This company doesn't deserve any stars. How is it possible that my daughter has been on a loaner almost a year because this company can't hire the right people to understand our special needs children requests. I have talk to managers, been promised that it will be fixed and until this date. Nothing! UGH. Numotion has been told several times they do NOT need pre-authorization from our secondary insurance. They still waste their time putting our order on hold because of this. When we have had emergencies. We called, talk via video with someone, see my daughter on the ground, (due to their pieces not put together right). All I hear is "I'm sorry, we will take care of this". But honestly, they DO NOT care. They take months to repair. If it wasn't for Scottish Rite Hospital that stepped in and lend us a wheelchair. My daughter wouldn't be able to go to school or get around. The last order we did was not done correctly. The technician came, look at the chair. Realized it was the wrong part. Took it back to their warehouse. And the next day came back with a mediocre fix. He left a very sharp steel part on her side of chair. I told him that I appreciate his effort but that is not right. I spoke to the manager and again was promised the moon and back and again NOTHING. I finally had the time to deal with this people today. Called mid morning and been placed on HOLD for an hour or so and to be told that there are NO managers available. UNREAL! Calling their service line is a stress itself. They do not have professional customer service reps with the right skill. Especially dealing with people with disabilities. There needs to be empathy, and courteous customer service reps. I feel stuck with this company. But can't wait to find better options for my daughter. If you can AVOID this company. Please do so!Update: After a year she finally received all the correct parts and got her wheelchair repaired.

I purchased my wheelchair from Numotion four years ago. Unfortunately, during a flight with an air carrier, my chair received a lot of damage. Since Numotion is the company that the airline's insurance carrier contracts with, they assisted me with the repair. I was very happy that the same company that I purchased my wheelchair from and customized it would be the one to repair it. The gentleman that completed the repairs was so patient and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure that my chair was as good as new. I want to thank Gabriel for all of his hard work and professionalism. If you ever need a wheelchair, new motion is the place to go.In addition, I also use them to get medical supplies mailed to my house directly every month. I have never had a problem with a shipment and they make a point of reaching out to me monthly to ensure that I need new supplies. For me, as someone that's paraplegic, is a one-stop shop. Check them out!

Benjamin is quick, very thorough and pleasant to work with. He's also pet friendly.The only thing I don’t get about NuMotion is that it takes along time to get parts in so repairs can be scheduled, however I don’t know enough about the process to know if that’s normal for all providers.

The experience was great, but I noticed that there isn't a usb port on the new permobil f3, I was told this chair would have a usb port, I was really looking forward to being able to charge my cell, I have done with out one for 7 years on my last chair, w.t.freak, I want my usb port! P.S. Bummer!!!

Numotion should not be in business they are the worst company I have ever worked with. The took over 6 months to fix the back rest of my wheelchair which was very unsafe to me. They canceled appt. They weren't efficient on work orders i had to call numerous times. They take advantage of ppl going through Medicare and should not be d.m.e. provider. The worst part is the wheelchair manufacturers make you deal with them and won't sell you parts directly.

This is the worst company I've ever done business with. It's been a month and I'm still on step one waiting for a chair repair. They don't have a clue what they're doing! I'm working on filing a complaint with the state on them . I 'd give them a zero star.

Use to be my go to place for all my wheelchair and medical equipment needs, but the changes made to the company has me looking somewhere else. For one they stopped taking Superior , my insurance through Medicaid.Secondly, I use to call to my local branch directly for repairs and knew my advisor personally. Now it's someone in other cities.

I highly recommend Numotion. The staff is top-notch. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Misty, Amanda, and Larry have been invaluable with the purchase and servicing of equipment. They take care of all the issues and handle all insurance concerns. All you need to do is contact them and they handle the stress and important stuff.

If you need a wheelchair of any kind trust NuMotion! This was my first visit at this location. I was meeting my Rep with NuMotion to discuss and follow up on my wheelchair order. NuMotion has been so special to me so far through this process, I started trying to get a new power wheelchair back in January and it's now June 13th and if it wasn't for Kam, and Will at NuMotion I would have gone crazy by now. Ive been in a wheelchair since 2010 and you'd think when you need a new one you just file a claim with your insurance and there you go oh heck no. It's like a 37 step process and my doctors and my team at NuMotion have worked so hard just to get me a new wheelchair, there are no words for me to say thanks enough to them all for everything they all have done for me.
