I have had them look at my dog 3 times for an ear infection. I believe the doctor is becoming too old for this or something. Each time he told me the same story about a golden retriever with an ear infection. He gave my dog the same meds all 3 times. When I asked on the last visit to try something different. Nope same story & meds. They will just keep charging you. I'm really upset my dog has had this ear infection now nearly 4 months & I'm taking my pup to another vet. Only convince this vet has is appointment time because they don't spend time helping your dog. The spend time trying to charge you. Thank you for nothing but bills!

Our pup is highly anxious and I was not looking forward to our first visit. Thankfully, the staff and Vet are exceptional at providing care to the animals and owners here ❤️They handled our pup with kid gloves and did their best to make him comfortable. Best of all..... The visit was quick! Thank you all for making this visit so easy!Discount agrees this establishment deserves 5paws 🐾 🐾🐾🐾🐾

I forgot to leave a review last time but I loved them! My dog got attacked and no one else could take her in. I called them and they were packed but they still made room for her which I’m thankful for I took her in paid and when I got her back she was perfect we took her home the same day and everything was at a reasonable price! If I would have gone anywhere else I would have been broke😅

Staff is amazing. They take exceptional care of my dog, and they are friendly and warm. They answer all questions and help you understand everything you need to. They even tell you things most vets do not.

They were willing to fit my dog in, and they were booked but good thing cause my baby girl had a fever. The prices are reasonable, and the vet is very knowledgeable and friendly. The girls are super nice and very good with the animals. Highly recommend

The staff members at Ridglea Animal Hospital are highly professional and display a sincere care for both pets and their owners. I recently brought my cat to the hospital for neutering, and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided.Despite driving an hour to reach the clinic, I can confidently say it was well worth the trip. The team at Ridglea Animal Hospital takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and ensure proper follow-up care.

Does not respond to my urgent needs regarding our cats ignoring our phone calls and not providing help for our cats I called them several times in the last 3 days and they refuse to call me back. Not very caring about our animals needs.

Began bringing my elder cat when he got sick and kept bringing him for about 8 months until we finally had to put him down. RIP. Each time I came, staff was very nice and they handled by baby with love and care up until the day he passed. We put him to sleep at the same place and staff was very patient with us. I think what I really appreciated was the fact that the veterinarian always gave us options as to what to do and would explain each option as well - giving us the opportunity to choose what path we wanted to take with our furry baby. I’ve began bringing my other furry babies as well and have no regrets choosing ridglea as my vet!

I love Dr. Knapp and his staff. My dog has been going to Dr. Knapp for 10 years. Dr. Knapp and his staff has always been very kind and honest with with me. There prices are reasonable. Keep up the good work!

I am in between 3-4 stars. Prices are incredibly reasonable. The vet techs were very helpful. We filled out detailed forms before hand and they ended up asking us all of the same questions three times--the form was not even viewed. I am not sure how many exotic/reptile vets they have, but the one I saw was rough and harsh with our reptile. He did not seem to understand the stressful situation that she was being put in having to be examined and moved so fast. I understand reptiles can get stressed easily but he was very rough with her and she was so scared. I am very glad that he was honest with us on what we needed to do for her and it wasn't too expensive. I understand you have to move quickly with reptiles as well, but this was more than just moving quickly. I made my review 4 stars because the vet did give us a solution and helped solve our problem!I am not sure we will go back. Impressed by the prices, and vet techs, just not impressed by the vet we saw.

Amazing, friendly, patient staff! I was treated graciously and my puppy was shown love the entire time. I am so thankful for the kind treatment, everyone was so helpful! Always a great experience when taking my fur baby, Drs. Are awesome and make sure to be super caring, kind and professional when performing any treatment or check. Staff is also kind to humans, although the front desk could use a little more attention :)

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff and veterinarians. Been with them for over 20 years and very pleased. Very reasonable compared to other vets. It’s obvious they love animals, it’s not just a job to them. Dr Knapp is good about explaining your pet’s issues in detail and educating you about the problem and it’s treatment.

Dr. Knapp you should be ashamed of yourself!! This place is a joke! I was charged over $400 for a hookworm and infection diagnosis. I am pretty sure that the blood work panel I paid for wasn't even done because it would have told them my dog is in renal failure. A long with the other blood work I provided them when I DROPPED him off. No conversation with the doctor before or afterwards. DR Knapp you have decided it is more lucrative by doubling up your appointments and not doing your job that you have over charged for.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE

My vet used to be Banfield in Petsmart. I switched to RAH when I bought a house close to them and Banfield raised their well-care prices. So glad I did.I was traveling and in the Houston airport when my private home boarder told me my dog was attacked by another dog in her doggy day care. I was literally boarding the plane for the next leg of my flight. I felt so helpless. I called RAH and got them in contact with the boarder. They worked everything out, treated my dog, kept him overnight for observation, and allowed my boarder to pick him up the next day. They educated the boarder on medication administration and how to monitor for infection. It was a seamless process. I was very pleased with their assessment and treatment. They will not suggest unesscessary treatments or price gouge. Very pleased!

I had to take my pup in for allergies and a possible ear infection. The staff were great. To give her a shot for the itching and put medicine in her ears was 246 dollars which was super expensive. I had a great experience, but the bill was so high. That's my only issue.
