Every. Single. Time. This phramacy is a freaking train wreck. It seems like they staffed up recently, but still just completely horrible. Always late on my partners medications. They can never give accurate notifications, either telling me something is ready when it's not, or not notifying us when something actually is ready. Constant back an fourth with doctors office about refills I know for a fact were sent in. And completely bonkers wait times both inside and drive through. If you have options, go somewhere else. Unfortunately, due to insurance, I'm stuck here. Also, CVS across the street isn't much better either.

Inefficient and Frustrating ServiceI had a very disappointing experience with this Walgreens pharmacy while trying to confirm the availability of a time-sensitive medication. Unlike other Walgreens locations, the staff here insisted that only my physician could inquire about stock levels directly with the pharmacist, complicating what should have been a simple process. This unnecessary hurdle significantly delayed my access to crucial medication, suggesting a lack of consideration for customer needs and urgency.

Pharmacist Ha was so kind, patient and professional.Unfortunately they don’t take my new insurance, however she let me know how I could find a coupon to get it the cheapest possible. I really appreciate her customer service. Thank you Ha.

Had a prescription called in to this Walgreens (White Settlement) the evening of Dec 28. Went to pick it up on the morning of Dec 29. After waiting behind a single vehicle in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes, I advanced to the window. I was then informed that they did not have my (time critical) medication in stock. I ask if any other Walgreens nearby has it, to which the window clerk basically replied "sorry, can't help you" and waved me off. Not the slightest bit interested in offering a solution (after all, the prescrip was in Walgreen's system). I ended up calling the Aledo Brookshires since their pharmacy is now run by Walgreens. The very helpful pharmacist there (at Brookshires) informed me that they have the prescription and would call the White Settlement store to have it transferred over. A few hours later I had the prescription, thanks to the excellent service at Aledo Brookshires/Walgreens. It's obvious where I'll be taking any future business.

You normally have to wait 10 to 15 minutes per car in front of you thru drive thru Either they don't have your prescription ready or short. Worst Walgreens ever

I've been unhappy with my current pharmacy, so I had my doctor send in one of my ten prescriptions to this location. Mistake. They've had two chances to fill this prescription and both times they've been out and made no attempts to let me know.Over the weekend after not hearing from Walgreens I went in and they informed they were out but would have it on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. I was then asked for my phone number so they could let me know when it comes in.So imagine my surprise, when Tuesday came and went with no contact. I just went in to check and they're still out of stock with no explanation for lack of contact or when I could expect my medication. "Must be on back order" she said.I will not be returning.

Veronica is extremely rude every single time we come to this location. She is not even slightly helpful in any situation. Save your energy and go somewhere else just to avoid her.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. The pharmacy employees have the worst attitude as if they’re there against their will. The employees they put at the counter always have dirty scrubs. It looks gross. The thought of these people handling my prescriptions is unappealing. Kimberley is especially rude. Go to CVS, Walmart, or Albertsons across the street instead.

Normally this Walgreens has very pleasant staff members; however, the staff member at the drive thru was the rudest individual. She did not fully answer my question about a cancelled prescription nor did she answer my question about the rationale for my having to take my ID pouch apart for her to write down my driver's license number. I have not encountered someone like her in this store in years.

So spoke to Walgreens in Weatherford Texas where I always get my prescription. They told me they were OUT and to pick up in White Settlement that this location HAS the medication and they will send over the request. I drove to White Settlement and the drive thru lady tells me the can't NOT fill my prescription and that Weatherford Walgreens doesn't know what their talking about. I let her know the lady went over several locations and told me I'm sending it over just pick up there and they want me to get a whole new prescription to pick up here. So with NO solution all I am getting is a sorry. So I can request a new prescription but no guarantee the pharmacy it's sent to will have it and this will go around and around with again NO solution. Now I can't get my medicine and no one can tell me what to do. This is why people get sick and die cause NO ONE at these pharmacies care!!!

The pharmacy is drowning. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, or they just fill a massive amount of prescriptions, but it’s a nightmare. They’re continuously out of medication. The staff looks exhausted and miserable. It’s a nightmare trying to get prescriptions, they do not have time to answer the phones, though they do try… they need a lot of help. I’ve had to wait in medicine that should have already been ordered b/c they didn’t order it. It’s not healthy. The actually Walgreens as a store separate from the pharmacy is good.

Only went through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. Noticed lane 1 has been closed for at least a month now, not sure why but it definitely adds to the wait time. Overall the service was good but why are pharmacies so slow in general.

Waiting over 1 hour past your appointment time to get a Covid shot is unacceptable. I am the only one waiting for a shot. Several Customers have received their prescriptions and we are still waiting as if we are not a priority. This is the second time we’ve had to deal with this. Cvs got to my grandchildren within 10 minutes and we were out. I understand being busy And understaffed but I have a place in line too.

I had such a great experience with the photo center at the Walgreens on White Settlement. Alysa was so patient and helpful and worked with me for at least half an hour to get the right size photo for my Korean visa application. I highly recommend this location for their efficiency, customer service, and patience. Thank you!

I'm only speaking for the pharmacy portion of the store in this review, the rest of the store is fine to my knowledge. I got both doses of my covid vaccine here and can say from my experience of the pharmacy that it is awful and highly recommended to go anywhere else. I'm sure they would appreciate this as well. The pharmacist who gave my 2nd dose was nice and professional but all other pharmacy staff were either rude,unprofessional, disorganized, or screwed something important up like not giving me my vaccine record and I had to wait in a long line of irate customers just to get it after already waiting over an hour after my appointment time. And like I said, I went for both doses so it wasn't a one off experience. Something got messed up both times due to inattention. Customers were rude and nasty as well but staff didn't acknowledge their existence and made them wait in line just to pick up or turn in consent forms for vaccines so just an unpleasant experience all around. I'm a nurse so I understand it's busy and stressful but customer service is possible during the pandemic.

Told it would be 10 min to get scripts finished. Wait, then asked if I would go to the back of the line to have scripts filled that they have had over 24 hours. I am not sure who is managing the pharmacy but this is the 2nd day in a week that I have hat do water longer that 30 minutes.

The employees at this location from the store lead to all of the pharmacy employees are rude and truly do not seem like they want to help. I've had issues with the pharmacy on many occasions from being lied to my face to going back and forth and not helping me out with my medication. I've never experienced this at any other location but this one. According to the reviews I'm not the only person. So why hasn't this been taken care of? How many more customers will you guys let be mistreated? If I could give no stars i would!! This is unprofessional. I will be reaching out to whoever I need to in order to bring this to the attention of anyone in a higher position. You don't treat customers this way. I will also be switching pharmacies and I would not recommend anyone to this pharmacy. Every single one of them needs to be trained on how to treat customers. This is sad and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Insane how long it is taking to get through the pharmacy drive through for meds!!!! I’m not in the COVID line. I had to come twice today just to drop off my subscription because I couldn’t wait more than 20mins. The second time took 30mins and I’m picking up still waiting at 45 mins. All three times I’ve come here, there has only been one or two cars in front of me. I guest COVID testing is taking priority?I feel awful for the staff because I know they are going as fast as they can.

The pharmacy department is horrible. We waited an hour to get vaccine booster and waited 23 minutes on phone to speak with someone in pharmacy it's a joke as far as customer service goes. This pharmacy in this particular store seems to always be lacking in good customer service. Ugh!!

Wanted to transfer my family’s prescriptions from other pharmacies to them because it is closer to my new job. Spoke to a young girl and she was shocked that I wanted to…? So we won’t through the motions and I answered the questions name, dob, etc. She then asked me what pharmacy…I told her, then she asked their phone number. I didn’t know off hand and because I was driving I couldn’t look it up. She told me they will not transfer unless I give them the phone number. I asked if she would be able to look it up and she said no, they only had the local numbers. I told her at my office (worked in a clinic) we helped out the patient by googling it for them. She again told me that I would need to do it…is this a company thing or just a her thing? If she would have been polite about it then I would have told her I’ll call back later. But I ended up just telling her id rather go somewhere else.

There pharmacy is a joke. I usually have my prescriptions filled at another location that's bear my job. But this one is close to home. Every time I try to use this location there are problems. I was notified that my prescription was ready on 3 different occasions. I went up there each time to be told it wasn't and they are waiting to hear back from the dr. Why don't they call the Dr and get approval? Lord knows there not that busy they have time and it's there job! I will. It be going back to this pharmacy and I don't recommend it either!

The pharmacy staff here is awful! I was at the consultation window waiting to pick up a prescription and so many staff including the pharmacist just looked at me and walked on by. I’m going to try and avoid this location.

Pharmacy section is the worst I’ve ever seen. A covid result will take you a week plus to get back. Also making appointments for anything is pointless. I advise you try any other Walgreens except this one.

The pharmacist are horrible here. Very rude to say the least. They seem to be bothered by doing their job. On most occasions they cant handle prescription process and inventory correctly. Sadly it seems they hire anyone with a pulse to work at this pharmacy. Havent had a pharmacy handle things so poorly not on one visit but multiple visits.

Just like the other reviews, the pharmacy is horrible!!! Horrible customer service and they just don't care. The actual store is great, very friendly employees, but steer clear from the pharmacy. I have had issues everytime I've tried to fill a script here. I will never use this pharmacy again.

If I could give less than one, I would. I ordered my Rx’s to be delivered 12 days ago, they charged my credit card, said they shipped it, and now fed ex says they never have received anything to deliver. I have spent over 45 min on the phone on hold 3 different times only to be HUNG UP ON without anyone ever answering the phone. I’m at the end of my rope as far as the INCREDIBLY POOR communication with this store. There is NO excuse. Not COVID or anything else.

Every single time I go to pick up my prescriptions I experience the most miserable staff. You should really look into hiring people who actually want to work there! The wait I had Today for one prescription was ridiculous and when the woman came back to the drive through she reluctantly apologized almost like it hurt her to even say it. Please hire some people who actually want to work and know how to deliver customer service.

I have never had such a horrible experience in a pharmacy. I went in to drop off 2 prescriptions (one for pain, one for an antibiotic) and was told that only one (pain medicine) was available and that it would be ready in 15 minutes and it will be $7.88. They said the other was unavailable. Great! I thought! I had already went to two different chains and both medicines were unavailable at the moment. (I had an eye injury and couldn't wait) Anyway...during this 15 minute wait, I went to CVS and luckily they had the other prescription (antibiotics) available and I did NOT have to wait. It was only $8! This is great as I am uninsured. Fast forward 15 minutes and I go back to Walgreens (the one I am reviewing) and the same girl that was at the counter that took my script to be filled told me it was out of stock! After she said it will ready in 15 minutes and will only be $7.88! She talked to a man behind the counter and he said 'oh yeah, I just marked that as out of stock and reordered' I was livid!!! How could people's medications be so mishandled and inventory be so OFF! He assured me it would be available tomorrow. So I sent my husband to pick it up the next day after I got a text saying it was ready (Yay! I thought! I need pain relief!) He got up to the counter and the person behind the counter said "$98 sir!" My husband told them that I got quoted for $7.88. They replied "Oh. That's for someone with insurance ." I made it very clear I was uninsured and that is why I MADE SURE they gave me the price before dropoff. Whoever manages this place is sorry sorry sorry and is doing a poor job. Keep an eye on your employees, they obviously can't keep up with controlled meds or are stealing them.

Been shopping there and using the pharmacy for 3 years. We have always had great service. The drive thru is very well staffed and efficient. Great job y'all!
