Nothing wrong with the store. I took my cat to get her groomed. First, they called me to ask if I could drop my cat before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I was not able to. When we dropped her off, the groomer, Natalia, had a bad attitude telling us that she only did the lion’s haircut, and it was that or she was not grooming my cat. I understand that is the groomer’s decision whether they want to groom a pet or not, but there are more polite ways to say it. When my cat was ready to be picked up, she called me to notify me and told that they close at 4 so I had to pick my cat off as soon as possible. I was already on my way since she called me earlier to tell me she was going to be ready at 3:30. When I got home my cat tried to scratch her cat tree which she loves but stopped right immediately. I thought that was weird but didn’t give much thought to it. The next day she started to limp, so clearly her front paws were hurting. I tried to check her paws but couldn’t since she was in pain. I took her to the vet since she spent the whole day isolating herself and not eating or drinking water. I was worried maybe her toe beans got nipped, and could get an infection. Fortunately, she did not have a cut but all her front claws where trimmed to short and that the groomer got all the way to the quick area of the claws. The vet added that the haircut was terribly uneven and that it was best to not take her there again. I am guessing she was rushing since she told me they close at 4 when the sign at the grooming door said 7 PM. She told me how good my cat was during the appointment. She is not aggressive at all. On the contrary, she is very sweet. I know accidents happen and that she did not intend to hurt my cat. But her attitude at the beginning is not an accident. Overall terrible customer experience.

I came to this location to grab some dog treats but popped over to browse the fish while I was there. I was actually pleasantly surprised to find the tanks in good condition and the fish alive and healthy (not what you usually find in big box pet stores). I’ll be back to for fish in the future.I was a bit disappointed to find that they only had a few bags of “The Lazy Dog Co” dog treats. My pup goes crazy over these and turns his nose up at any others these days. I was able to get one bag but had to order the others off an online site.

Always a great experience here, they're always stocked on everything and I love the free rewards program. The store is always clean as well, and I'm always greeted when I enter the store, as well as when I leave the store.

Clean store, but out of stock on Friskies Gravey Swirlers. Discontinued? Poor experience at the counter. Associates were in conversation with two lights on. I picked one, but the associate picked the other. One walked away. Remaining took a customer in front on me. Manager took another customer to a different counter.

Went and picked up my dog from the groomers after receiving a call about him being done When I picked him up I noticed that his whiskers had been shaved off and he was not cut properly and it was very uneven. Now I'm a fair person but this has to be a joke I've seen it all but I've never seen a groomer do this how is this cut!!!! Come on now really the photos explain it all

Staff was very courteous and attentive. While they have an absolutely amazing selection, I found many products to be overpriced. If breaking your pocketbook isn't an issue, I say go for it! Otherwise, you just might want to shop around for better prices.

This is my baby boy Smokey! I adopted him and brought him home and it was the best day ever. Photos in cage are from adoption day, the others are from today. I think he's at home now don't you? Go adopt your new best friend today! Adopt don't shop! So many little animals need your help and the rewards are beyond anything you could imagine. 😸😻

Double check ALL canned food expiration dates. PerSmart ALWAYS has expired food on the shelves!! Expired food is dangerous for pets it can make them very ill. Especially PetSmarts located in Fort Worth, TX.

Staff is friendly. Though I am generally not impressed with the inconsistency in the aquarium conditions (shared heavily stocked water is hard to manage when only a couple of the employees are really experienced). The store is clean, organized, and well stocked.

My boyfriend paid for my dog training but the trainer had an accident and I understood, they barely called with updates on when my dog would be able to get trained. I was scared his training window for being a puppy was going to close. The trainer finally comes back and calls me and I missed the call so I call back the next day and I was told he wasn’t there but he would call me back and they NEVER called me back. I told my boyfriend I had given up and to just ask for a refund since it was 70 something dollars that has basically gone to waste. My boyfriend went up to the place and asked to get his money back and they said they would start the process. We are here almost a month later if not more without ever receiving our refund and no communication at all. My boyfriend finally went back and they told him they never started the refund process.Updated review on august 9: we had to go back and ask what was happening because we still hadn’t gotten our refund (after being told the process has started three different times). The manager said they did their job wrong and did the refund wrong… mind you we weren’t called AT ALL to tell us they did the refund wrong and that’s why it was taking so long. The manager “apologized” and said she would go ahead and re submit it all again and it shouldn’t take that long to receive, And that was it. We have been waiting for months at this point with horrible communication and even after admitting they did THEIR JOB WRONG we didn’t get anything I mean the least you could do is try to do something at that specific moment to keep your customers happy. It all seems like they were trying to keep our money. I am very upset and have never seen such an unprofessional management team.

20 year old cat got her first ever buzz cut due to matted fur, and we were worried it might be too stressful on her but they did just fine with her. She's not too happy, but we are. Good job.

The manager didn’t want to sell me the guppies that I wanted because apparently they close two hours early and was telling me that I needed the fish tank and everything else, even though I already have my own fish tank. I guessed she assumed that I don’t have the fish tank, so I went to petco down the street and I got my own fish that I wanted. I always go to PetSmart if I needed anything for my pets, but I’ll let it slide and just come early next time

Great spot and always has what I need by the way if the food that your dog likes happens to be expiring within 2 months you can get it for 75 to 90% off. Great deal especially if you buy $60 bags of food

I will never bring any of my dogs back there again, I witness a groomer miss treating the dog cause the dog was moving around and kept sliding off the table. Those tables only fit small dogs not big dogs, groomer looked like she was aggravated, if she can't handle the dog then find another job, too bad the dog didn't bite her I would have loved to see that. I will also be calling corporate office to complain.
