I Love Shopping At Save A Lot!!! This one off Mansfield has made recent upgrades & looks a lot nicer than before. I will say, the changes have improved the atmosphere of grocery shopping for the better 🤗

This Save A Lot is honestly disgusting. They have spoiled, rotten, and moldy food. I wouldn’t recommend going there at all if you need ANYTHING. Not for their moldy produce, moldy, stinky, and rotten meat, or expired food in general. They even have expired juice and drinks. In the back of the store it stinks really bad due to the bad and moldy meat they continue to put out. When customers complain to the managers I think the main one being Mickie about having moldy produce after the customer leaves she just put it back on the shelf for people to buy. It’s disgusting and outrageous. I strongly believe that manager should be fired. The owner should be more aware of these things and if she is that’s even more sad and embarrassing. Trying to be a cheapskate and put out expired, moldy, and disgusting food. They should be ashamed of themselves. And it’s sad that when the customers come in there to complain about the moldy, expired, and rotten items they are quick to get mad at the cashier. The real ones they should be mad at is the disgusting owner and manager Mickie. The customer service is terrible except for these two girls who I believe who left because I rarely see them anymore which is unfortunate. They were always polite and respectful, so I always loved getting them as cashiers. But I recently decided not to come back due to my child getting sick from one of the drink Snapples they sell at the store. My child immediately got sick throwing up and feeling dizzy I checked the drink and it was a year expired. It got so bad I had to take my child to the hospital. Never in a million years did I think I had to check the date on a drink to make sure it wasn’t expired for my child. This store is very embarrassing and I don’t know how it is still open. I chose to write this review to warn people that there is so many grocery stores in Fort Worth so please choose wisely and never shop at this one.

Just bought some meat from this place and there's lots of mold on it and it smells. The manager didn't seem to concern, so check it before you eat it.the health dept will care.AS WITH ALL SPOILED FOOD TAKE PICTURES AND CONTACT HEALTH DEPT. THEY WILL MAKE THEM GET IT RIGHT

Well well well, let me tell you about my experience at Save A Lot grocery store. Now, I gotta be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect from a store with only one cashier and a small layout, but boy was I pleasantly surprised.First of all, the selection was pretty decent for a smaller store. They had all the top brands that you'd see at other, fancier grocery stores. I mean, who needs all that extra fluff and frills when you can get the same stuff here, am I right?And let me just say, I went in specifically for some Red Bull because I heard it gives you wings. And let me tell you, I don't know if it was the Red Bull or the good vibes from the store, but I felt like I was flying outta there.

A few things are reasonable at Save-A-Lot but most things are just a little too high for this type of store it's supposed to be I had a lettuce is 3.46 and you can get it cheaper at Walmart and most any other store I'm just saying

Their prices are okay but not great. I can get better deals at HEB in my area. The cashier was new and tried to over charge me on several items. If i wouldn't have been watching that could've really cost me. The onions 2 lb bag $1.99 and it looked like a good deal but more than half were rotten. Ill think twice about returning to this particular location :-(

I know that when I go into Save A Lot I can usually find the product I'm looking for, weather it be the brand I usually buy or a brand of like quality for a savings. The staff have always been helpful and knowledge of their products and are willing to answer any questions I may have. I do not like to shop at stores who let a particular brand or various products go for weeks without reordering and don't offer to find out when or if they would be able to have it in stock. Too many places now days do not emphasize to their employees how important quality customer service is. I believe that is what Save A Lot believes in and thats why I have been shopping there for years.

I sent my son in Save a lot 3101 SeminaryDrive Fort Worth, TX 76119, Tarnisha Price manager, My son was escorted out of the store by security and was not allowed to make his purchase, How degrading, embarrassing etc… I asked the security guard to get the manager, Tarnisha Price caa was me out the store extremely rude, making accusations, he was hiding in the back of the store, they made sn announcement, I advised her he has a disability, responding there was nothing she could do, the registers were shu down, Who ever heard of such foolishness? First of all you security guard did not do his job, because he should have walked the store to make sure everyone was out before closing out all registers. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Some type of exception should have been made, just ridiculous!!!!

The cashiers are friendly, not the managers. Good selection of name brand and generic brand products. It's never really crowded and it's easy to find what your looking for. The store is clean but they have decided to implement a no hoodie rule, and no public bathroom.....The store was an OK store to shop at but for those reasons, I'd rather just simply drive to walmart....Not to mention that although I shop there 3-4 times a week the security guard approached my daughter and my self about her hoodie and had his hand on his holster. Again aside from all this it would be a great store.....thanks

This store is set up very nice i wish the one near me was also set up as nice as this one . Foods and produce appear fresh and very organized. Cashier appeared to be kind and polite. I don't mind going a few extra miles to shop there again in the future.

Haven't been in this store location in a while, very clean well stocked. Early afternoon shopping nice management, ask questions about items directed me to it. Brought blueberry muffins was fresh just stocked good quick visit.

The produce dept is beginning to try. There was an egg missing out of the 1st 3 catons I looked at. And, Why no sharp shredded cheese?!? I feel like they may get the left overs that other stores don't take.. Other than that, it's convenient with decent prices.

I like to buy the chicken sandwich Patty's and the dinosaurs chicken nuggets and the ice cream and a few snacks for my kids but I wish they had a Save-A-Lot close to where I live it takes me 21 minutes to get to them I am in Las Vegas Trail on the west and if anybody knows a Save-A-Lot that's close to me by Las Vegas Trail and come Bowie please let me know but I love shopping here is good when you have kids😁 people say it's for poor people but to me it's a good store and we're in the middle class but love it❤❤❤❤❤❤

I really like Save -A-Lot because I can always find what I want and need. But my only complaint would be with the Produce Section. It was Horrible. The cucumbers we're soft, rotten and many of them had mold on them. I asked one of the Staff Members if the had anymore cucumbers and all they said was I don't know while walking away. WOW... Really!!! So needless to say, I had to end up going somewhere else yo get some other produce. That's not Good Save-A-Lot!!!
