There are more homeless/vagrants outside this store than there are employees on the inside, and store mgmt is doing not whatsoever about it. I hope to never come back here again.

I like going here because they have fresh fruits & vegetables They have a Great Deal on water at the moment... 3 cases 32 bottles in pk for $11 & some change 😊

Today November 9, 2023 I had just went to festa like at 9:50pm so we went but the doors were locked was not letting anyone shop even though on the WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS THAT FESTA CLOSES AT 11pm but they close before 11pm. I just want to say if your going to close the @11pm like what it says on the website but if y’all changed the closing time please change the time of closing on your website. An also I have been going to festa for years even after 9pm and y’all have never closed this early before. If any festa staff member reads I would understand if y’all closed early because their was a robbery but if their wasn’t and your closing this early before the time y’all have posted on the doors and y’all’s website y’all are giving false closing hours to your customers and y’all probably just closed early just because y’all want to get payed without having customers for the last few hours before closing. Y’all need to change y’all’s website if y’all say that y’all are open on the website but when someone arrives at the doors and y’all tell them that y’all are closed who ever shift is from 9-11pm y’all can get fired from closing early without your boss or manager telling y’all that y’all can close early.

Prices are so so on most stuff, just follow what's on sale, but the price of the meat is usually a good deal. The fresh fish counter is good, who ever that older black man is behind the counter is top notch.

Need more cashiers.. when checking out there is a wait. Usually only have two, maybe 3 registers open. I’ve been in a line so long that I just ended up putting my items back and going to another store. The store itself has almost everything I need and a really great place. Just don’t go when you’re in a hurry

They don't treat customers equally, I used to work there as a department manager and Today that I needed service in the bakery department the store director sent his front end assistance to help customers that were waiting, but did not even try to help me they told me to wait until the next employee came in and I was willing to wait, but they never showed up I asked for help again and they just wanted me to keep waiting. That is not fair and not good customer service ,all customers should be treated equally no matter if we are previous employees.

I have gone to this Fiesta Mart all my life and have seen it be developed quite a bit. It has lost a bit of its charm atmosphere-wise, but it still has good prices and has increased its variety of items. Everything is well organized and cleanliness doesn't seem to be a big issue.

I got so hot in the store. I had to call the ambulance. It was terrible. The cashier was rude. She put the meat in the bag with some other product. The store had a smell. I tried to shop at Fiesta Mart again every time I think maybe they will be okay. They are not. I will not be shopping there again. I pray for those that do. Customer Service sucks,, But they want you to spend your hard earned money. I think not. I WILL NEVER go there again. Shop at your own risk.

It’s completely unacceptable to have a customer waiting in line to check out longer than it took them to shop for what they came for. The lines are long in the evenings and if you know the most traffic comes in after work why not be prepared! Having 3 lines open with lines emptying out into the aisles is frustrating! Maybe I’m just having a bad day but this visit sure didn’t help any!

I get what I need, but the produce is sometimes rotted. I've seen employees flirting with each other in the back of the store touching and grabbing. Most of the cashier's are kinda rude. But there are a few good ones. Management always seems to be either standing around talking or playing on phones. Only reason I go here is cause it's 1 min from my house.

After a few days coming back to this store i found the most caring associates taking care me and customers around , happy faces ,and very knowledgeable regarding the store , Dianne , Chiqui and as a fiery manager Chris Perez just made my shopping so easy and pleasant , thanks Fiesta to have people caring customers like me , Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't leave reviews or do surveys for businesses because I think that the companies know what's going on in their stores. But I had to leave this review to see if this company really care about the customers and how they feel. I just left your store and didn't purchase anything because there was only two cashiers and the line was from the registers to the meat department. I only had four items to buy. I understand that my four items will not impact your sales. I understand that the holiday season is over and usually companies try to save payroll after the holiday season to make themselves profitable for the end of the year. But this was ridiculous. I didn't see a manager up front or anybody in charge trying to call employees up to cashier or maybe hop on a register to get the line down. I saw your security guard who gave me a stare as I walked out your store. I usually don't shop at Fiesta because there is not enough registers open. This location is right around the corner from my house so I figured I can run in and run out. Please do better.

Every time I come into this store the cashiers are always rude! I greet them and can barely get a hello from them! They would much rather be gossiping with each other or be on their phones than actually be nice to customers. I would much rather go to another Hispanic grocery store that's farther away and get decent service! The manager needs to step it up and get on the workers. It's not very hard to say hi! Did you find everything ok? Thank you, have a good day.

I just moved to the area and was excited to move next to Fiesta because of the variety of produce and deli. The first time I went the lady in the deli was absolutely rude to me, she never said hello she just looked and me and said do you need something? My son and I looked at each other and I went ahead and asked for what I needed which she rolled her eyes and got my lunch meat which she kind of threw on the counter. I just ended up leaving the deli, then go to the register and same thing the lady says nothing and just starts scanning my groceries and tossing them, only speaking to me in Spanish to tell me my total. No conversation at all. Today I go back to the store to grab a few things with my children, again go to the the deli, the lady behind the counter is cussing up a storm talking about her effin schedule and they got me effed up, she finally came to ask what I needed, then she says "no there is a limit"??? On deli meat and cheese???? Or did she not want to be bothered. So rude and unprofessional, my daughter told me let's just get the blocks of cheese, you don't deserve to be treated that way. This will be the last time I give them a try. Most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced and I've been in customer service for over 25 years, shame on you Fiesta

I visit yesterday and went to the deli and wanted to buy some hot food. There was flies all over the food did not have a glass case over so the customers can serve themselves and keep the flies off the food I did not buy any because of that. Store did not smell very good need to clean store.

I am changing my review this place has went down and it shows. I went here to shop because it has certain items I want,the store wasn't stocked and the deli meat I like has been out for months. I guess it could be a supply chain issue but it doesn't excuse rotten food.I noticed there were corn dogs for sale with mold on them in a display area. I bought a couple items for side dishes in the next cooler and when I returned home the Cole slaw and macaroni salad were spoiled. I am not returning I guess since the store is in a poor black area they don't care what we or our elders eat.

This place has went way way down. The store itself is clean but not as much items that you would think they would have. For them to have two people at each register was kind of weird that's what they used to do in back in the day but they were slow to have that many people at their registers and they were just mostly standing around talking to each other. Never going at this location ever again. Oh yeah there was this nice lady trying to get everybody's Social Security numbers and info for these supposedly new and free tablets. But there were certain things on the sign that I did not like especially when the parts of Health and Human Services were scratched out. So we decided not to see about getting a free tablet because we signed up for that service or whatever was going on in that store that day. Was just another way to steal somebody's Social Security or identity forget that.

Lots of fresh produce to choose from. The only disappointing thing was the lack of hot food being served (like the Dallas locations). The aldy in the deli did say when the pharmacy contract is up they will be getting an area for hot food sales. So, keep an eye out for it

The store is very clean and well stocked. management , please make sure to schedule according to customers demand/store volume . I understand you have to watch payroll but paying more attention to customer demand will be very beneficial to your store! I love Fiesta 😊
