We have been bringing our pups to this location for years for grooming and have had wonderful experiences! We book with Chase H and she is literally the most caring and attentive groomer. She has become a family friend because of how well she cares for our fur babies! ♥️ We trust her for grooming because of her loving heart, but also because of the quality of her grooming. She always does exactly the style we request and our babies always look and smell amazing when we pick them up!

I had the most wonderful experience adopting our sweet pup through them. Ashley and Yoko were some of the kindest and informative people I've ever come across. The store was so clean and the kennels were spotless. Can't thank PetSmart enough for helping us !

The employee jack will make u feel unwanted and will discriminate you and argue with u. I went by yesterday to purchase a pet and jack started to get offended cause I was wanting help and asking questions n told me I was acting sassy and don’t know what I’m doin. thats why I was asking questions to understand n then told me I wasn’t able to purchase cause jack didn’t feel it was safe for me to take the pet bird home cause he said I was sassy and rude wich I wasn’t juss cause people ask questions & get a lil nervous doesn’t mean there being sassy or rude. Now are hopes are down now. cause of jack my son went home crying I won’t be going here again. Thanks jack

I went there last night before they closed to get my Guinea Pig a friend, and well, I wasn't disappointed! I named him Crumb. He loves to be held and petted. He's super sweet, I just wish my Guinea felt the same way.Thank you to the lady that answered my questions and asked me some in return to ensure Crumb was going to a loving home.I'll also attach a photo of Crumb's palace.

I have only had one negative experience and it involved a store policy, that I looked up online beforehand so as not to waste my time since I don't have a car, not being followed as stated on the website. The manager and staff were incredibly rude about the situation and when I asked for an explanation as to why the website said differently, if it was not right why was it on there under the company policies I was told they didn't know and treated very rudely. Other visits were very pleasant overall. Expensive tho

first off, the lady w the badly dyed green/blue idk hair was extremely rude. She upcharged me bc she said my dog was a beagle but he was a dachshund/beagle mix but he more resembles a dachshund. They proceeded to keep my dog for almost 4 hours!!! whenever i picked him up, it didn’t even look/smelled like they bathed him but just rinsed him off and forgot him in a crate all day. His ears were dirty, his nails cut WAY too short, his paws weren’t softened, idek if they gave him his gland cleaning, AND i also paid extra for the fall package and he was supposed to smell like pumpkin spice (he did not) then had the audacity to still have me pay the 60$!! If you take your dog to get groomed here, pls be checking to make sure these people are doing their jobs!!! I took my dog back in for them to fully and correctly clean him and i was not compensated for any of my time so there’s also that. Will NEVER be bringing my baby back to these people.

I was drnied to buy a small neta from the store because the unshowered 18 year old cashier said he wasn't comfortable selling me a fish because he didn't know if i was going to take care of it properly

Called to make an appointment to get a nail trim and grind for my pet. They said come and bring her no need for an appointment. When I got there they said they were booked solid. Probably not going to solicit this location ever again.

Not satisfied with the cut doesn’t look like the picture! Had to remind the staff of the service I had an appointment for which included the bandanna picture of what I picked( which is the same picture they have in the book of haircuts to choose from) for $100 this should have been done better!!! Doesn’t even smell like he got the cologne that was with the service!!!

I like this place and its employees are kind and professional. My only issue are the prices but I understand it is a store front and has more bills than an online pet store. So If I can't wait for it to be delivered to me. I come here.

Went in for a harness for my German Shephard/Rottweiler and the manager helped me find what I was looking for. He was very kind and even matched a price since they didn't have his size in the one I was looking for. Loved the harness we got him and had a great experience. Will be making this my pet store go to.

I probably only gave this place 5 stars because Im an animal lover, but the customer service here is fantastic. Seriously. I've never had someone ask if they could "interact" with my dog, which struck me as oddly respectful. Cudos to this PetSmart.

PetSmart on Hulen left my dog looking horrible and nobody cared they stated my dog was difficult she’s only 4 months she’s a very sweet loving puppy that sleeps with my little daughter. That hurt me a lot my dog is so kind and sweet and for someone to talk bad about her smh. This groomer he should really look for another career because he can’t be around animals. I had to take my dog to another PetSmart in Bryant Irving where I usually have been taking her and they were in shock in the state that she was left by the groomer Daniel in the hulen location. Natalia in the Bryant Irving location saved the day and made my dog look beautiful again. Pets are like family and it hurts to see them get mistreated. I don’t recommend the hulen location to anyone who loves their pet for grooming services. The first picture is how Daniel left my dog and the second and third picture is how Natalia saved the day.

Lots of empty or overfilled enclosures. Staff was helpful and friendly. We met a lovely dog at their adoption center who seemed to be well taken care of.

I was very pleased with the grooming they did on Chewbacca she feels so much better her caregiver had passed away and she was very unkept for over a few months with her appearance I will continue to take her to PetSmart for her grooming. I used the grooming service a few times for puppy baths. It was always a hit or miss. I wanted to go elsewhere however I didn’t want to change the environment he was use to. This last time I spent $125 + $20 tip… I tipped because I didn’t know his nails had not been filed which I payed extra for. I called back same day and was told that they had done all that they could for him, and that he should go somewhere else that can sedate him. If you couldn’t complete the job why was I still charged for services not rendered??? His body was cute and face looked a mess! 😢I had to take my pup to pet supply plus who by the way said he was no problem. In my honest opinion I believe they plucked my baby and cut him very low to hide it!

I am new to Texas and I’m working on a new groomer for my dog. I decided to try Petsmart. I had two previous grooms at a different location that didn’t go well. I was going to give that location one more shot and showed up discovering that I booked online at a different store. That Petsmart didn’t seem concerned and didn’t want to help me reschedule… So I consider it a God thing that I ended up at the Hulen store and with Nikki. My dog had a great experience. LARI is now my Groomer after 2 1/2 years of living here at the same location😊I couldn’t be more pleased , additionally, the staff in the store and the grooming salon, everyone I encountered was so friendly and kind at the Hulen location.

Always take my pup here to get bathed and have her nails trimmed, Teeth and ears cleaned. Staff are very sweet. I was nervous at first because I have read reviews at other PetSmarts where people have lost their dogs due to accidents while trimming or bathing the dog "accidentally" gets fatally injured. This location has been very good to us so far. Here she is trying on some outfits.

The groomer wasn’t knowledgeable of the kind of dog cut I requested. Usually I don’t pay for services I didn’t approve but we’re living in challenging times. He always gets the teddy bear haircut but he got this. His paws weren’t done and there were hair still in the private area. I am so disappointed with Petsmart groomer I’ve used them for 12 years and this has been the second time I’ve ever had a bad experience

Nationwide pet store with all the supplies for your common pets. I wish they ever had ferrets, they always seem to be out of them when I go. I take my dog and she loves going in and smelling everything!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at the checkout . They ask do I want a sack ? I had 45 cans of pet food ? Is that not an obvious response to give someone a sack for almost 50 items of cat food . Shear laziness all the way from personal hygiene to customer service . Just the worst of the worst !

The first time I’ve ever been discriminated against based on my appearance. I walked into the store to buy two pet fishes for my nieces. A employee assisted me and stated for a goldfish I must have a filter. I told her I wasn’t sure if I had a filter or not because I was gifting the fish to my family who bought their own supplies. Once realizing it may not be the best option I swayed towards a Betta fish. I’m which once agian I was told I was not allowed to purchase without a filter. Confused because all the Betta fish at contained in cups I stated I would like to purchase. Approaching the counter Sara the cashier/ manager was highly unprofessional and stated I looked like I would kill my fish. She also threw my receipt at me while I was picking up my purse. When I requested the manager she stated she was the manager so I requested the hire up. Derrick. Derrick was unhelpful and didn’t care all he said was .. “okay do you want your receipt” which I said no and left. I am highly offended and upset about the whole situation. And I also feel if no one will address the situation I will have to use my platform to spread awareness of the racial discrimination I’ve received. To make matters worse my I had my mother do the exact same steps I took in the Pet Smart in which she received perfect service and they told her she didn’t need a filter and Sara was extra nice to her. Of course they didn’t realize she was my mother because the color of her skin. It’s 2023 and I hope i will take a stance against the entire store if this matter is resolved.
