When we dropped off our dog we explained exactly what we wanted and the length as we live in MH. When we came the groomer was no where to be found to talk to. Our dog had various lengths of hair sticking up ,her tail hair been cut leaving one long strand. The other groomer said our dog would not sit still. Ift was the worst grooming I had ever seen and foemr the groomer not to be there to face us was very upsetting. I would never take my dog back to that store again. Awful!

I took my Dog in for a cut and my dog came out with uneven plugs all over her body. These guys refused to even her coat and I LEFT UPSET. They did not care about making this right and in return, they put some type of remark on dealing with how my dog's exception back for grooming even at their other stores around FT Worth TX. I sent pictures to the company with no return call. Be careful when taking your babies to this company🙏

Very friendly staff but choppy cat grooming. I just brought my cat home and this is how they left her. I mean, she definitely got her fur shaved, which was the goal, but it's not even at all. Rated medium because my cat is technically groomed, a bit pricy, but great staff.

Love this store but it has the filthiest bathrooms. I've seen better bathrooms in truck stops. I don't think that sink has been cleaned in probably over a year. Fortunately they take much better care of their pets than they do of their bathrooms.

Pet training for beginners. It's awesome. We have a great trainer. Highly recommend Noelia . She's great. Very patient.
