Called for help getting the price of a steel pipe wrench and was transferred to someone who literally just kept saying "uh I don't know" then when I asked can you please find out he placed me on hold for 25 min. I'm still on hold I'm going to see how long before they just hang up. I'm recording it to place on on my page of the most non helpful customer service out there.

absolutely a joke. The assistant manager “Chief” does not deserve his job. Long story short another Home Depot store made a massive error with an equipment reservation so we drove an hour out of our way to rent from this location. Thinking that Home Depot as a chain store would back their customer service standards and assist adjusting a rental term accordingly was a mistake. He said “ you didn’t purchase from my store so if I make the adjustment, then it will look negatively on my store” proceeded to give a know it all smirk and in general being super disrespectful. Without even ending the conversation politely, he just walked away. I genuinely hope that somebody higher than his position will have a talk with him. until then, everyone should go to a different location and not this one. heck, even better, just go to Lowe’s.

My boss and I purchase 36 4 by 8 sheetrock.We were hoping to get help from The Young to employees doing nothing since we're both 60 years of age. However they did not even offer to help and just stood around doing nothing. Lowe's out in hulen loaded all 36 4 by 12 ft sheetrock for us.

Very helpful staff. All my questions were answered to the best of their abilities each time I went there, and staff members were very eager to help me if I encountered any issues.Sadly the keys I tried to copy for my mailbox have still not worked, even after going back and trying it again, so I just gave up. But other than that, everything had been amazing.

Pretty decently stocked although there have been times when I have to go to another location. Never had an issue with pick up orders or returning something with the receipt or looking up via my card on their end. I can almost always find a product where the store website says it will be, so it's nice that they keep that organized and up to date. They could use some more self checkout spots as there is frequently a line to checkout. Other than that I have had pretty friendly/helpful interactions with the employees whenever I needed help.

Customer service at this place stinks, my husband went there to get a part for our washing machine, the employees were rude and disrespectful. He asked an employee named LaTasha for help and she was more than willing to look for the part, unfortunately we have to order it. He said LaTasha was nice and profressional but the rest of them are SORRY.

Tried to get doors from this Home Depot and get an install. Dealt with a lot of incompetent workers here. Given the wrong door sizes for my house. Spent $150 on 3rd party workers who charge by time. Had to return the doors, but still wasted money on the workers. Home Depot has not made that right even though they were the ones that gave me the wrong size doors. I paid money to get the measurements from them, and they’re not even willing to give me them unless I use them. Thanks for nothing Caroline.

Literally one of the worst hardware stores I have been to. Stopped in to buy a step bit. Their website says they have dozens of about 15 different sizes. There’s no one around to help. After finally waiting and finding somebody he didn’t want to be there and told me they were all stolen. There are zero lanes open, just self check. Zero employees to be found throughout the store. Maybe if you hired more people then your nits wouldn’t all be stolen. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I find it frustrating as a electrician shopping here. I spend thousands each year on tools. Then each item i have have it taken up front I just find it shopping a pain nowdays. And no one is checking me out. No humans when I need them. I go here as last resort to online or they are the only ones who have it in stock.

April , Esai and Henry where an amazing help . We got wood cut but it was cut incorrectly. We went back and they gave us new wood with the correct measurements - with no hassle . April had an amazing sprit , excellent customer service and a good personality. Esai was very professional and understanding and got us help immediately. Henry was very willing to help us , very informative and great conversation as he cut the correct pieces . Thanks Home Depot ! Great employees

I picked a shovel that was on sale. When they ran the pricen it showed full price. I had the do price check but price check showed it was not on sale. So I had tp go back and do my own price check.

Absolutely the WORST Home Depot! If you have questions, forget it! All the workers, excluding this guy on the fork, were too busy in pairs chatting with each other or cutting shoppers off because they were late to clock in. Cut off by a man we thought was a rude customer but about 5 min later we saw him putting on a HD apron coming out of the back...We were here 1 hour, looking at grills, garden supplies, and needed fencing items but ended up leaving without all we came for due to empty shelves for fencing parts. Did self check-out because NO register was open, again, employees in pairs just standing around talking. The entire store is in shambles, every back row blocked by misc boxes, not orange safety gates or carts. Disgusting & disappointed!

Just wasted an hour in this store trying to buy a trimmer. The associate that works here Kenny is the most clueless individual I have ever met. I’m buying a $200-$300 dollar trimmer and he just sits there and stares at the trimmers while I’m asking him basic questions. When I ask to read the features of the trimmers to make a decision on which one to buy he immediately says he has to close the cage, it made no sense. I’m giving 3 stars because Earnest who works there also is a really good informative sales associate. Very knowledgeable on several brands that I was looking at.

Went in for 1 item, and Kenny was so nice to stop what he was doing to assist me due to fact I didn't know actually what size to get for the item I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Two other young gentlemen tried to help, but were nice enough to direct us in the right direction. *This was the afternoon staff*

This particular location for Home Depot has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not just within Home Depot but of all retail. I will never return to this location. Majority of staff is hanging around on their phones completely oblivious to customers around them. Just went to purchase a DeWalt too and called customer service to unlock an area. They attended to a different customer and just walked away without asking myself and another gentleman in the aisle if we needed help.

My mom has her own landscaping business so she come here on a regular bases. She always seeks out Samuel for help. And she always points him out to me when we're there together and saying how nice, helpful, and kind he is. Kindness and compassion makes a huge difference in people's lives. What truly changes us is when we receive compassion from the people we least deserve it from, when we least deserve it. Kindness to my mother is never forgotten. He's pretty swole, too. Thank you, Samuel.

Went to Home depot to buy a few items and they left rusty fence panels on flat cart that protruded in aisle in front of customer service.My leg caught the edge of wire and also cut my ankle. Several home depot customer service reps saw this happen..and did nothing. I had to go and ask for manager several times to get medical assistance..since I was cut by their rusty wire. Had to ask several times about going to hospital..finally my wife showed up because I called her to let her know what happened and she demanded that I get an ambulance to take me... the assistant manager could have done a better job instead of making me sit in entrance for all the customers walking in staring at me with blood all over my leg and foot. Assistant manager never said sorry this happened .just gave me a sheet of paper for incident report. No one from Home depot has called to check on me.. doubt I will shop there again..UPDATE AUGUST 19RECEIVED CALL FROM HOME DEPOT INSURANCE SEDGEWICK STATING I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY OWN INSURANCE TO PAY FOR ALL HOSPITAL BILLS.. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT!!!!! I WAS TOLD THAT HOME DEPOT WOULD PAY BY YOUR ASSISTANT MANAGER!!!! HOSPITAL AND AMBULANCE COMPANY CALLED AND STATING I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY OWN INSURANCE AND PAY OUT OF POCKET...
