This store is amazing, spacious and clean. One stop shop for the most variety for your pet/animal needs!!! They had a vast variety of food/care needs for all animals/birds/reptiles/livestock. I got everything I needed for my birds, iguana and dogs here. They carry items for your garden and lawn as well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I needed assistance. William was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my animal needs. They even have birds/reptiles/mice/chicks/insects for sale! They sell bulk food as well. This is my new go to store.

This store is absolutely amazing!!!! I've been buying feed from them for a while now and they have always welcomed me as soon as I walk in. Todd and Brandon are very patient especially with the children and informative of the pets. My wife, two daughters and I came in looking for rats and both Todd and Brandon were so helpful getting us the right ones and colors we were looking for. Big shout out to both of you guy's for being helpful, energetic, kind, and patient with us. This will be our go to store in Ft Worth, thank you all that work there for your hospitality

Excellent customer service, I ordered a particular horse feed and after checking on their inventory they didn’t have any so they callled and told me to go to one of their other stores. Went to the other store paid for feed and they had sold it already so they delivered it to me at Will RogersWe use to have companies that provided that kind of service to their customers!!!I am here 3 months each year and I wi buy my feed from them

But when I arrived I was greeted so kindly, I was assisted with everything I was looking for. Best service I've ever had when it came to getting something for my shell baby, they watched her for me as my mind wandered and even gave me a few referrals to have her treatment done for her beak at too! Definitely went above and beyond, I'll drive from watauga every time to deal with Todd and his staff again!!

I quit shopping here a few years ago but had to come here because our feed store was closed over the holidays. I think this place is my go to again! This is my fiances and I go to feed store for our special pets. We no longer live a couple minutes away, but this has ALWAYS been our go to store. Todd is always so helpful and all the workers are just freaking great all well. They love their customers just as much as the do their pets in the store.(I would also like to take a minute and let everyone know what the customer meant when they said the company starves and mis treats their animals. What had happened was, Todd and his employees came to work hours early to feed all the animal cuties. One of the piggies was so excited to see them and to eat his breakfast that his zoom, zoomies flipped over the bowl while the workers were still getting the store perfect for their customers."So yeah, use your brain, open your eyes, and use your common sense to really think what happened because what that lady did was so wrong, so ugly, and so disrespectful.Thank you Russell Feed for always caring for my animals!!

This place is a wonderful hidden jewel and I wish that more people knew about them. The staff is very helpful and kind!!! I was a little intimidated when I called about hay but they were SO kind and helped me get what I needed. If you need hay this is the place to go. Come and check this place out. I know that you will not be disappointed!!!

Took forever to get it delivered to the truck, then they gave me organic which is 35 lb not the 50 lb bag I paid for. Talk to Chris and he took care of me. I will be back.

Went to get mice, worst experience ever. I love that they have volunteers but teach your volunteers to be friendly. I asked one guy that was sweeping for help, he stated “I don’t work here” so we go ask a lady that had a clipboard if she could help, her response was “I’m busy, find someone else”. Finally I went and asked another girl that looked like she worked there for help for a THIRD TIME. She looked at me, didn’t say a word and walked away. Awful experience, never been to Russell Feed before and will not be back. I get treated better at a dollar tree. I think I was more surprised at how UNHELPFUL everyone there was. It costs nothing to be friendly, but this was just ridiculous.

Went to this location just to pick up my new puppy her first vaccination shot and ended up getting her pretty much everything she needed to welcome her to my home. The staff was very welcoming, very friendly, and very helpful. I am extremely glad that this was my first stop because it ended up being my only stop. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely going back! PS, I live in Dallas, well worth the drive.

I'd like to acknowledge the new management staff at the 199 location. I shopped there back when Carson was still with us, loved the hometown feel the store always had walking in. It sadly lost that feeling and vibe for a couple years. However it has that welcoming hometown spirit again. It's clean and shopable again. I truly appreciate what Jovanna, Emily and staff are doing to bring it back to our local store!Keep up the fantastic work 199! Excited to see the direction this store is going.

A very clean and well managed store. The animals are well taken care of with clean habitats. Employees are knowledgeable about animal husbandry and their knowledge is valuable. Traveled almost an hour away to get to this location specifically because of the recommendation.

I loved this store. I thought it wouldn’t be as nice as the other stores I’ve been to because it’s smaller but I was pleasantly surprised. They actually had a better selection of products than the one I usually go to. The store manager took the time to talk to me about my chickens and helped me choose several products. I’ll definitely go back.
