Edit: After trying to get clarification for multiple days now regarding inconsistencies between what I was told and the review response, (one example, the response notes two dogs trying to get out, but I was told via text the day of that mine were the only ones in the shop.) the owner refuses to respond or clarify. I was hoping my bad experience was just a misunderstanding or potentially the new scent. However, the lack of response (+read & delivery receipts) make me not want to trust this business with my pups. I decreased my previous rating from three stars to one.Original review: I have two reasons for mixed feelings after our two experiences. First, we took one dog in for a bath, groom, and haircut after seeing all the positive reviews. We were very pleased with the interaction with ReNay, the pricing, and most importantly the results so we decided to take our other two dogs for a bath and groom (no cut). We interacted with the daughter this time. When I picked them up 5 hours later it was clear they had been bathed, but they instead smelt like wet dog (noticed once inside the car and at home/able to be up close) and were still damp. Even after air drying they did not smell nice like our first dog did, but still smelt dirty. Felt like we might as well have bathed them at home and saved the money I was thrilled to find a groomer who interacted well with our picky border collie but am unsure if we will return.My second concern is just that there doesn't seem to be transparency about the grooming area from an animal safety/cleanliness standpoint. I say this as during my last experience I was helping the daughter to get my two leashed dogs into the door and the body language/having the door essentially shut on my face as one of my dogs started freaking out didn't come off as keeping the dogs in as much as it did not wanting me see inside. I wouldn't expect sterility, but transparency is part of trusting someone with your fur-babies. I didn't drop the first dog off so I'm not sure if the interaction was the same way or if this entire experience was just a fluke.Overall, if interacting with ReNay and taking one dog maybe it's a better experience. I am just conflicted on whether my entire experience with the business is more positive or negative.

We are new customers and are so excited to have found someone to groom our Great Pyrenees! She is much too big for me to wrestle with at home but Renay is able to easily manage her and have her looking absolutely perfect when we pick her up! The price is reasonable and the service is so friendly and professional! We are looking forward to coming back again and again.

We absolutely love ReNay and her business. She has done boarding for our dogs and our pets for years. We trust her completely and love the care our crew gets with her and her family. ReNay is even sweet enough to ask us in advance as holidays come up to make sure if we need boarding she is available. I can also attest to her grooming. We have all large breed long haired dogs- 3 golden retrievers, 1 Bernese mountain dog and 1 chow mix. ReNay does a great job with her services to help us manage the shedding and tangles. LOVE that she has grown her business over the years to be able to have the storefront location. It’s a true testament of her dedication to the business, our furry friends, and continued quality.

ReNay and her family are just like a second home for my dogs. They look forward to their visits, and they always come home smelling so good. ReNay is also a very good groomer, she is the only person I will allow to touch my Daisy. And SUPER affordable too! We have been using her services for many years.

ReNay is awesome with my Bentley especially when he throws his fit and tries to bite her! My dog is awful and ReNay always gets him calm and is always so nice about it! She does a fabulous job every time. I wouldn’t take my dog to anyone but ReNay

I’ve been using ReNay for years!! It started out with my first dog while I traveled for work, then continued when I adopted my second pup. Now we still call ReNay and drive out of our way so she can watch all three of our babies while we travel! We have traveled over an hour because we are loyal to ReNay!! She treats our babies like her babies and we love her so much for it! It’s so relieving to see our dogs get excited with we pull up to ReNay’s house and they always come back to us excited and tired from playing so hard. I highly suggest using ReNay for any pet services you need! She is amazing.

Renay will always always get a 5 star review from us. She has been grooming our 4lb Silky for 6 years now. We will never use anyone except for her. We highly recommend her to everyone we know and anyone out there looking for an awesome and groomer. All of Renay's Services are also very affordable.

I have known Renay for over 20 years. Not only is she a wonderful friend but I trust her with my fur baby. That says alot if you are like me and consider your pet a family member. She is a great groomer with unbeatable prices. We recently boarded Tooty with her for the week while on vacation. She sent me pictures of Tooty everyday letting me know how she was doing. She treated her as if she was her own, even slept in the bed with Miss Layla (her daughter). It is very hard to find someone like Renay! If you find her, keep her and cherish her furrever!!!

Our dog is a rescue and even though we’ve had her for seven years, she’s terrified of strangers and being out of her space. When we moved to Fort Worth we knew we needed a groomer, but we didn’t want to traumatize our dog. Fortunately a friend recommended ReNay. From the very first our dog loved ReNay. She came out to us to meet her then spent a little time with her and talking to us. When we picked our dog up, she was fine. No shaking, no fear. Just happy to be groomed and happy with ReNay. ReNay is a great groomer, but she’s more than that. She cares about the animals she works with and it shows.
