K9 has canceled on us the last two visits and had to reschedule. Picked our little fur baby up today and they burned him while trimming his belly. Very upset. called up there to see what happenedand the girl we talked to was unaware and unconcerned. I feel the dog trimmer must’ve been rushed due to the cancellations from the prior day.

They can't keep groomers to save their lives.The sign on the building says "groomers on site" which is a complete lie. For months I've had to switch between this location and the Camp Bowie location because they shared one groomer. Recently they finally got a groomer just for this location and I was so happy my pup could finally have a consistant groomer. Well, guess they didn't last long because I was told my next appointment would be cancelled because they don't have a groomer anymore. What a joke.

I went for the first time today, and I will definitely be a regular customer now. It made giving my dog a bath so much easier! They provided everything we needed, but also let me bring in my own things if needed. Everyone was really nice!

Happy K-9 is a great place to get your dog washed! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I had to take two dogs in after getting sprayed by a skunk and they accommodated me so very well especially since i was on a tight schedule. They got my pups cleaned up and smelling sooo much better! I will always choose them for any grooming and bathing needs.

Our Husky, Raven, had such a winter coat that she was quite unhappy playing outside this week. We were able to get her groomed quickly, her trim is beautiful, and she smells gorgeous. The price was very reasonable too! She has been playing outside now and is very happy!

Very warm welcome as soon as wewalked in the door! Compassionate staff worked on my 10 yr old standardpoodle. I ordered the Fancy Feet package and price was reasonable. Next apptI will order the Platinum Pooch package. We will be back! Thanks again!

I love the K9 grooming on Clifford so very much. The groomers listen to what you want and also give advice how to groom you fur babies. I’ve been a customer their for a long time with my first two babies I thank y’all for being so sweet to my babies!!!

We brought our very vocal Husky in for a bath and were wonderfully surprised to find this place supplies the shampoo, towels, brushes, air dryers, AND cleans up afterwards!!! SOOO much better than crouching on the floor by our own bathtub trying to wrestle a 70 lb dog and keep him from escaping soaking wet throughout the house!! No appointment needed for DIYers - just come on in!

A lot of places that cater to the well-being of animals, a lot of the times, treat animals clientele as another way to get money. But happy k9 is one of the most compassionate and caring grooming business I think I've ever been to. They genuinely care about my animals. They did such an awesome job on my babies. When I went to go pick them up, my dogs weren't anxious as they usually are. The care consideration these folks have when it comes to serving our furry family members, is commendable and appreciated. They definitely will have a repeat customer out of me. (Before and after below)

It’s convenient and we need more self dog wash locations…….however this was extremely over priced. No additional perks like special shampoos or cologne. For 2 short hair dogs, one only 12 pounds and the other medium sized it cost $58! My medium dog only 2 pounds over the lesser charge and still upped to next category. Pricing should be reevaluated. Or at least be more selections and also better presentation. The shampoo bottles weren’t even full. No brushes or additional towels offered.

Of course our little Japanese Chin, Oreo, is a delight, but it was so fun to have everyone fuss over him! Kat did a great job on him, as he keeps getting into the wild area of our place and gets matted with grass burrs that I've had to -'gasp!!!' - hack away to get his beautiful long coat free again! He is beautiful now. Thank you Kat and K-9!

We are returning customers after a few years of living out of state. My pup was brutal with his last groomer. Coming to happy K9 he did amazing with his new groomer!! Highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing! The staff was awesome! They understood my lab, Havoc, was a bit reactive and just too excited and worked with me really well. The oatmeal shampoo was amazing, he smells soo good! The actual bath has little stairs for them to walk up and down to get in/out of the bath and I love that!! Definitely will be back! Thank yall for accepting my loud lab! ❤️❤️

I love this place. I had taken my 12 week old puppy to pet smart for grooming and they treated him so bad. I explained my bad experience to these ladies and they were absolutely amazing!

Ewok hates riding in the car except when he come here for a spa day. We all love the people who work there and so dose Ewok. When he finished he struts out knowing that he looks good! Thanks for being family to Ewok!I highly recommend this place for your dogs needs.

This was our first time using K9. Although I couldn’t physically take my pups in I sent a note in how I wanted them groomed and they came home looking really nice. Even had some nice thanksgiving bows. This was a great experience they will definitely be repeat customers 🤗

It's a small grooming shop. You can wash yourself or have your dog groomed (with proper vaccine proof). Its based off weight of your dog. Has warm water, spraying hose, blow dryer and towels, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, or hypoallergenic wash. I liked the hypoallergenic wash it has a great smell. I did not like their shampoo. It was like pouring water into my hands. I would use again but would definitely bring our own wash condiments next time. Very convenient and easy to use.

Not very good, they change groomers all the time and mostly never get the sa.e one twice. I called after they reopened and they could not do a full bath and groom until sometime in May.

We had a really fun trip going to Happy K9 to bathe Yoshi the corgiThey had everything we needed and then some! Things that I had not even thought of!All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy.The price was affordable and pretty reasonable. I would go again for sure.The only thing...it was kind of close quarters and it made me nervous being in such close proximity to some really big dogs. I worried about my baby. But they all seemed to do well with it.The other thing, Yoshi had no where to go potty. There is a strip of grass out by the highway, but that made me nervous! Why do dogs always have to go right after a bath?🐾😆

I am very disappointed. After 5 years of using the Clifford location, they added a 30.00 charge to the published price without letting know first, then insisted I pay it. It was an extra charge because they used scissors lol . I need to find another groomer.
