Just had a mini anxiety attack because I'm rushing to buy something for my brothers funeral, & the sweet cashier named Alejandra helped me relax & told me to take deep breaths while paying. Wow. I can literally say she noticed me struggling & politely spoke kind words to me to calm me down. Wow. What a sweet girl. ❤

I shop all over. Go to this store often and every time I go lanisha always remembers me! She is so personable and professional, always smiling. I get better customer service from her then I would someone at highland park village. Corporate, if your reading this, PROMOTE HER!!! You have yourself a winner

Will no longer be shopping here and I’ll make sure my family doesn’t as well the African American manager is RUDE when returning something apparently I am not the only one who has complained about her she has a bad attitude when returning something they need a new manager someone that is FRIENDLY and helpful if you don’t want to help people find a new job lady and take your negative energy somewhere else I feel bad for the employees.. manager yelling at them who wants to work there with managers like that DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!

Went to Marshall about a week ago with my friend for the first time in years and I forgot how much I liked it. That break deals on a lot of stuff so when I go there but try it out the app selection of everything from Close to Home Goods to everything it's a really great store prices are really decent sense just a little bit scattered you got a search for rifle through it but other than that it's worth it. Try Marshalls I was glad I did it again

I usually love shopping here and almost always find something to buy but after today I doubt I will be going back for a while. Today was not the first time the African American manager was rude, but today was just it for me. She is rude when you are doing a return or exchange or just looking at something up by the registers. Bad representation of the company, she is just unprofessional and makes people not want to buy from there. Rest of the staff is very kind.

The manager was very rude and inconsiderate of my purchase when I told her about a stain that was on a white blouse I wanted to wear the next day she told the cashier I couldn’t get an percentage off because she didn’t see it. I will find another one to go too ! They dont appreciate the customers request, the cashier was nice and apologetic but the Hispanic manager was rude and shouldn’t represent this business at all .

Plus size section is trash they have like 1 rack they definitely need to do better on that. I gave it 4 stars because the toddler boys has a nice selection all though it is always disorganizd but that may contribute to the area or that it stays crowded.

The African American older lady was so rude snatched my receipt from my hand she didn't greet me if you don't like your job don't show up I had return she treated me so unprofessional never said hi when I walked to her register she looked like she just had rolled out bed and told me take my return to Marshalls by my house of course I will hope she gets new job where she does not deal with public...

The store and the bathroom was clean. I bought two jumpsuits that both fit great.But was a little upset that I could not try them on at the store. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The store itself was ok I was able to find the item I needed that walmart didn't even carry & more. But some guys ran out with a basket full of clothes & an employee said "it happens all the time we just can't talk about it." So it was my first & last visit.

Staff is awful. An employee told my stepmother that she smelled, and the 3 other cashiers giggled. When I confronted the manager about it over the phone, she said it was a language barrier, a misunderstanding, and that no one said that because she was there the whole time. Then proceeded to say “if the little girl that was with them could translate that would’ve been great...” that little girl is 4 years old! What a shame.

Pretty good deals. Management is pretty customer oriented. They speak to everyone and ask if you need help. And when the line got too long, they opened up layaway to check out customers.

1st visit to Marshalls and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and selection of items. They had great prices on shoes. Unfortunately they didn't my shoe size.

The store did not carry nothing in new born size ),not even one piece of clothing, NOTHING!!!And had to carry my baby in her carrier all around the store because the carts are way to small to place the carriers inside. Its very inconvinent for new borns.

Great selection, and great prices! I don't care if you come here everyday, you will still be surprised at the new things that you find. They get shipments everyday, and they have shoes, they have clothing, they have Bath & Body items, they have kitchen items, they have bathroom items, they have linen and towels, they have home dec, they have gourmet food seasonings, they have , they have children's clothing, they have coats, you name it - - they have it! It's great to get designer items at bargain prices! I love Marshalls and TJ Maxx, and have recently become acquainted with their new store. At least it's new to me - - Sierra Trading Post. They carry outdoor and sporting gear. I would recommend Marshalls and TJ Maxx to everyone!
