The store was very clean and organized with an excellent staff. My dog truly enjoyed the array of toys! I like that they have different brands and types because that matters for mental stimulus and aggressive chewers. Also, I love, love, love that they carry human grade food instead of just bags of unhealthy kibble as I only feed my lil guy the best! Even though I gave them 5 stars, I would love to see several other items in store to purchase such as: frozen keifer, Small Batch Freeze Dried Treats (not just their food), other fresh items. But overall; the customer service is why they got the five!

Nothing but high end, healthy dog food a little pricey but worth every penny. Wonderful price on dog bathing and they have a lot of mark down deals. Best place to get a tag made for your puppy or kitten many different designs. All and All a wonderful place, customer service is AWESOME and they are very knowledgeable about the products!

They have been very helpful. The dog food I purchase is rare and sometimes I have trouble finding it. Also the last time in my cashier went to verify that I received the current special price. It's been a long time since I ran into that much help/

Annabelle, Robin and the crew are always so welcoming! Store looks great. BUT I’m not impressed with the supposed “Black Friday” sale. Prices are so high! Years past I was always excited for this time of year because prices were actually low. Was disappointing to say the least.

Very reasonable prices and good selection. Update*** we just realized the have self service dog washing, despite the fact it says in big letters on the front of the store. I feel like this "discovery" made my month. I was so happy to try it out and it was awesome. She was not as happy as I was. Haha

Omygosh love the pet wash at this location. It's great for my Giant Schnauzer. The dryer is great too. And you can't be beat the price. And I found the staff to be nice and helpful.

Always lovely coming here. They have a fantastic selection of treats for my zoo of animals at home. Great quality treats, natural treats, even cbd treats for my anxious dog. I brought my sweet Maxine for a bath at the self service dog wash. I love that they provide everything you need.My only issue was that the water temperature wouldn't stay consistent. It would be perfect for a while then get ice cold. We ended up rushing through the bath to avoid freezing her.

They’re always so wonderful and answer questions. Bathing is self serve and out Aussie pup gets a little traumatized from the bath he’s almost a year now and it’s nice to have a warm place to bathe and dry him in the winter plus he smells so darn good after.
