Always have what we need. Friendly staff. I see others having their dogs trained there. Banfied is connected and they have great vets there. The grooming salon is ways busy so be sure to schedule an appointment. Our dogs always love cruising the aisles with us.

I appreciate them caring for my babies while I had surgery. They also gave me a first time user discount. The only thing that bothers me is that they said I couldn't bring my dogs back because "they're not a good fit" for the hotel. They insist that my dogs were sweet, not aggressive, but were really shy with certain employees. I made them aware that they have never been apart from me so they might have thought I abandoned them. I was assured, by the young lady I dropped them off to, that they weren't a problem at all. I just think that's a harsh decision if there weren't any safety concerns. Either way, I'm still thankful that they boarded my babies in my time of need.

Grooming staff is great and friendly. Fair price for the services. Checking out, though, often seems a bit tedious. Often a long line and usually only 1 (maybe 2) lanes open. But cashiers usually very friendly as well. Some great deals on the toys.

Wow! Let me be honest because the dog training turned out much better than I expected. Renee(dog trainer) utilizes a “ hands on approach “ & is willing to stay longer with animals when needed. She is engaged & genuinely helps the owner & dog master the skills. Class teaches variety of skills that helped our puppies in a positive manner. Renee always smiled & was happy to help our dogs. Our 1st Dog Training class & she was Great! Wonderful fur-babies receive a certificate , cookies, toy, & scroll diploma after doggy 👩‍🎓. My daughter thought it worth the money & she liked her pups being in a different fun environment. #bestdogtrainer

Friendly staff, but everything is so overpriced here. I needed a harness and leash for my 8 pound dachshund, it was $50 for just those two items for an extra small dog! I was extremely limited on what harness I could purchase because the store was out of stock on almost every color. Wouldn't recommend.

We had our little dogs groomed today. Wash, cut, nails and teeth. They came out looking like a million bucks. They were happy and could tell they were well taken care of while there. Katy did an outstanding job today!

This review is on the shopping experience only. Easy to locate snacks, treats, and toys. Pet friendly and well behaved and behaved pups are encouraged to shop as well. If you have a curious pup - swing by the cat/kitten area and let your curious pup say hi.

There was a sweet lady who helped us find the product we needed. It was stocked well for what we needed. We grabbed our special dog food, made a donation for something, and left.Easy to navigate. Nice staff. Would return

Items are easy to locate, it's always clean and the customer service is great!! This is where I adopted my little guy from Shelter Pets Rocks 9 yrs ago, and his vet is in the attached Banfield.

They did an awful job on my dogs nail trim package. Paid $48 for 2 dogs for nail trim, grind, ear cleaning, and bandanna. Got no bandanna or ear cleaning. Their foot pad trim was next to nothing being done either. There is no difference between this service and paying half the price of just getting their nails trimmed. Should have just bought $50 in material and done it myself and had it done for the whole year. Thought I was paying for convenience but this just sucked.

We just finished 6 weeks of puppy training, and Rene is phenomenal. She is experienced, professional, and can control a class full of dogs while also giving personalized and individual attention. This was well worth the investment to train our dog all the necessary commands!

Sam 7 yo black lab was taken to the pet hotel Last week had a private suite his food and soft toy provided. He came home shy to let me touch his face with the top of his tooth broken off. I absolutely can not recommend this store especially when the best answer given was no one saw anything out of the ordinary. I urge you to go elsewhere so your pet can avoid this risk. It's absolutely unacceptable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dog got groomed there yesterday and they cut his leg and did not inform us of it. I understand dogs move and get nervous, I even understand a small snip. What I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT agree with is them not acknowledging or informing us of it!!! Completely poor service. 100/10 do not recommend.

Very informative and friendly staff. Very busy on a Saturday afternoon but there was plenty of staff members available to assist. One associate asked about our new pup and discovered we'd just adopted her from the humane society. She immediately offered to give us the new adoption packet which saved us lots of money on our purchase. Thank you for going the extra mile!

PetSmart of course has just about everything you need for your dog. All the employees we've interacted with have been great. SO, we decided to also enroll our dog in puppy training for a little extra help and socialization.We couldn't be happier with the trainer, Trisha, who seems to genuinely want to help you succeed with your training. She has gone the extra mile to help more than once even giving everyone her cell phone if you have any questions outside of class.We love our training time in class with her and the other puppies, I would highly recommend it.

The staff is so friendly and they are always willing to help. We have dealt with grooming, pet hotel, training floor staff, and management. I can say with great confidence that you will be treated well. Special shout out to Miss Rene in training who loves all the babies that come to learn. Ours will always see Rene as one of her people.

Depending on what you're looking for, most items are a bit overpriced. So we don't buy much here, we do have our dogs enrolled in Banfields Wellness Plan. Banfield is PetSmarts vet that's connected to the main store. The Wellness Plan is health insurance for pets. The staff here is always friendly, especially the Vet.

I love Petsmart for all things related to my Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. We use them for our vet, boarding services, training, grooming food, supplies, you name it! We consider our dog like family and they treat him like that too. They know him by name and he gets excited as soon as we pull up. Thankful gotnti team there and for making pet care easier for pet parents

My puppy was not eating for 2 days called all the local Petsmart around me nobody had an appointment or drop off, called this location and they were so friendly while looking to get me in. The doctor that evaluated my puppy was so informative and patient while showing me around the store to get too the right food my puppy should eat. They even called me today to follow up on my puppy to see how he was doing. Thank you so much ladies I really appreciate going above and beyond to helping my furry puppy getting to feeling better soon. You don’t see that much now in days!! ❤️

Grooming: Cristina G. is the BEST. I have a moody little 15lb shihtzu that desperately needed grooming and she handled him with excellent care. By far the best haircut he has EVER had at any PetSmart location or otherwise. He seemed comfortable in her hands and happy when we picked him up! She was also very informative and knowledgeable about customizing the groom to his specific needs, especially around his face. We will definitely bring him back to see Cristina! This salon also did a fabulous job with our 65lb pit puppy's bath and brush!Training: Our Pitbull mix has attended beginning and intermediate classes at this location with instructor Rene P. We absolutely love her! The classes have been wonderful for socializing our rescue and teaching him commands. Rene is very personable and definitely knows her stuff! She has been an excellent mentor and friend to my husband, myself, and our fur baby. I am so glad we chose to come here!

I went in to get tough and soft toys for my baby frenchie. I use them as training tools to keep him from biting my hands. And he loves the toys. I love the quality of the toys. PetSmart is my go to store. My only complaint is they seriously lack clothes for xs dogs. My pup weighs 5 pounds.

I wish I could give negative star for this place. Long story short: I took my 2 dogs (1 huskymix & other golden retriever) for grooming for 10:30 AM appointment yesterday . I specifically mentioned to the groomer named SKYLAR not to touch the butthair & the tail hair of my husky but they trimed it down to make her look like a soccer ball. My majestic huskymix came out looking like a corgi. Not to mention I paid $218.67 for this grooming and it is rediculous how they did their job neglecting the details I gave beforehand. After coming back to home I came to notice that my golden retriever had an entire leg hair and both front paws untrimed. What a negligence!!!!We did informed the staff about it later via call but all they said was SORRY for the inconvenience and told me that they will give me discount for next service. I will never be back to this place for any further pet shopping or grooming. I didn’t just paid that much of money to be extremely disappointed. 😏
