The Container Store has mostly quality products in a variety of sizes and styles. There are some unique items that make the trip beneficial.The store is organized pretty well with an open concept in the middle. Space between the shelving is a little cramped if two people are on the same aisle.At 11:00 on a Friday morning, the place was pretty busy, but the staff was always helpful. Checking out, however, the line grew to five (5) customers deep, even with two registers open. Ten minutes later, I was at a register. With six registers, it shouldn't have taken a couple of minutes to open another register and clear out the line.Their pricing is known to be higher on some items, but this isn't wally-world, and the items typically will last.

Amazed by their customer service. Went to pick up an order, didn’t even have to get off my car, in 5 minutes I had my order in my car. Talk about great service! Greeted very courteously ❤️

When we first walked into the store we knew we were in the right place to get supplies for my office. The staff was kind and helped us find what we needed. The prices are fair and everything we needed was in stock. The gentleman at the front opened a new register when he saw that the lines were backing up. Two Thumbs Up!!!

It’s absolutely the best container store in DFW metroplex!! Huge kudos to Miranda for all her help. So very kind and wonderful. They have the best customer service and thanks also to those awesome people at the checkout counter. So helpful and such a great inventory and openness of the store. It’s my store and I hope it’s yours! 😃😃

Went in for the first time and spent too much time and money there. Found things I didnt know I needed to organize my home. The staff was incredibly helpful and the store was extremely neat and organized. 100% will visit again

If you love to organize every part of your home this is your candy store!Miranda did a great job setting up my closet designs. Listened to what I wanted to achieve and made it happen. Very responsive to phone calls and emails. Absolutely love this store!

I found what I was looking for. I was traveling, otherwise I would have bought much more! They have everything for home/craftroom/office/garage organization you could possibly need. A bit pricey, but I was lucky enough to be shopping during a buy one get one 1/2 off sale which was perfect!

I’m not sure how more reviews aren’t mentioning price. My sincere disappointment after leaving this store is the only reason I decided to leave one myself. Low quality and shockingly expensive. The average price I saw for everyday items was $20.I can appreciate the customer service that others have mentioned but even with that in mind, just shop online.

Lana and Sean made my experience review worthy. I went in for a specific item and Sean stepped right in to help me. Holidays bring seasonal employees, and my checkout was going downhill fast. When Lana stepped in she offered grace and patience with the employee and me. She kept the entire situation calm. Both she and Sean went above and beyond to assist not only myself but others caught in the line behind me. Keep up the great customer service!

The Container Store still has unique items to help with your storage issues. I have noticed lately, some things can be obtained from Amazon for slightly cheaper.

Found they had the extra large storage containers that I wanted back in stock. Purchased 2 of them by phone. When I arrived at the store I called them, they did curb side delivery, they were to large for me to handle. The young lady that brought them out was very, very courteous and placed them in the car! The many times I have shopped there has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience!

I can’t be trusted here. I go in for one thing and end up walking out with a cart full. Everything you need for organizing is right here. I live in a700 sq ft house where storage is a challenge but I’ve managed to get everything stored with help from the container store. Live it!

Always my favorite place to organize. But beware sticker shock. Always a great idea to be part of their membership program. Always make sure to flag someone down first if you don't know what you need for a space. They have a phenomenal return policy. Try to have things measured in advance if I were you.

I love this store. It is clean and well organized. (I guess CONTAINER Store would be organized.) The employees are so friendly and know where things are. They make suggestions for problem areas. I always go overboard on the little gadgets I find I really need, and haven't seen anywhere else. They have a "Pop Star" program that gives discounts and birthday 15% off anything in store. Love this place.

I received a email about a special sale on some Christmas items. So I went to see what it was about. There was a associate working around the sales floor and checked on EVERYONE else except for myself!! There were many opportunities when someone else around me was being asked by the same associate if they needed any help. The only reason I'm rating it a three star rating is because the associate at the check out was Super friendly and helpful with a few questions I had.

Poor customer service. Came in at 4 pm to get some design services, staff tell us they are two designers available for us at 5 pm. So we stayed at the store; same staff member ask for our phone number to call us to get us earlier. So we went out to look at others stores, we came back at 5 pm just to find that the designers are booked for the evening and that the staff member was supposed to text us.

Warning: don't come in here if you don't want to spend alot of money!I have to force myself not to come in this store because everything is so heavenly! All of the products can be used in everyday life & will keep you much more organized. I love the new location, love the view & it smells so nice! Definitely a plus that it's located in the same parking lot with Central Market!They do need some new employees though. They act like they can't see you.

Manager was very rude! I went in to ask for a price adjustment 2 days after a purchase because the items had gone on sale for 20% off. She said she couldn’t do an adjustment because it was a one day sale. She was very rude in how she responded. Even the store associate made a face as if she agreed with me. I politely left the store but I am not inclined to give this particular location any further business.

I have been to other Container Stores in other areas, this one by far is the cleanest, most well stocked and friendliest employees. I love going here to get ideas on how I want to organize it store something. I buy a couple of items to try out then when I am ready to put everything in a place after sorting they make sure I have access to as many as I need. If they don't have enough in store (this rarely happens) they go find it in stock online or another store and have it arranged so you have it as soon as possible.

Everything is overpriced (many items to the point it could be considered "price gouging") and they don't price match, even when you can find anything they sell online for better prices. So only shop here if you're too impatient to wait for online orders to arrive.The only reason it even gets 3 stars: nice, clean environment with a great product selection. But I won't buy from them because the prices make my wallet run for cover!

A Container Store employee damaged my car on 8/12/2020 by carelessly letting go of a shopping cart during curbside pickup, allowing it to hit and dent my car. That was 4 months ago. It took over 8 weeks and multiple phone calls to get The Container Store to send an adjuster out. My main contact was the operations manager, Barbara. She was very personable, but I had to initiate every call.My claim was finally handed off to a third party administrator TWO MONTHS after the accident. I had to request that an adjuster come out to assess the vehicle. He came, and again it has been TWO MONTHS, and I haven’t heard a word - not from the third party company and not from Barbara / The Container Store.Pro-tip: when one of The Container Store’s careless employees damages your car, get your insurance company involved or take legal action. I’m frankly shocked that such a large company would be so irresponsible. Extremely disappointing as I’ve been a faithful customer for many years, having done custom closets in every home I’ve owned. I’ll update this review if and when they do the right thing. In the meantime, buyer beware. Four months of waiting for them to repair my car was more than enough time. Waiting on you, Container Store.PS please look at my other reviews. I think you’ll see I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like to say anything if it’s not nice. It took A LOT to write this review.

Wonderful store. The store is super organized and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was asked multiple times if I needed help finding anything. You can find just about anything organization wise that you could need here.

I ordered my wraping paper and ribbons online the night before. The website gave the option to pick up at a given time and the store would text me when it was ready. Not only was my stuff ready an hour prior but the people were extremely friendly. I told them my last name, they found my order and 1 minute later the guy came with all my stuff. Even went through it piece by piece to confirm. Amazing customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE FORCED TO WEAR A MASK!!!! It is our choice. Not the stores. I was about to drop over 1000 dollars in your store. When told I have to wear a mask I left. I will get my containers and shelving from else where.

Very helpful. Had odd item of odd size perfect for our needs as compared to the usual box stores which did not. Really nice helpful attitudes from both floor clerk who led us to item immediately and the cashier as well.

I walked through the entire store 3 times no greeting or acknowledgment from any of the workers trying to find gift bags and gift boxes to no avail. Such a waste of time, I drove 30 minutes to get here. They ignored me and I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Great selection and products, but kinda pushy and pricey. You can get a lot of the stuff here cheaper elsewhere, but their selection can't be beat, so if you're looking for options, this is the place to start. The staff sometimes goes beyond being helpful and into 'pushy' territory... if you talk to them longer than 2 minutes, they'll be trying to sell you the Elfa custom shelving/storage solution.

Called to ask if they had the desk chair I need. They had it. The guy who I talked to on the phone was at the store and took me right over to it and I bought it. In & out in 8 minutes. I timed it. Chair took 14 minutes to put together. Best experience I could have hoped for.
