My Mom and I have been taking my dogs here for over 10 years and I still have to tell them exactly how to cut both dogs and remind them of my name. When I go to my human barber, it takes about 2-3 visits for the barber to have a good idea of what I want. More recently we were informed that our dogs need a booster vaccination at 7PM the night before a scheduled grooming. The vaccination is 5 days expired, and we are happy to take the dogs to get vaccinated, but after being a repeat customer for literally a decade, I do expect a little bit more consideration and notice AT LEAST 24hrs beforehand. Besides that, over the year the service has gotten less and less personal. This is still a relatively small operation, so I don't really understand the lack of customer appreciation. Not asking for special treatment, just some basic courtesy towards your loyal customers. We found another groomer service and will be using that going forward.

Save your money.Everything is an up charge. I really wanted to like this place. I called 3 different times on separate occasions to attempt to make an appointment, I also left an email. It wasn’t until the 3rd call that someone finally answered and I was able to schedule. They asked for 25 dollar deposit for the grooming appointment. Drop off was between 7-11. I dropped my buddy off at about 8:30 . I asked for a show cut , no teeth brushing and was advised anal gland expression was atomically included. I felt that was strange because not all dogs need this. I picked my buddy up several hours later . The cut was not to my liking so I sent her back 2 more times to try to get the cut closer to what I wanted. The staff was patient and friendly . I was checked out in the mean time. A 13 dollar charge was added for teeth brushing (which I did not ask for) and her anal glands were not expressed because I was still able to smell the fishy odor. Done with going back and forth, a lesson learned.

Timing of the groom was perfect and we went over what I wanted when I dropped my dog off. However when I picked him up, his groom did not reflect that. I asked for a teddy bear head and pretty much all his hair is gone and it’s very choppy. It looks like something someone would do at home. I have had fine grooming sessions in the past but I am not happy with this one.

These guys are amazing! Very clean and friendly. Took our cat straight back on an express service so I didn’t have to medicate him with all the dogs around! He’s nice and shaved and a cute little lion again! Look at his before and after :)

‼️They will up charge and won’t tell you why‼️I had really high hopes for this place. I took my cockapoo in for grooming and it looks like they just brushed her out. I paid $76 and she stinks, they didn’t give me the cut I requested AND they gave me no reason to why the grooming was so much. I will never bring my dog here again. For this amount of money, you could of at least sprayed her with some perfume and put a bow in her hair 🙄

I dropped off my two pups this morning to get bath/blowout and nail trimmings and I picked up CLOUDS! Absolutely gorgeous job! Their faces were evenly trimmed up allowing them to see, and their coats are gorgeous and fluffy.

I’ve used Glamour Paws at least three times for grooming of my golden doodle. This last time I picked her up she was cut SUPER short all over. Her head was shaved the same length and her face trimmed to the point she no longer looks like a golden doodle. With it being October we have family pictures coming up and our beloved dog will look nothing like herself!! Truly sick over it and have not been successful in getting a manager to call me back so we can discuss what went wrong and insure our girl never gets cut like this again. Super disappointed. The first pic is her normal face and head cut. The second pic is what she looked like when I picked her up a week ago.

Babette and Sasha are treated like little princesses (which they are). These groomers know Schnauzers! They come home relaxed, gorgeous, and without any anxiety or injuries; which we have experienced in other establishments. Bravo!

After our preferred groomer stopped working here in April, we decided to find another place to go. Unfortunately, we needed an unplanned groom today and the place we moved to was full, so we decided to try Glamour Paws again. We got "lucky" and managed to get a last-minute appointment for our 7-month old mini-goldendoodle and I absolutely regret that we came here. We paid $103 for the groomer to not only cut my dog's tongue but to also give him a baldspot behind his ear. Would not recommend.

I took my two golden-doodles to glamour paws for a full groom. One came out decent and the other one was horrible. The one that came out horrible had no fluff or anything. He was clearly bathed and air dried, no blow out. His hair was clomped together like they didnt try at all. He also came out with matted all over because he wasn’t dried correctly and didn’t seemed to be brushed after the air dry. He was matted under his whole ear and all over his body to the point my only choice was to cut all of his hair off which I’ve NEVER done . The groomer also cut some hair in between on his ears and no one said anything. I noticed everything once I examined him. I contacted glamour paws the very next day to let them know my concerns and she gave me an option to get it redone but who wants to take their pet back somewhere to a place that took 5 hours just to come out worse then when he went in. He wasn’t matted when I took him in. I sent photos about 5 days later (due to me moving I kept forgetting to send them) so that’s the excuse they’re using to not give me a refund but I notified them the very next day. They offered me 50% off of my next groom which doesn’t work for me because I’m never going back. I only went because his regular groomer was out on vacation but never again. I’ll just wait next time, it’ll be worth it. Kristina Bryant Irvin petsmart is who I go to and will continue to send my babies to her with no worries of these things. These people gave me the run around for days with no results now my puppy have hair during this season thanks to glamour paws 😊

Worst cut ever!!! No groomer asked for preferences on cut! Also, mentioned Murphy was an anxious dog. I had to call after 5 hrs of being there. When I arrived to pic him up, behind. His ears were still damp! We went straight home and he immediately went to his water bowl and drank till empty!!! I think an inexperienced groomer did his cut!! His name is Murphy, my name is Schneider. You might want to check it out! Bet you won’t post this on your comments!

I’ve been taking my miniature schnauzers to Glamour Paws since 2010. From 2010 through 2022, Max would go every week. Max is now waiting for me at The Rainbow Bridge. Otto came into my life in February 2022. The minute he was totally vaccinated, one of the first things I did, was schedule his first groom at Glamour Paws. Just like Max, Otto goes every week. Lisa was Max’s groomer for years. Otto is lucky. He gets to share Lisa and Maria as his groomers! Dixie is almost always the first person we see when we go in, and Otto is always so happy to see her. Grooming isn’t just a job for those who work at Glamour Paws. The minute you walk in the door, you can tell that everyone loves and cares about fur babies! Would I take my guy anywhere else? Absolutely not!

I Took my 12 year old long haired cat to be bathed and groomed for the first time..I was worried she wouldn't be happy after but we both were! I was guided through the process as far as paper work I needed or pricing based on services. Will definitely return for her next grooming.

We’ve been using glamour paws for years now and they are truly the best. We have shiba inus who blow coats but are sensitive/have allergies and they do a great job ensuring they get bathed beautifully but don’t have irritated skin afterwards. We also have an Australian Shepard who needs constant work and they do such a great job trimming him up to look handsome! As long as you communicate what you want up front- you’ll never be disappointed. For how much work they have to put into my dogs, I’d say the price is fair- especially considering we’ve tried several other groomers who have done miserable jobs. They’ll take great care of your pups 😊

Do NOT Recommend Ever! My dog, a 3 year old golden doodle,was injured and traumatized after his grooming appointment. I asked him to be cut short. He was cut so short that he now has multiple scabs all over his body. His ears are two different lengths and he has inconsistent lengths of his coat throughout his body. His demeanor was skittish and scared when I brought him home. He was also scratching like crazy from all of the products used on his body and his ears. I had to give him a bath and ear cleaning to relieve him of his symptoms.

Hetty is always gorgeous when she comes back. They have made everything easy, from drop off to pick up. And I always hear about how much the staff loves her when I pick her up. Today they gave her a Halloween bow, just because! We go monthly for bath and nail trims.

Longtime customer of GP, arrived yesterday for every 6 week trim. My husband took our Golden for her every 6 week bath /refresh. He was informed that they could not take her because her shot records were out of date by 2 weeks. It would have been appreciated if they would have let us know in advance or at the last appointment that she was close to being past her required shots. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told none was available and I would receive a call. I have yet to hear from anyone. This is frustrating as they are a close resource and usually provide good service.

After four years of searching for a groomer who knows how to cut my Scottie-Lab mix’s unique hair (and many failed haircuts ), Glamour Paws proved it could be done! They did a beautiful job grooming hard-to-groom hair for my rescue mix. He looks fantastic after every groom! Unlike other groom rooms who wrinkled their nose at determining how to cut a pup whose shape and hair doesn’t fit a standard mold, Glamour Paws’ skilled groomers know how to highlight the beauty in every dog, no matter the stature or hair type. Worth the extra $ to know your dog will look like you hope when you pick up him/her.Also, Glamour Paws wins in the "de-shedding" category. I recently took my Great Pyrenees-Husky-shepherd mix for Glamour Paws' de-shedding treatment. The results exceeded our expectations! They do a truly outstanding job de-shedding an extremely thick coat.*****Highly recommend-five stars-will return.*****

We are new customers, and we do a non-traditional cut on our pups which makes it difficult to describe sometimes. They were amazing and understanding when we requested further adjustments be made after I came to pick our dogs up and realized that the first cut didn’t match our usual style. Super great staff, will definitely be coming again.

I took my aussie here for his first professional groom at 5 year old and they did a great job. He is now super soft and fluffy and looks beautiful. They listened to my request and just gave him a trim and didn't cut anything too short. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them! We will definitely be going back.

This was my pug’s very first grooming session. I did expect her to smell a little more like she just got a bath but she was happy as ever when she saw me and they trimmed up her feather hair on legs arms very nicely. My only complaint was when I wanted to ask the person grooming her what she would recommend since it was her first cut, she seemed bothered that her conversation with another groomer was interrupted and I could tell she did not want to interact with me at all about the cut. She wasn’t rude, just very uninterested. At least fake it please! I also paid a good price for my 13 pound dog and no bow or bandana given :(
