First time in this location and pleasantly surprised by the items available. They have a ton of stuff for dogs, in addition to a good selection of supplies for horses and other animals. I was excited to see our preferred brand of dog food, Taste Of The Wild, available at very competitive prices. In fact the pricing was similar to what we pay our monthly subscription service, which is great in case we need more in a pinch. We will definitely stop in for dog food/treats and to refill our propane tanks among other things.

Based on my visit today I give them five stars! They had a lot of feed and supplies, but I actually stopped for firewood. Which they DID have some! However, I need it to smoke meats so this type of wood wasnt exactly what I wanted for my brisket.The employees were friendly though and went above and beyond to help me out! The pallet of wood in my picture was priced over $200 for the whole thing (I was told that’s the only way to buy it), and the older/brittle logs are priced for $1/log. Unfortunately I don’t have a pick up truck for transport of the pallet, and then my husband told me these were not the logs he wanted anyway. No biggie!Oh! I’ve bought pest spray from here (yellow top, attaches to your hose) and it works miracles. We ultimately ended up going with a pest service though since we were spending alot to keep them from overtaking our house (this year was worse than normal).

Great location. Nice layout and clean store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit bigger than some of the other RF&S stores so has a few options that others might not have in stock.

Took my son to look at the animals this afternoon, and the pet room was nasty! One of the rats was eating the one of the babies. Pretty graphic for a 4 year old to see. Maybe they should have bigger cages? I know that happens, but it shouldn’t if they were being taken care of properly. The ferrets bedding also needed changing as there was a lot feces. Probably won’t visit again and definitely wouldn’t buy an animal from there. Pretty depressing.

Our go to place for all our animal supplies and garden. Friendly place have all your pet needs and other things for home and garden. Our favorite thing to do is come see the animals depending on the season they have ducks, geese, chicks, bunnies, birds, reptiles and pigs 😍 Randy and Yvonne are the best very knowledgeable.

This place has excellent customer service. They asked if I needed help, they guided me to what I needed and helped me to my car. This place is more than what I expected. The selection of products is amazing. It's a must go check out for yourself type of place from pets to garden to farm life. Go check it out!

I was charged the wrong price. It said 499 on the bag and it was $7.99 at the counter. *Edit! - I went back to get some seeds. The register was at fault previously. Cory was the manager who helped me through it. Cory is an exceptional manager! He paid me the difference and helped tremendously in picking out some seeds; he is definitely performing at an "above and beyond" level. It was an honest mistake and I could have paid more attention. These are honest, good people. Thank you guys! Awesome store!

This store is ran by kids. Don’t get me wrong some do a great job, but where is the supervisor on shift? The guys are flirting with the cashiers and there is more joking around going on than cleaning and upkeep on the store. Witnessed a man leave a tip and the cashier pocket the money. Don’t trust anyone there.

I love this Russell's store! I was surprised the store has unusual gift items, wonderful garden patio decor items. I love my Corinthian Bells. Beautiful ❤️ They had delish homemade candy goodies. Not to mention all kinds of saddles, tack gear, supplies for everyone. Supplies for equine, cattle, domestic animals, farm and ranch supplies and the best well maintained pet room ever. Wonderful habitats display colorful non-venomous snakes, lizards, not to mention the softer side rabbits, chick's, little pigs, and more. I give this store 5 stars easy !!!! Oh, did I mention designer flip flops and purses? This store always has a pleasant surprise. ☺️

Every time I go in there, the employees are really helpful. The guys always walk with me to get the huge bags I need and stay with me until they load them in my truck. That's a great service. The cashiers are always helpful, and it's kind of like going back into time with the little candy sticks at the counter. Then, if a shopper is just looking for something nostalgic, this store is loaded with gift ideas and home items. I appreciate having this store a few miles from home. Keep up the great work!

All the staff was great but one young girl with dark hair. She was mad about a customer on the phone and didn't seem helpful at all. But the guys were great loading up my fertilizer. Very kind and friendly and professional while joking. Hope they stay cool during this heat for sure. Wish I had cash on me to tip. I'll be back and seek help from anyone but that one!

The people that work here are great. They'll always help you find what you need and don't try to over sell you into something you don't. Hands down they are the best reason to come here but the product variety and animal selection is great too. 5 stars for amazing customer service.

This rating is not actually for Russell's Feed Store. It's for the Operation Vaccination / mobile pet clinic. Prices have gotten higher but it's still cheaper than going to a vet. Some of the people involved were very nice while some of the others weren't quite as friendly or helpful. It's gone from cost to me about $200 for two dogs up to about $280 for two dogs. But they're covered for a year and it has to be done so I'm not complaining...

Very nice people. This is pretty much the only store that still sells feeder mice and rats for snakes. (Spread the word!) Our boa's happiness depends on these people...LITERALLY!

This is your go-to ranch supply for North Tarrant county. Just got 2 string at $10 each bale, good quality. No stickers. Hay is only going to go up from here on til spring. Friendly staff and the youngsters loading you up are all good spirited.

Animal buyer beware!I recently had purchased a hedgehog from the Russell feed store. I noticed when I got home that the hedgehog was very sick with a thick crust all around his face. Really sad to see that some of these animals are sometimes not cared for right or neglected. I am giving a two star though because they did own up to it and give me a full refund. Great place to buy supplies,but do not recommend for purchasing small animals.

Great Purina dealer. They have seminars and specials throughout the year and a special birthday coupon. They offer organic feeds for dogs, cats, chicken. They are a great backup plan for hay. I purchase some of my horse, rabbit, chicken supplies here as well as occasional other farm supplies, such as fencing, trash cans, feed bowls, dog and cat food. They are always friendly and helpful. They do their best to get what you need and are happy to special order for you. On top of everything else, they have the best prices on propane refills and make the process very easy.

First off, their in house brand of fertilizer is amazing. Hands down the best ever. We moved in to our home last year and the grass was dry, brown and sparse. This year I applied the “piss off your neighbor” blend as the staff advised. Beautiful lawn now even with this ridiculous heat. They also have an amazing selection of supplies for small pets and big ones too. We use pine pellets for our guinea pigs and the 40lb bags were cheaper than anywhere else. The staff was helpful and friendly and this is now my go-to place for just about everything.

There is a young lady with black hair that helped me. She suggested diatomecous earth for my flea issue. And she was right. I put it on my carpet and my cats fur. And after spending $300 before on remedies this has worked. The first day and night my cats aren't itching. This employee is kind and informative.

I've been twice, the first visit was great and I was asked if I needed help more than once which I think is great. The second time, I received help from a woman at the counter and a guy in a cowboy hat. She was nice and helpful, although they didn't carry the straw mulch I needed. However the guy in the cowboy hat was rude. When we asked him how much space the pine mulch would cover his response was "Get a Calculator". Nice. I think I'll just stick with Marshall Grain Company in Fort Worth, TX. They are nice to me there.

We attended the Rabbit Meeting this May. It was so well-prepared from snacks, to giveaways, to information. Well organized, very helpful, and fun! The staff was kind and helpful.

Rescued a baby bunny today and had no clue what to feed it besides what I found on Google and they had it all. Brought it to the store just bc it was so adorbs, the staff was AMAZING!! Gave me pointers and hope for bunny's survival. First time ever visiting the store, my kids loved it! Pigs, bunnies, chameleons, lizards, rats, oh my! Great customer service!

Been going to shop at Russell Feed since 2001 when we moved to Saginaw,Texas. Always great pricing on feed , flowers, plants seeds and potting soil. Take our pup with us most of time and they are always nice and give her treats. Great bargains ~~I'd give them 10 if scale was higher.
