Pet Supplies Plus offers a wide variety of pet supplies. I live nearby and also own 2 dog business. HappyTailsDogSitting. com (boarding in my home) and FreedomDogSitting. com (visits, overnights, or live in care in your home) So I frequently shop here for myself, business, and clients.They have a good healthy selection of food and treats as well as raw options for food and goat milk. They don't carry every brand, so call ahead to make sure. My Pug is on a specialty diet (Royal Canin), and they don't carry prescription foods. So your best bet if you have a special request is your Vet's office, Chewy, or a Petsmart that has a Banfield. They do have a tag machine.They also offer items for cats, fish, and reptiles and even have a cat room with adoptable cats.I like the dog wash area. They have 2 small tubs and 2 large tubs. They have a collar hook to keep your dog in place, free shampoo / conditioner, towels, and dryers. This saves my back and drain from bathing dogs at home. They keep this area clean and always have it properly stocked.Of course, dogs are also allowed inside.

I did not get her name however my receipt reads operator ID# 415125. The customer service I received began the second I walked in the door! The greeting, the assistance in asking what I was looking for, the walking me to the isle and exact section where the product was located was exemplary customer service which deserves recognition! It is rare nowadays to find employees this great, and I am extremely grateful. Caius (my dog) loves the staff there and they love him. Emily always greets him and has a treat for him. We go once a week for a bath and the set up is perfect for my 155 lb Cane Corso! Great experience every time we go! Thank you Emily and team!

Went to buy crickets for my bearded dragon.I was met by 2 smiling employees and got my crickets and we laughed at how we love our bearded dragons.It was so cool to talk to someone who shared the same excitement I did about our dragon.Definitely be back for all my needs.

Staff are cordial and their inventory is OK but their price tags are slightly above market averages. The area to wash your dog is great but not walled/roomed which may make it a bit messy.

I go to bathe my girl and I appreciate them. I do have to share that they have changed their blow dryers. They are very weak, and it would take me hours to dry my 80 doodle. I also noticed that the last three times we have been there. The bath area has dog hair all over the floor. which has not been the norm in the past.

There are so many specialized pet items here in our little town and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Who needs those big, faraway stores? Also, coupons aren't hard to find and use. :-)

Pet Supplies Plus has an excellent selection of top shelf dog foods, and handy, convenient self washing stations for if your pup isn't a fan of the groomers, or you're trying to save your plumbing at home from all the dog hair.However, you're only as strong as your weakest link.I understand that a large chain pet store can't ensure top quality 100% of the time, that there's going to be flaws and things unintentionally over looked, but there's a limit on how much of that is okay. And this? The condition that these Betta fish are in? Is carelessness. Most of these fish show a lack of water changes with their clamped fins & distressed colors (which, for non aquarium folks, leads to a buildup of ammonia that poisons the fish), one looks as if his body is covered with a fungus, three show severe signs of SBD, and while Bettas always ask for food, these babies did so in a manner that says they've been forgotten.Is this what you're okay with as a company? This isn't the only one of your stores to do this, it's just the only one I have concrete evidence for. I mean, as long as a small critter isn't dead and the customers don't see, what's a dead fish?Congratulations on being the third largest specialty pet food retailer, but the condition of your live fish and reptiles tells me that you only care about the dollar signs.

This place is great we mainly go for the self service dog wash. You pay and get access to the wash area with aprons for your convenience they have a selection of shampoos and conditioners even sensitive skin shampoo which my dogs need, towels and and dryers for about $15 (the price recently increased from $10) they used to offer nail trimming but are not doing it anymore unfortunately. They have lots of cool baked treats and all kinds of pet supplies. The employees are helpful and it's usually not too crowded.

Went inside looking for salt water solution and found more than I expected. I have 2 hermit crabs and have had issues finding supplies. I have looked at both petco and pet smart with minimal luck. I was also pleasantly surprised they had a baby crab. We haven't been able to find any anywhere. So today we purchased a new family member for our crab tank. Loved this store and the staff were super nice and helpful. Very clean place. Great location, will definitely be back.
