So I've been going here for a long time for my two dogs. And as always the service is great. What truly made today exceptional was the amount of willingness to help me today. I had my dogs with me (couldn't leave them in the car) and I asked for help getting the dog food down off the shelf. That's all. After I paid for the food the lady grabbed the bag and said I'll help you to the car. This was above and beyond what I had come to expect. I didn't even ask her to do so. She just saw that it would make it easier for me to get to my car and did it. I truly appreciate the ladies that helped me today. Thank you so much!

I love this store. Every time I go in there the staff is always so friendly and helpful with several things. The staff I have dealt with seem to really enjoy their jobs or at the very least the animals their products support. Always great recommendations from them regarding my Malinois.

Great store, lots of stuff for your pets. I dog loves the raw food. The instructions tell you NOT to refreeze the food, however I had to return some food because it was very obvious that is was thawed and frozen.

This store is really great. They always have wonderful sales, the perks for joining the loyalty club are spectacular, and the staff is very knowledgeable. We took an 8 month old bulldog puppy in to buy a harness and food. The lady who helped us took the harness out of the package and helped us fit it to the puppy, knew all about the details of each food we discussed (including ingredients, pricing, and recalls), and offered samples of their dehydrated beef lung treats.

I needed a new drinking fountain for my cats. I checked out Google shopping and this place had the best selection. "What? Better than the big box stores?" you asked. Indeed. There must have been 10 different models to choose from in various prices ranges and sizes. The prices were all comparable to the bigger stores.The store was adorable and full of fun stuff to look at for all pets. Due to the time of year there is a dizzying array of pet costumes that were fun to look at. They have large selections of high end food,They make their own brand of enzyme cleaner that I picked up and it is great and in a lot of scents.The associates were sweet and friendly. Helpful but don't hover.Highly recommended.

Are used to like going to the store because it was so close to my house. I now work later than what I normally do and I went to go and get some dog food here. It was around 7:40- 7:47 I looked up the time before I arrived and try to get there at a decent time. That way I can get my dog food as I walk to the cash register. They told me they’re only taking cars because they close there cash registers. Why are you closing your cash register before 8 o’clock you close at eight you should want your customers to get their items for their love ones (pet or pets). At the end of the day, I’m not coming back.

Great store to buy organic healthy dog and cat food. Caters more to dogs but also a good selection of cat food and accessories. They also have a room in the back to wash your pet.

Hollywood feed is the best. We adopted our dog from an event at Hollywood feed and ever since we’ve gone there for everything. It’s the only place to buy Fromm dog food, which works well with my two fluffy boys who have allergies.

On a $45 purchase , they refused to make change for a $100 bill. It was at 6:30pm and I think they closed at 7pm. It was not an option, the girl did not even look in her drawer, she said they don’t break $100 bills.Bad customer service, or maybe they are struggling or they don’t trust their employees.

Love this place. It’s easy to get in and out of. Helpful Staff. Great sales. If your pet doesn’t like a food or treat, you can return it and they donate to rescue groups. How cool is that?

I love coming to Hollywood Feed, especially this location because Amanda is one of the friendliest associates I’ve ever met. She is always helpful and will go out of her way just to make sure all my questions are answered. Her knowledge in dogs is amazing and her recommendations are always great! I purchased a bed mat for my dog under the pretense that would be replaceable, since my dog has a tendency to chew them up when this happened like I had explained to the original cashier, I was told that they were not replaceable, if I had known, I would not have purchased a $50 mat

Super quality pet food with smalltown charm. The workers are always so helpful. I do love the same day delivery and they are always so fast. I had to include my tip in the purchase vs trying to catch the delivery driver because they always show up much faster than I anticipate.

I struggled with finding a food that my picky dog would eat more than more than once. I had tried every quality brand from other pet stores as well as the subscriptions, but the staff helped with not only the perfect recommendation but samples of other brands and mix-ins as well. We now have the perfect routine. The prices and quality is far better than most of the inventory offered by any other chain pet store. Their online sales usually beat the online competitors too.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I buy blue buffalo puppy food in the can and everywhere else I've been having to buy individual cans. They had it by the case. I also got some "green" puppy pads to try out. Says they are more absorbent and less mess. I hope so! Staff was very friendly and set me up with account for future discounts.

Love this location!! They just expanded the store and have the nicest and most helpful employees. Store is always clean and they have the best selection of bones / healthy food and treats for all my dogs and foster dogs! They are always donating things to the rescue I volunteer with for events!
