I found Rosie's on Google. I always read the reviews with caution as some people just like to complain. And I always leave reviews. Today was my first time at Rosie's. My former groomer/kennel of over 20 yrs has gone really bad with grooming and people skills/do grooming and kennel stays, so I had to find another one. When I called and explained what I needed and also my dog's personality (3 yrs old and loves to play and run - LOL) The young lady on the phone was VERY pleasant and said yes, we can work with your dog. Because of an illness, I wasn't able to get him in to be groomed for a few months so he needed a LOT of work. I was met at the door by the same Sweet Lady I talked to on the phone. She was so pleasant, and very friendly to me and my dog. The grooming was very quick and very good. EVERYONE in the building was VERY nice, friendly, courteous and loving to the animals as if they were their own. I love that it's a small place, and not like a dog car wash, where they are just rushing you and the dogs in and out. I was very pleased and impressed. I will be making this my new place to take my dog.

I brought my rescue golden retriever to be groomed. He walked in looking like a hairy monster. He left looking like a best in show. So very pleased and highly recommend.He did come home and fell asleep immediately with his best friend Jorge

It's small and don't look fancy, but these ladies know that they are doing. You can tell once you talk with them that they are animal lovers and will take care of your family member as one of their own. This will be our girls' new groomer for the foreseeable future.

Negative One Star!I soooo wish I would have called the police to file a complaint on the spot! Atrocious grooming experience, and I’ve had my dog groomed for over 10 years. It was my first time using Rosie’s, and I’m appalled. Consider yourself warned, all current and future customers, take your business elsewhere!

I have taken 4 different dogs to Rosie's (corgi, blue heeler, yorkie, and husky/terrier mix) and they have always done a fabulous job on grooming. The staff is very friendly and you can even book appointments conveniently through Facebook Messenger. I highly recommend this shop!

The listings on the internet are not true that are not open until 5:00 on Saturdays and they don't open again until Tuesday very inconvenient

I took my dogs here for years and I really do love the staff.My issue is that their process and facility is just not great. Last time our dogs were there for 10 hours! We have also had several instances of cuts on my dogs neck and moles, causing bleeding and irritation.

I've always taken my dogs to Rosie's. My dog now has extreme anxiety and they are easy with her and she comes out amazing every time! I have sent everyone I know and meet up there and they're all grateful! The owner, daughters, the entire family/staff is amazing and very nice and they're like family to me.

The whole process seemed a bit chaotic. When I walked in to drop my dog off, everyone was rushing around and finally a young woman helped me. As a new customer, I would expect a warm welcome and a friendly explanation of services offered and the prices. I got neither of these. She (Stacy) didn't seem to be listening to me when I told her how I wanted him cut, I had to explain myself more than once. When I picked him up (later than he was promised to be done) there was someone else at the front desk. This woman (who had her child with her, and didn't give her name) was not friendly AT ALL. Never smiled and wouldn't engage in any conversation with me at all. She seemed like explaining the services offered & the prices was a big ordeal when I asked about them. When I picked my dog up, the woman who cut him, Stacy, was not there! I've never experienced this before at a groomer! The groomer who worked on my dog ALWAYS presented him to me in my past experiences. My dog's cut was NOT good! With the exception of his eyebrows, his entire head (his mustache & his beard & the top of his head) looked like it hadn't been touched! His fur was as long as it was when I brought him in! His body had been cut, but not well. His chest had long scraggly hairs all over. His paws were cut, but not his legs or tail. There were really choppy cuts all over his body. I was not happy with how he looked at all. Of course, I didn't notice a lot of these issues until I got him home---in fact, I didn't notice all the flaws for a couple of days. The satisfaction policy hadn't been explained to me, and with the "cold shoulder" treatment I got when I picked him up, I was hesitant to call & try to explain the problems. I was looking for a new regular groomer to take him to since I recently moved here...Rosie's will NOT be my regular groomer. I think I'll pass on ever taking him here again. These folks need to work on customer service and be sure their groomers take care when cutting each & every dog---even when they're busy.

This is a great place to get my doggies groomed!People are professional, friendly, and do an excellent job. Prices are reasonable and grooming is done in a reasonable timeframe.I use their services for two of my doggies on a regular basis, and recommend Rosie's highly!

I've taken my dog there for 6 years and they have always done a great job on my dog. They are very friendly and really try to accommodate me! I haven't had any bad experience with them. I trust them with one of my most precious love!

I was a customer for over 20 years and today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. As a business owner I understand and appreciate that a business can increase their prices as they see fit. With that being said the price increase should not be made when you are picking up the dogs and told that the price increased from 77.56 to 86 dollars and some change. Then while I'm talking to one person the entire staff is talking at me very unprofessionally. I fired back with some choice words. Because I'm a honest person and the service was completed, not to mention both dogs actually looked great, I paid the increased price, however I will never after over 20 years of business with Rosie's Pet Boutique give them my business again. I have also filed a BBB complaint against them and asking that the matter be escalated to higher merit.Extremely prejudice unprofessional staff from the owner on down.Truly sad case here.

I have been taking my fur baby to Rosies for a little over a year maybe longer. They take good care of my fur baby and groom him well. They give him extra attention and love because he suffers from anxiety especially when I drop him off. I would recommend this place.

I hate when customers have an unpleasant experience at our shop. We strive our best as a family owned grooming shop to ensure that our clients,(pets and owners) are happy. Occasionally there are unhappy clients. It is kind of inevitable in the customer service industry. In regards to the previews review, the owner did call us about the issue four days after being groomed. We made notes to his chart, and told her to bring the dog back in so we could look at what happened, so we could address it from there. She never brought the dog back in. A month later we get a phone call from a woman, yelling saying she just took her dog to the vet and now we have to pay for it. As we tried to explain we have a 72-hour policy for accidents and issues, where we will refund, and or pay for the vet bill if we are at fault, she continued to yell and curse at us. When too much time has past, it is uncertain if we truly are responsible. To acknowledge about her brothers dog, he did notice his dogs eye watery, and blinking a lot, when he picked the dog up, He came back in, moments after picking the dog up, and asked us about it, we looked at it and the problem was he had some excess hair in his eye from cutting his topknot. We got the hair out and told him it could be irritated for a few days. He said thank you for looking at it, and left. When he came back in the next time we asked his how it was and said it was fine. He has now been in 2 more visits. Accidents DO happen, some are noticeable immediately, and some aren’t. When they are noticeable right away we let the owner aware of it. There is no way of knowing how one animal will act while being groomed. Some animals are sensitive and irritate very easily. We will take our time with the animal and give it breaks if they have anxiety. We cherish our customers and their experience with us. – Rosie’s Pet Boutique management

First time "costumer", i had an appointment at 9 am and they told to pick up my dog around 12 ( i understand whats around mean) 2pm and i heard nothing yet so i called and ask for my dog and the answer was "we dont started with him yet but hes the next, he'll be ready by 4pm" SERIOUSLY!! I told them I'll pick up my dog right now because i don't have time, when i get there to pick up my dog they charged me $20. At this point i don't want to discuss with the old lady at the front desk so i drove to the ATM and get some money because they don't accept credit cards and paid to get my still hairy dog.I don't understand why they make appointments if they can't handle it.

I never take the time to write a review. This place is super sketchy. They’re obviously a family owned because they all yell at each other and argue in front of customers. They have children playing behind the desk. It’s very dirty and run down and they will not even remotely stick to a time frame. My cat sat in a carrier for two hours and wasn’t even started when I came to check in on the process. I’m actually thankful because the employees has zero people skills and I really question their kindness to animals.Please don’t take your pet here, you get a bad feeling leaving them there with highly unprofessional and very rude individuals.

Rosie's is a great place to take your dog for grooming! They've been in this location for years and Blue our pitbull rat terrier mix is always happy with her new looks and feel when she comes 🏡! Try them out by all means!

I made a reservation for today for four dogs owned by my daughter and me. I was there at 7:25 am so I could get to work on time. I was informed that I had an appointment yesterday, not today. That is impossible because I was out of town yesterday and would never have made an appointment for that day. I volunteer on Friday about 5 minutes from their shop so I scheduled it for today. The two women tried to blame me for the error and since I didn’t know who I made the reservation with, they couldn’t help. They informed me they were closing early today and would be closed Saturday so they were booked and couldn’t take my dogs. I had to take the dogs home and be late to work. During this exchange of yes, I did - no, you didn’t , there was never any appropriate customer service, such as I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, can we help you next week, could we offer you a small discount on your next visit, etc. I made a decision I would not ever return not only because of this confusion, but during this conversation, the woman bathing a dog yelled at it to ‘stop getting me wet.’

They charged me a certain amount $34.00 over text . I paid the 34.00 amount in person which they told me the same amount , then I get a text a couple of weeks later stating oh by the way you still owe 10.00. I paid in cash at this location and it’s your word against theirs. I felt if I was charged the wrong amount and I paid that amount plus extra I should not be penalized for their error. Very unprofessional
