Angel is very knowledgeable and by far the best manager I've experienced in my 20+ years of gamestop shopping experience. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes just to visit his store. Great product knowledgeand even though I was looking for an obscure product he knew right where it was. Kudos to Angel 10 out of 10!!!

I'm writing this review because of how amazing Angel was!!! Angel was absolutely amazing, and he is a great person. He gave me phenomenal service and I am thankful I came to his GameStop. His service was phenomenal from when he picked up the phone to until I walked out the front. He gave me specific instructions to find the store location. He sold me the best brand of product with his personal recommendations and told me straight up what he'd recommend. We even had a chance to talk about our own personal goals and desires. I believe in the dreams he has for his life and his success, and GameStop has the best type of employee with him being on the team. GameStop better acknowledge Angel because if he ever leaves you all will lose a true star and gem on the team.Success story that came from our encounter. I came to the store to buy a PS5 and the Hogwarts Legacy game. Normally, I do not buy insurance when I purchase a system. Well Angel talked me into paying the money to buy a system because he truthfully told me the defects that's been occurring with the PS5. Well, when I got home and set up my system, I found out that my PS 5 remote was not registering the L1 button. If it was not for me having the GameStop insurance, I would not have been able to simply go and exchange the controller for a new one. Angel saved me a lot of headaches and I am very thankful for him. God bless Angel and thank you my brother.

I used to love ordering from this store but it’s gone downhill so much for me. I’ve preordered 3 different sets of Funko from here and they never get them or whatever. No one ever called to tell, had to go in and ask what was up and never got a follow call or email. So I’ll be ordering elsewhere from no on.

Was a 15 min drive to get here and was closed 20 minutes early not happy about unconsistency, if a company says they close at a certain time then it should close at that time, especially a corporation such as gamestop. The hispanic lady said they were closed but I related to her it was 20 minutes until 9 said was closing with the other stores lol which all had there doors opened. Never come to this gamestop again. Word is bound

Went here to grab two switch pro controllers and a memory card. I believe I was speaking with the owner who was very cordial and we spoke on several topics from reptiles to saltwater tanks. He helped me make the best of my visit here and how best to shop at a GameStop.

We love angel he very knowledgeable you can ask him any about a game a system or head phones for a game and he will give you the honest truth and as a mother I appreciate that because I always want top of the line quality for my son. I was helped yesterday June 12 like around 5 or 6 by a girl . She couldn’t find my account by number a i gave her . She was really rude i have been going there for 3 years and i have never been treated so bad like yesterday. So i went to another location to the gamestop by Hullen infront of Walmart and omg so nice . They helped me asap pulled my account quick . Never going to that store again .

Went there today to pre-order a PS5, associates were very kind and even when the systems went down they worked with us to make sure we get a PS5. One employee, who was named Melissa on my receipt, was especially kind and answered all of the questions from the group of 8 that waited for pre-orders. Looking forward to shopping here again.

I have been to this location on several times. It's one of the more popular stores in the mall. I don't go there very often because they are so expensive. Trying to find a popular game in the use section is a bit tricky. The new ones are so expensive. At times it can be a bit crowded in that store. The staff is very knowledgeable about the games and game systems. They can be very helpful when you can get one to wait on you. The prices keep me from rating this store higher.

I give two stars because of corporate I suppose. Associates always approach asking about what I'm looking for (um, a game) That's nice until I tell them I'm just browsing the selection. What makes it more irritating is they start asking what I like to play and what do I have (again, I'm browsing) Please stop!!!! I've been playing video games since the Atari 2600. I don't want or need your recommendations. Also, never trade in your games, systems or accessories! You get next to nothing on the trade-in and they make more profit because you're buying more. From 8bit to octo-core that's my collection!

I went yesterday to get a PS4 game controller for my husband. Everyone at the store was very nice. The store was doing fantastic business, kids moms and dads. Definitely will be back.

My son likes to go there he said he's gets everything he needs for his game. They have used as well as new games and all the varieties of games that are on the market. They also sell the games with all this paraphernalia controls as well as everything else they need for every type of game new or used.

The employee actually talk about games and stuff and I got rainbowsix siege just for 15$ i like disc better and the case was in good condition cheap and ps3 games were 10 $ like black ops games and good

I was giving the wrong Controller & the game wasn't in the case these was items for Christmas which O to wait the next day to be replaced!..I didn't have any issues exchanging the items but my kids couldn't play with those certain items until after Christmas

Store manager passed up on making a Nintendo 3DS sale through his lack costumer service skills. I would not recommend. I suggest going to another GameStops down the road.
