Great place to stop by for organic items. We truly love the strawberries from here I don’t think we have ever had better strawberries than the ones you can buy at natural grocers. My daughter is a picky eater and she loves to go to the healthy store to pick out stuff she can snack on. I also love the concept of not using plastic bags and making you use either the cardboard boxes or reusable bags.

New Review-Sampling event was nothing special. Some items weren't served that were on the handout. I did enjoy the ground bison and breakfast sausage. The two ladies serving samples were professional and helpful. When checking out I had to inform associate that bags were free for members during event. I've noticed this is a reoccurring issue at some establishments I visit. I'm not sure if employees don't care or haven't been informed about promotional weekly deals/events.2023 Review-Great customer service! Mini store with many different items. Purchased some organic plant-based products and received some freebies.

This is my favorite place to shop for organic food, soaps, tea, coffee, vitamins, aromatic oils and so much more. They are always friendly and helpful and provide you with free carton boxes and even free bags to pack your purchases. They are ready to hear your requests on what products you would like them to bring in the future, so talk to the cashier on your way out. They carry many products that cannot be found in other similar stores, their food is delicious and fresh, and they don’t bug you if you choose (or are unable) to wear a mask. Their prices are reasonable and when you become a member, you enjoy their discounts. For me it is always a refreshing experience to shop there.

However you guys have the worst website Not user friendly at all, definitely need someone in your Ux/Ui department to come up with something better or they need to be fired.The app is just the same, All that does is reroute to the website. Corporate needs to have conversations with tech developers. One of the worst websites/ Apps I’ve ever seen. I could write better codes & have a better UX/UI design that this.

Love natural grocers! I wish they had a pick up option, we would go a lot more if they did as we use curbside pick up mainly at other stores. It’s about a 20 minute drive for us so we don’t go very often since Whole Foods is closer. But I love the prices here and their brand is high quality as well. They also have a huge section of vitamins and supplements, bulk food and spices.

This place is awesome! I came in pretty close to closing time and the employees I did see where very friendly and attentive, even when I mentioned that I was just kinda looking around. I found so many natural beauty products that I’d previously only been able to purchase online;some even for lower prices than online (especially if you include shipping and handling). My cashier Steven was very helpful as far as giving me a bit of information on the store once I told him that I’d never been in before. Really excited that I stopped by!

You must stop in this store to believe how friendly helpful and happy staff is here. Above and beyond. Posted my local event flyer, jumped my car twice and watched it while I shopped. They have all the vegan gluten free goodies and not outrageously priced. Great vitamins, supplements and beauty section too! Thank you Cody and friendly cashier whose name I forgot to get! Thank you for restoring my faith in true customer service.

Rarely do I give a five. With that it is well worth my experience with Aubrey. I have been having issues with my digestive system for several years and when I have gone to the doctor they just to want to prescribe unnecessary medication and not treat the root cause of the problem. Aubrey exceeded my expectation by listening and asking pertinent questions to make sure she had adequately understood my concerns. Before speaking with her she was helping another customer and acknowledged me and let me know she would assist me. I could hear the care, concern, and sincerity of her adsressing the individual needs. She continued to speak with him and I waited patiently. When she addressed me I knew I had her undivided attention. She has excellent customer service but more importantly confidence and knowledge and when she wasn't clear about a specific supplement she went to get the information to make sure she was correct. I had never been to this particular location but she was recommended. So to the manager who hired Aubrey job well done. To you Aubrey see you again soon. I will definitely return because of her.

Such a wonderful store, staff is always so friendly and the store is clean. The assistant manager even walked me out one night when a male was by my car and made me feel uncomfortable. Forever grateful for that. Great selection of produce and healthy foods!

Always a good choice for shopping for fresh and organic produce. This store is located in most towns of any size. They're all arranged a little bit differently and sometimes carry different items but always the staff is friendly and service-oriented. My favorite one is in Wichita Falls, Texas. They are always ready to try and accommodate an item that I cannot find by ordering it for me. I find the prices are comparable to other grocery stores especially considering what you are getting.

We just discovered this place today. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is very well organized, clean and easy to navigate around. Their prices are fantastic. I would expect to pay more for such high quality goods.A must stop for anyone with special dietary needs or food restrictions;vegan,vegetarian,gluten free,low carb etc.They also carry supplements & personal care items such as soap,cleansers,and more.It's also easy to get to and park. My new favorite store!

Nice store, decent selection. But, I was definitely followed around every aisle. I was asked every few minutes if I needed help. No one else was given as much attention. It was extraordinarily uncomfortable. At the register, the young woman kept asking me where I was from, and what brought me to the area. Clearly, the staff that day had seen a star OR perhaps were obviously not used to black customers.

Associates are very helpful with suggestions and pointing out where all my items were. If they don't know the answer, they are quick to utilize their resources to find out. I had questions about Magnesium and they took me to a file cabinet in the back by the books and gave me some literature to help me decide what was good for me.

Best grocery store experience EVER!!! All produce is Organic! I needed to purchase many obscure specialty oils, teas and herbs. They had it ALL! The best part was that each store employee was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for help finding various herbs and in each case they walked me right to the item with a big smile and happy to help attitude. I plan on always shipping here from now on.

The couple times I got there they advertised certain items on a "sale" price when you go pay somehow it stills charges the regular price. Happened on several items on the violife cheese or vegan items also on the coco yogurts so you gotta be on it otherwise u pay the regular price and what's the point of putting tags on for sale if yall charge different price

Update: this location is great and has made many improvements since I was here 5 years ago. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They now offer organic alcohol options and organic options. Impressed with how much it has improved.

I have been looking for turmeric root all day! I have been to Krogers, Albertsons, Walmart and none of these locations had any. Thank goodness the lady at regions Bank told me about natural grocers. Can't wait to make my drink.

A great stop for organic and natural foods! We shopped here three times during a recent trip to Fort Worth. Being co-op shoppers from the Twin Cities in Minnesota, it was a treat to find Natural Grocers in Texas. It felt like a home away from home. It was great to be able to eat healthy food on vacation. We really appreciated that the store does not provide bags to carry out groceries, but used boxes instead. Also, the staff was super friendly.
