We were able to find a storm door we wanted that was out of stock at stores closer to us. (They might want to refresh their storm door displays - we already knew what we wanted so no issue for us - but the displays had been beat to death so no way to experience differences between doors.) Associates were super helpful. We would definitely shop here again if in the area. Photo is the door we bought, after installing.

Went to garden and took almost all morning looking for the perfect flowers and plants for my home and as I was checking out female cashier called the male cashier and he told me they couldn't sell me 3 rose plants I wanted because he said they are dead when the roses are perfect. He then prosseed to remove them from my cart to just throw them away!!!!! I was so upset and I'm still upset because I was going to PAY FOR THEM I liked them as they was, for them to just do what they did. I definitely will not be going back to any home depot for gardening.

Love, love, love this place the best place to visit for home goods. Great prices. Just wish they would take time and cross train their employees. I had someone helping me cut some wood and I even brought the exact size wood for them to cut I got charged for 4 , 8 ft wood and only got 4 pieces out of it. All the other pieces were shorter and was told I have to pay for the whole piece. Sucks..

My cousin who lives in Fort Worth Tx knows I live by Yelp, so he called me and asked me to recognize the Home Depot on South Fwy for their professionalism and kindness! He went in to make some keys and was greeted and treated with nothing but great hospitality in the store by a young man name Jonathan Cordova! The place was clean and the girl behind taking our order was so cute and friendly. She was cold cause she got wet doing dishes. Needed a jacket or a better apron to not get wet. Loved the tree.

Home Depot Staff weren't readily available to ask questions in specific departments such as lighting, appliances, kitchen fixtures and gardening. I had to walk around until I found a sale associate so they could locate someone for the department I was in.

Mismarked aisles, no easily found sales associates, phone call said they had what I wanted in stock (11 of them) but upon arrival, they had none. Decided to get the available color (they had 3). Carried it to checkout but even though it looked available, a lady said “these are closed.” Worst Home Depot experience ever.

Walked in with my 2 boys on the way from to pick up some batteries, almost all the outside lights were. Half the parking lot was lit and seemed none on the building were. Wasn't till we got inside that we were sure it was open. My 5 year old was a bit scared walking through the dark paring lot in a dark building from the outside. Once he calmed down and was inside with all the lights on he was scared half you death by 4 or 5 employees all behind the paint booth watching the football game. They all screamed out so loud he almost fell down while we were walking by. For a second I felt like I took my kids to bar with all the "hooping and hollering " . No registers were open to check us out only self checkout. And one was messed up waiting for a football fan to come and clear the error so we could check out and leave. Back through the darkness of their parking lot. Horrible stop at home depot

Ms. Debbie gives HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked to her line and she was counting cash she told me I'll probably get you over there. "There" was somewhere behind her, so I move and waited for her to finish counting the cash. Then to moves to the other side and uses the phone. No problem I still waiting. She then proceeds to check out another guest who just walked up. I asked her what about me I followed your directions and you ring up someone else. She states she didn't see me.... Then begins checking out the next person, I asked you're still going to check him out knowing I'm right here and just spoke to you. She exchanges words but in the meantime, another employee stops and rings me up. I ask for the manager his name is Zak. As I waited for Zak a supervisor asked if she can help me, I told her it was about Debbie, she rolled her eyes, and I told her that tells me enough about Debbie and that this is a one time situation. She confirms and said I should speak to Zak. While waiting another gentleman in a red shirt states out loud. Do not work with this lady she has horrible customer service and should be fired. I confirmed with him that it was Debbie and he said yes. The employees know she is a known problem and this is not new. I speak to Zak and he states the same, and that they are addressing it. I told Zak, at this moment I'm no longer looking at Debbie being a bad apple. A bad apple is a bad apple. I'm now looking at management that either condones or has not corrected the problem.

We have given this home depot multiple chances since it is off the highway and on the way home. Everytime we are extremely disappointed. Customer service is horrible. It's dirty and disorganized.

I needed 8 2x2s for a project. As they were 8 feet long, I was going to cut them in half to fit into my car. Unfortunately, the saw in the store was not working However, Lalo Zaragoza came to my aid and cut all eight pieces with a hand saw! 💕💕💕I was amazed and super grateful that someone would go to that much trouble and hard work to help a customer. Best experience EVER at a Home Depot!!!! Thanks again Lalo, you are the BEST!!!

Always excellent selection...I think better than Lowes. Lowes is a quicker checkout tho and finding someone in a department at home depot can be frustrating.
