Great experience, all of the groomers are amazing. They treat my dog with respect and are always kind to him and give him the haircut we asked for every time. We’ve gone there for several years and will continue to go because they legitimately care for animals and are very knowledgeable and respectful. highly recommend Petco Grooming off Presidio Drive near the target in the Costco by 35

Tim did a really good job with our big dog. She does not always trust her groomers but he was patient with her and got the job done. If she trusts him, we trust him! Best cut I’ve seen on my golden. We will definitely be back and will request Tim.

My dog has been going here for sometime I like Alexis but now all of a sudden my dog is old and aggressive. I get that from no one else now my dog is banded from coming which is cool I will take her somewhere else. I paid even though they did not do a good job

I would have been a new customer today but I was treated badly by Alexis upon check-in. I gave her my doggies vaccine records, I told her the records were on the back of the sheet she was looking at. She said they couldn’t service my dog because his rabies shot was expired, I told her to look on the back of the sheet.She looked at it and then slammed my paperwork down on the counter and walked away. I told her to get her manager. Stephanie who tried to convince me she didn’t mean anything by it. I asked for the phone number for corporate and she said the GM was there.She comeback with the phone number and I asked her for the GM. She came out and made excuses for her employees attitude. I told her I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care after the way I was treated, I asked her if me being black had anything to do with their abuse? She said, oh no we have black employees.I told her I would not be back in their store because of the way Alexis treated me.

Everytime I take Max to get his hair done, he comes out so happy and he looks amazing. They always groom him as requested and I really like this last groom especially because I got him the super lustrous shampoo and conditioner and it is amazing. His coat and cut are perfect.

Misty is a top notch groomer. My Bella suffered a bad experience in California when her nails were trimmed. It bled so long. So naturally she is now petrified to have her nails trimmed. But I watch Misty as she works on her and Bella is fairly calm. So appreciative !

Misty and Nicole are always fantastic with Porthos and he loves her too! He’s always wagging his tail and for some reason he always knows he’s going for a bath. That makes my heart smile cause I know he’s having a good tome with her.

Didn't go there for grooming. Went for dog treats. They had small packages, 16 oz but not the large ones we wanted. They tried to be helpful but they can't find what they don't have.

Had a bad experience at this location. My dog was cut on his foot at his grooming appointment and a few days later he had a terrible infection in that foot. Petco said it is our fault because we didn’t report it that day.
