Grooming*** please do not get your pup groomed by Liz “ the manager “ she left my poor boy so bad!!! We’ve taken him a couple of times! We had never had an issue ever!! When I saw my poor pup I was like this can’t be possible!!! She has sooo sooo many excuses !!! My mom just took him and went home! I called and was taken care of by Delilah the manager she was amazing *** very caring and gave me a same day appointment with another groomer who was amazing (Kelly) !!!Yet, the “amazing manager “ still had de audacity to say he didn’t look that bad! So yeah it’s a good grooming place we’ve been there about 5-6 times just don’t pick Liz!

We brought our Mini American Shepherd in yesterday, 3/12, for a "bath and brush" plus "essential pampering" add on. When we dropped him off we specifically told the worker who took him that he needed a sanitary trim, paw pad trim, and tooth brushing.I understand that he wasn't the easiest dog to deal with as it was his first time at the groomer, but we were specifically told that they were able to complete all the services we'd paid for.When we got him home and took a closer look it was apparent they only bathed him and trimmed his nails. No fur was trimmed anywhere, and there was still a piece of grass stuck in his teeth that we'd been trying to get out for the last 4 days.We are perfectly capable of bathing our dog and trimming his nails at home, for almost $70 I don't think I'm out of line to expect a little more, let alone to not be lied to about what services were actually performed. Very unfortunate, and we definitely will not be bringing him back for grooming ever again.

A hundred dollars for one hour of work and she looks like that? There is a very clear edge where they stopped shaving I could draw a line around her head. Her tail is still messy. I don’t know if they could bath, condition, cut hair and nail in an hours. The nails have a sharpe edge to them. Never coming back to the groomers, if they weren’t the closest pet store I might not be coming back at all

Issac always greets my family with a smile!! He helps us no matter how many questions we have or how long we take. The best thing about him is he is extremely funny and entertaining at the same time. Isaac gives us tips about how to train our dogs while we're reading about which fish we want to buy today. And then he reminds us that we need crickets for our bearded dragon like he remembers everything is customers. He is such an amazing Guy, we look forward to seeing him every time we come!! Thank you Isaac for always helping us welcoming us making us feel more than just like customers. Thank you for being nice to us. Thank you for making us laugh. Thank you for taking care of our needs. Thank you for not rushing us. Thank you for being you. We appreciate you!!

Seth was very sweet, nice, and explained a lot to me when I came in after I found tapeworms in my kitten’s stool. Although the store did not have what I needed he was able to explain things to me and suggested other places. Thank you Seth for being so sweet and also advising me to not stress too much!! :)

My mother brought her dog for a regular bath and brush. After about an hour she got a call that he was finished. She examined him and told them that his ears weren’t cleaned properly. Before getting home she also found three fleas. The manger said that the reason for the fleas must of been my mothers yard or home. Yet my mother hadn’t made it home yet when she found the fleas. Even if that were the case she sprays her yard for fleas, and her dog is in on flea prevention and has never had them. As soon as my mother got home she had to re-clean his ears. The picture below shows how dirty his ears remained. This has been the second time his ears are not cleaned properly and it will be the last we take our dog to get groomed there as well. The only solution they have is is to bring him back and pay for another bath and brush with flea prevention.

Selling animals in tiny little tanks in pet stores is gross as is - but what’s especially gross is all the dead beta fish. Each individual beta fish needs at LEAST 2 gallons of space and that’s on the low side. These fish are in murky water uncared for and literally dying. They are high maintenance creatures. PetSmart either needs to retire selling them or sell significantly less. This is horrible.

Great staff, and did a great job grooming my pet..Recommended.Lqet grooming experience: June 2021Not so recommend anymore. Went in early(15min) to get Leonard accustomed to the place. All I got was grief from the staff..'we don't normally take them in this early" and 'We wont/can't do anything with him unless you have proof of vaccinations'.I had a copy of his vaccinations.Wait to get the call to pick him up, and they tell me he bit the groomer and charged me extra. Let me say this, there was no documentation or pictures for proof. He has never bitten anyone in the 5 years I've owned him, and because his teeth need $7000 of work. Wont be returning.

Horrible customer service. Young kid employee said we weren't allowed to train here rudely despite the manager complimenting our training and telling us to keep it up multiple occasions? They sell prongs and outdated methods, recommend going anywhere else.Editing this because the manager blatantly stated my Service Animal was not allowed to perform their trained medical task and does not understand what a Service Animal is.

They had the item I needed for my dog but the price marked on the shelf is not what I was charged at the register. I mentioned to the employee that item was marked down. They still charged me regular price. Upon leaving the store a friend with me asked what I paid. We then went back in & got the correct marked down price adjustment. Lot of unnecessary hassle.

Nice, clean store. As with every place these days it seems they are short handed. Once you find someone they are polite and helpful. It's nice you can bring your dog so they can help pick out toys and treats! Solid rewards program. Wide variety of leashes, harnesses and food.

For $143 today I had my golden doodle groomed by Dylan and she looks terrible I admit she was matted more than usual but her hair is UNEVEN all over she has one big eyebrow on one eye and the other is bare $20 of my $143 fee was an additional dematting charge which I’m not sure what you were dematting when you basically shaved her to her skin she looks terrible. Wait did I say she looks terrible!! BEWARE!!

This is my go-to location for pet food and supplies! The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. At other stores, I have noticed that the line of customers at checkout tends to get pretty backed up, but at this location, the cashiers will promptly call for backup and open other registers, when necessary, to get customers checked out and keep things moving. This store also consistently stays stocked with a good selection of Wellness Core can cat food, which tends to be fairly popular and gets picked through relatively quickly at other pet stores in the area, often limiting the variety of options in stock.Last week, after adopting two German Shepherds, who were on Last Call to be euthanized at the shelter, I made my usual shopping trip to stock up on pet food, and I asked if there was an employee that was knowledgeable about dogs that could assist me with picking out can food for the new pups. Bry Williams was so fantastic that I just kept asking questions and was able to get our pups set up with can food, brushes, shampoo, conditioner, and bones! Shane was also very helpful in assisting me when I circled back around to have another look at the dog bones. I was very pleased with my experience, and the pups love all of their new stuff!

Decent store, had a lot of stock compared to others (such as Hurst). As usual, they sell items unfit for small pets like Tiny Tales and they definitely shouldn’t be selling animals period. But store was clean and they had my cat’s hairball food!
