Excellent location. Convenient on/off to I-35W. Busy, but employees are as efficient while still being friendly, as you'd expect. Great selection of all products from fountain drinks to snacks to beer & wine to fresh sandwiches & beyond. The app is great for getting offers. We'll be ordering an XL 1-topping pizza for $6.99 today thanks to the app.

This QT is always busy and the staff manages to handle two customers at one time. The store is well kept in and out.I give four stars because I preferred the layout of the store before the remodel. The new layouts makes it hard for consumers to walk from one side of the store due to paying customers in line.Not a very well thought out floor layout.

This place gets 4 stars right off the top for the super clean restroom. Because the cleanliness of public restrooms is my pet peeve, I was extremely impressed. Thank you, QT. I appreciate it

Unfortunately it’s not the friendliest store, if you park in a parking spot there’s only trash cans on the sides of the store so you’ll have to walk a little ways to throw something away.They are always always out of the frozen cappuccino or the machine is broke just like the picture shows. Why even have it in the store if it’s never gonna work. I come here a lot because I live close by and I have a 20 percent chance of actually getting frozen cappuccinoYou have a 50 percent chance of having a good experience as far as the staff goes because they are either too busy talking to each other behind the counter and won’t even acknowledge you when you’re checking out because they are continuing the conversation with each other or they’re going to be out of something you wantThe store is clean in general but there a lot of times they’re out of stock of 12 pack cokes and other items I get on a regular basis.I try to leave honest reviews not just based on my first impression unless it’s noted in the description. I just feel that this QT is lacking either good management and making sure everything is working correctly and making sure employees pay more attention to the customers or maybe Managment just don’t know what’s going on when they are not there .

Astonishingly atrocious!!! 2 customers and I watched as 5 hotdogs fell on the floor from cooker. While I turned to tell the lady at the cash register who seemed to have no interest in what saying, another employee picked the 5 hotdogs up off of the floor AND PLACED THEM BACK ON THE COOKER!!! UNGLOVED! and clearly without a second thought of even trying to wash them off! As if this was a typical and regulardaily thing that accrues. As he then ran over to ring me up at the register I tell him "now I know to never buy hotdogs from here" he looks back at the hotdogs and then looks at me as if he was saying " yea I did that and I wouldn not buy them either".This is BEYOND disgusting! I dont eat hotdogs but a parent should beware of the next time your little one wants a hotdog, giving them the toilet water to wash it down would probably be the next best idea!

Employees are rude as hell. Especially the big girl that works mornings on the weekends. I have even caught her charging me more for the same thing I buy every morning. I cant help but imagine who else she is stealing from. This is the worst QT. around. I travel around DFW daily and stop at many QTs throughout the week. This place never has any Jalapeño sausage rolls, they only make about 10 a day, and don't dare ask for more. Every other store has them in numbers. This store acts like the gatekeepers of the sausage. They have no problem over stocking those nasty burritos or soggy, disgusting biscuits. Those are the only reason I even stop at QT. I guess I'll just start going to racetrac, this place never has what I'm looking for.

This place was absolutely disgusting today. I love QT, I don't see going to this location again. The bathroom had urine on the floor everywhere. It was filthy. No paper towels. The chip rack was empty, like all but literally 2 bags. I apologetically informed an employee who said they didn't have the staff to get to it and apologized. He was nice but during these times I did not feel confident buying anything other than gasoline .

Stopped to get some drinks for my work day. I usually go somewhere else but didn't have time today and this QT was more convenient. Today I mixed the hot chocolate and the amaretto cappuccino. I left, went about my business. Took a few sips and had to make a stop for work. When I got back in my car I took the lid off because the drink was still very hot. There was a dead ant stuck to the inside of my cup. Paranoid I got my spoon from my lunch box and started digging around, I found a second dead ant and decided that was enough for me. Definitely won't be stopping here again. Money and time wasted and bugs in my drink. No thanks.

I just had the best experience at this QuickTrip location. I wanted to stop and get my favorite.. White Tea and Lemonade mixed fountain drink. My own concoction 😜 anyway the Lemonade was out. I asked a super sweet associate I'll assume was a manager, if she isn't she needs to be, to change the Lemonade. About 35 secs later she had it done. As I'm waiting my turn in line she comes up and asked if that was all I was getting, expecting her to get behind the counter and ring me up? She said that drink is on us. Enjoy your day. And it totally made my day! 😉 Thank you nice associate and Quik Trip! good job in training!!

I've been here one night and it was less busy as usual and they got good stuff except the Kitchens is closed so I recommend going to QT in the daytime if you are gonna get something from QT Kitchens and this QT is nice and if you are a Horchata lover then they got frozen Horchata here and this QT is the best and I didn't have problems going here and it was just quiet and I recommend going here for a pit stop because they have loads of stuff you need while going to your destination.

I’ve been here many times and never had a problem. Lots of snacks/drinks and the prices are pretty decent.They also aren’t requiring masks anymore, which is a breath of fresh air. (Literally)

one pf the urinals and one of the sinks are always broken in the mens bathroom. otherwise the staff is very friendly.

Every time I come here the workers are to busy to help. This morning on my way to work in a rush at 6am Taylor W saw me come to the register to pay for gas but went behind the counter to do something else instead. A girl from the deli had to yell for her to come from behind there and the guy making coffee at least acknowledged me but I was too flabergastered to say anything. On another instance I could've sworn I was over charged for my coffee, never had to pay 1.25 for a refill before. I'll have to avoid this service station and only go for emergencies.

The girl at the counter was clipping her finger nails and letting them fall in the counter when I walked up to pay. Very unsanitary. Would not have stopped if the gas wasn't so cheap. Definitely didn't buy anything else.

The store has a sign that states MASK REQUIRED but people were in with now so amd one of the male cashiers had his mask UNDER HIS CHIN.for that he could have used orcas underwear. You can't enforce rules that employees don't follow.
