringe to give so they all ignored me. A free RX pick up took nearly 40 minutes. Not apologetic, rude, and incredibly slow. Most definitely switching not only locations by pharmacies.

Went to this location to pick up a prescription. My drivers licenses expired and I’ve not been able to get it renewed due to COVID shutting everything down. State DMV clearly states my ID is NOT expired, but they refuse to accept it! Talked to the store manager who basically said her son got his license renewed in two weeks, find someone else to come get your prescription. Rude and selective on who they want to serve. After reading other reviews for this location, I’m surprised they get business at all. I’ve already filed a complaint with cooperate.

People's lives could be on the line due to lack of medication and this pharmacy could literally not care.1) every other Walgreen I've been to has filled my prescriptions promptly in 1 hour. Well, I see more 1 star idiots here as well... Even a couple of 5* no offense. For starters, you all complain about the pharmacy being understaffed and the wait time taking forever. So, instead of just whining about it, use that small brain of yours and provide some constructive criticism that can help the pharmacy and the staff improve their services. Also, when you complain on google reviews, do you think it will really help them get better? NAH REALLY. They are busy trying to help people out and you are probably sitting behind a freaking computer, stuffing your faces with potato chips and planning out when to stop by the next great, greasy fast food place. And to the 5* people, please, please provide more info on why this pharmacy is great instead of just giving a 5* with no notations at all. It is just as bad as the 1* reviews...

Pharmacy is super slow, makes mistakes. I always dread coming here for meds. Sitting in the drive through line right now. Sure wish it was better because I could walk here from home.I've given another star. They've improved a little, but still not stellar.

Had surgery today. Called in prescription. Said it was filled arrived and they just closed the pharmacy with no explanation. Tried another Walgreens but they said they couldn’t open the new order since the other filled it. Irresponsible and life threatening. Should be investigated as a whole. Will never deal with again.

I just moved here and I have been very happy with this Walgreens Pharmacy. The email reminders for refills are very helpful and I've never had to wait very long. The staff has been friendly. Only one time at the drive-thru a clerk wasn't thorough in answering a question.

The pharmacy here is absolutely awful! It is not uncommon to wait in line for 30+ minutes just to pick up a script. Not to drop one off and wait for it to be filled, just to pick it up! It's a shame really, I literally live within 100 yards of this location and have been putting myself through this torture for the past 3 years due to the "convenience" of the location. I keep justifying it by telling myself that all the negative reviews being generated will surely elicit some form of corrective action, but it's naive of me to think it will ever change if hasn't thus far. I'm definitely going to start taking my business elsewhere and I highly suggest everyone else do the same. There is a CVS half a mile further down Camp Bowie and I have a hard time imagining the service being any worse. Hell, I would honestly suggest you drive to any other pharmacy in Tarrant county, it's not worth the frustration and you will still likely get your stuff faster. The manger over this facility should lose his/her job for the consistent poor service.

My husband and I signed up for drive thru covid testing. We went, and were very impressed with the professionalism of the operation. It has now been almost 2 months and not a word . Disappointing at least. We are seniors and I have had pneumonia for months. Oh well.

Absolutely worst customer service. They act put out every time I come here. They are not helpful and they flat out just act miserable. It's definitely a chore having to come here. If it wasn't so close to my house if just go somewhere else. It's almost to the point I'm going to drive across town. Or I'll just switch to CVS/ they at least seem to enjoy their jobs. Pharmacist included.
