On my search for a good pet odor eliminator, I figured purchasing from a feed store might be the best option. A Google search displayed a few options and because of their location, the decision was made to call Handley Feed Store. A young man answered. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Well the fourteen minute drive was a waste of time. The greeting was dry and the level of customer service was less than expected. Johnny was asked to assist, he was friendly but neither he nor the other staff could locate the person I spoke with fifteen minutes earlier. I’m unable to speak on their prices because my visit was short and no purchase was made. Oh well, they’re probably a good group of people but I’ll try another feed store that I’m more familiar with. This one was just convenient at the time.

Old school feed store. Family run. Prices are great. All are knowledgeable about their productsBefore planting get your seeds here for the quality. Not a bad posh place by any means but much products everywhere. They also sell chickens that they get in weekly, can also order if you want. Service is great and they carry products for you or your car or truck

Would give 0 stars if I could! The old man and a lady that stand at the counter are so rude! They don’t greet you if you aren’t Caucasian! They stare at you and give you the nastiest look and look at you like you aren’t welcomed! I asked for help and they ignored me and rolled their eyes?? Like what!! I watched them greet only white people!!!

I had a 40 pound bag of dog food that needed to be returned as it was. Recalled, Handley’s capable staff politely showed me exactly where the good stuff was so it doesn’t kill my baby, they were the only store between Dallas and FTW that were friendly and honorable about their product! And did something about another companies problem thank you guys

It is a great store to visit. One of the store clerks was very helpful he showed multiple choices of what we were looking for. He actually gave us four free sample packs of each of the dog foods that he showed us.

Love this place. You can buy clover and grass seed by the pound. The service there is always really great. There's one guy, I don't know his name, but he's always laughing and has a great sense of humor.Also recommend this place to get high quality made in the USA dog food.

Great place but no discounts even when you spend 300.00 or more. But the service is awesome 👌a huge variety of merchandise for all breeds of animals that's for sure. I had an employee help me for more than 30mins and not once complained. Very knowledgeable about the products, I think he's a lead 🤔 so ask for a lead. Lol, please start giving discounts to Veterans and Elderly at least 😅

This place is and it will always be there for the opportunity to be a part of the the world's family and their for the most part people who are going to be a part of it life because they don't cater to just one person or one thing so if you are looking for something you may think of you may just be able to pick it up there so just give it a try to see what you can pick up at a very reasonable price for your family needs.
