I usually don't review too many chain restaurants/cafes, but this Starbucks is close to my work and always has exceptional staff. They never fail to be amiable and efficient. My thanks goes to both the manager and the entirety of the staff for making this a go-to "to-go breakfast" spot. The only down side of this cafe is that it could use a better seating layout on the interior. Other than that, outdoor seating is great and walking around Sundance Square after grabbing a coffee is a good way to spend a few minutes of your morning.

I arrived to purchase my usual, and using very effective hand signals, the gentleman at the cash register let me know he was deaf and handed me a lovely pad thing to write on. I wrote what I wanted (the ink glowed!!! So cool) and apparently they were out of one item in my order, so with lightning speed he wrote out other options for me!!! I was moved and impressed and blessed by this man, all at the same time.My order came out perfectly and I watched how Respectful and patient everyoneIn line was!!! Wonderful experience for all!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️I posted a piece of furniture incase anyone is interested in boho cuty stuff. Sells on offer up and Facebook market!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Took the extended family after dinner for a treat. We came in the evening on a Sunday and the place was hoppin' but fully staffed. The staff was busy and friendly, the place was clean and nicely stocked, loved the info wall with the pictures. We took our time, bought some beautiful coffee tumblers and pondered over the holiday drinks. They were made so quickly and were delicous, we had a great time! I want to note that I had a dopio espresso, and those can be bitter if the espresso machine isn't maintained just so. My espresso was creamy, sweet perfection to my aboslute delight. Thank you for the wonderful memory with my family! Best Starbucks!

Here for a couple of hours today just about to leave, it's after 7pm December 1, 2023. Coffee was great you but the plastic cup for $2 and then pay for coffee then refills are .54 for the duration of your visit. I love coffee and gift cards... 🙃Kid-friendliness: Some people might have been jerks and caused a bad atmosphere that could put others in danger one day..

We love to come to this Starbucks, especially during Christmas time, because the have a 65 foot tall real Christmas tree right outside (complimentary of Sundace Square). In our pictures and video we have one small, one medium and two kid size hot chocolates. ♡Kid-friendliness: They have pouches for children, cake pops in the shape of reindeer, and even hot chocolate specifically for kids (temperature is cooler and size is smaller).

The location is great, interior decor is original in comparison to other Starbucks. It's great to sit outside near the water fountain and see how security tries to keep people out of the fountain

Recently went to get hot chocolate for a group since we were there to see the Christmas tree and the guy that was there was pretty rude especially to other customers. And made none of my drinks correctly. He took forever making them and made them incorrectly

The atmosphere is quiet, & they keep the place clean. Of course, their menu leaves nothing to be desired.I like the matcha green tea frappuccino & their spinach egg & cheese wrap. Really good.

Absolutely wonderful employee's, they are very friendly & attentive, call u by name, & get you in & out in a timely fashion even though 80% of the time they are very busy. They understand that customers are on work breaks & I love the fast, friendly, & convenient service. Only thing I wasn't pleased with is about 2 weeks ago they basically couldn't make 90% of their menu because they were out of several items & were waiting on their truck. So I waited until 2 days after their truck delivery & they couldn't make any Frappuccinos or anything else that was made with milk base, because they were already out of it again. I come here at least 4 times a week because I work very close & besides the orders need to be done way better to accommodate the volume this store sees, It is a pleasant experience every time & the employee's make u feel like a friend, or family & go above & beyond to give you exceptional service. I will definitely continue to get my usual cup of coffee in the morning & look forward to a great start to the day....Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian & vegan options.Kid-friendliness: This is a calm, upscale atmosphere that is definitely fine for children of all ages.

Had an awesome experience at Starbucks this afternoon. Never got the teas from them. But based off of a suggestion from a co-worker I really enjoyed it and the patience from the staff was amazing. Way to go Down Town Fort Worth Sundance Square location. You guys ROCK!!

My experience here was initially good. We ordered our drinks, it was quick and uneventful. We sat outside to listen to the live music and drink our beverages. Suddenly my 3yo son decides he needs to use a restroom. I walked over to Starbucks and realized it was 10:01 and they had just closed. I waved down the lady inside and she ignored me. Okay. When the customers inside were coming out my sister just stuck her head in to ask if they could let my toddler use the restroom. My son walked in, because he thought they had opened the door for him. The same lady that ignored us touched my toddler and pushed him out the door. I’m not going to exaggerate and say it was a hard or forceful push, but she still touched my child which is not okay. I didn’t want to make a scene out of it, so I asked her politely to not touch my child to which she replied “I’m not.” Even though she clearly did. I was calm, quiet and polite the whole time. I just wish she would’ve asked my son to step out, or even ask me to get him (although he was in there for only a couple of seconds) instead of touching him. I wasn’t trying to force myself in, just hoping they would let him use the bathroom quickly and then we would leave. A simple “Sorry I can’t let you in, we’re closed” would’ve sufficed.

Average Starbucks. One of the smallest ones out there with seating that is shoulder to shoulder to everyone. Friendly staff is average but I guess that depends on what event is happening around Sundance Square. Still, a good spot to get your caffeine addiction.

I just left this location and received old banana nut bread.. Dated from Oct 26 2020.. I called the store to inform the manager about the situation.I was told that there was not a manager available. I asked for the corporate number & the young lady that answered the phone could not provide me a corporate number.. This is a unacceptable situation. Giving out old food can get people sick.. What ever happened to fifo( First in First out) .. Please get this store together.Last but not least I didn’t get a receipt

Ordered a Coffee then came outside and set under the umbrella next to another person. An employee came out when it was raining and closed the umbrella while we were setting under it and said, "Sorry guys, it is just Protocol". No wind just steady rain. I think that was a strange thing to do to Customers, In fact I'm sure the Mother next to me would have other things to share about it as well. Buy hey, The coffee was warm!

I'm not a Starbucks person, however we were visiting my daughter in fort worth and she wanted an iced coffee. The Sundance square Starbucks right by the water feature was worth it. Jacqueline (probably didn't spell her name right) ssssuuuppper sweet, and great personality. I wasn't going to order anything but she hooked me with her smile and engagement.

First time ordering a drink from this Starbucks. So much for having a “blended” drink.Ordered the ultra Carmel Frappuccino and had this huge block of ice at the bottom. Plus they didn’t make the drink like the description at all. There should have been layers of Carmel and whipped cream throughout. It was just the coffee blend. No layering. Very disappointed :(
